Aloha friends, I want to say welcome. It's Maria Emrick. I'm chilling at the beach. It's kind of a cloudy day. We've had some rain, which is really rare for this part of Maui. I love Maui because it has so many different microclimates and

we're in the desert part. So if we do get rain, it's for like five minutes, and then you have a beautiful rainbow. But it's been raining for like the last two days, and I can see some blue sky back here. But I am wearing my

glasses because I've had eye surgery. I know I need to get that light into my eye, but they're a little sensitive. And I think taking care of your eyes is super important. Um, but with that said, um, thank you to everybody who is super kind about my BHRT video.

A lot of great comments below that video about their experience with BHRT, and I'm excited to start using them. I haven't gotten them yet, but I'm excited. And during that video, I mentioned that I do some different peptides and my certified coach, one of my certified keto

coaches, which you should become one too because they're awesome. I just can't keep up with clients, so that's why it's nice to be like, 'Here's a coach you know.' In certain places of the world, we even have some in Dubai and Asia. Asia, anyway.

So, peptides, what peptides are? They're different amino acids, and they can be found in your body, or they're just amino acids. And amino acids come from protein, right? And they all have different benefits. Um, and they're going to come in little vials like this.

you can find them in vials, sometimes they're oral, they can be a nasal spray, I've seen that. The best absorption rate is going to be your injection, if you're afraid of needles, I'm sorry, this is going to be your best bet um

someone that I do take, there's something called um,  epithalon, and epithalon is naturally producing, it's naturally produced in the pineal gland. Um, this is the one that I've been taking them for about two months, and this is one of the first ones that I got what

epithalon does is it helps repair telomeres, which are protective parts of the DNA. So what does that mean, right? It's going to help regulate hormones, which is awesome. They've had like some women really push it and get pregnant at a later age. It

increases lifespan, it helps with deep sleep, that's what I've noticed the most, like my dreams are vivid again. It's helping with your, you know, melatonin production. It prevents age-related diseases such as, and can help you know, delay them, such as cancer, heart disease

and dementia. Um, my grandma Rosemary, I love her dearly, I loved her dearly. She passed away from Alzheimer's and I fear that, like I do not, oh I don't know, it was really hard on everybody seeing her. She had her doctorate, she's brilliant, and to see her

not remember my name was really difficult. But what epithalon also does is it helps with the immune system. Um, I like not getting sick, right? It helps improve skin health and appearance, and that's primarily why I wanted to take it. I want to have beautiful skin as

It helps injured cells and deteriorating muscle cells so it helps with muscle growth. It boosts melatonin levels which I mentioned, it can help lower emotional stress, which is great for people who are too emotional, but that's awesome. And what I

do is I do one milligram in the morning when I wake up before a workout on an empty stomach and one at night. That's the thing about peptides: you want to make sure you take them on an empty stomach because these little babies are expensive, and when you get

them, I should start by saying you can find peptides online and it will say "for research purposes only." Don't get those. I have a really cool naturopathic doctor here, and he'll prescribe them sometimes. Your doctor might not have heard of them, but

you can talk to them about it, make them prescribe it, get it from a compounding pharmacy where it comes mixed already for you. Otherwise, it's going to be the powder, and then you reconstitute it. Make sure that you keep it in the fridge, no

matter what, keep it in the fridge, and you want to use it within 60 days or so because it has a shelf life. So make sure that you use it in time. You want to take one or two days off, so I rotate, stop, not taking one of them for

two days a week just to give yourself a break. Another one that I take is ThermaLuron. It is made up of 29 amino acids, which what it does is it helps the pineal gland put out more human growth hormone. So this is a great one for the human

growth hormone which is that youth hormone that everybody wants to be high on, right? It helps with energy, stamina, your endurance, so that's why I like it. It helps with your sex drive, who doesn't want that, right? Skin health again, that was the main reason, skin tightening,

increased lean mass and it helps with fat reduction. Um, it speeds wound healing, so if you do get like a cut or something it'll help speed that up. Um, your immune health, which is awesome, and hair growth. Um, you want to do 0.3 micrograms in the

morning when you wake up on an empty stomach and then work out, you'll get that human growth hormone even higher, and also do it at night again on an empty stomach. You don't want to have it with food because that's going to

interfere with the absorption rate. Another one that I do is hypomoreline, and ibermoreline is composed of, composed of five amino acids again from protein, and it stimulates the pituitary gland to also put out more human growth hormones. Uh, I do 0.5 grams at night and 0.5 grams

in the morning with a two-day break. Again, it helps increase lean mass, it improves workouts and recovery, it helps us sleep, which I've totally noticed, decreases joint pain and muscle pain. That's a huge thing I noticed, so I started lifting weights again. Most of you know I used to lift weights like mad

and I had probably had like 10 pounds of muscle on. I was really, really strong. Life happened, Craig got sick, I kind of took over the whole family household issues, I didn't have time to lift weights anymore, I didn't prioritize protein like I should have, I was just worried about

Craig and the kids, so I started lifting weights again and heavy, right? I should be sore, like doing as many push-ups as I'm doing, I should be sore, but with these peptides that I'm taking, I don't feel anything. I'm not sore at all, which is really nice because

then I can, you know, I don't know, I just don't like being super sore, but that's awesome. It helps us sleep, like I mentioned again. Sex drive is good with mental clarity for hypomoreline, um, helps with the cardiovascular system, immune system, bone density, that was

another reason I wanted to do it. Cellular health and regeneration, so your skin is awesome for your skin, and when you take it, it has like a half-life of two, about two hours, um, so I don't know, I think that one's really great. And then the last one I

mentioned in a different video, I do GHK-Cu, which is a copper peptide. You can find this in a lot of face creams, you can find it in like foams for your hair because it helps a lot with hair growth. This is a copper peptide, and it's

natural. It's a naturally occurring peptide in the body, which declines with age, um, but it stimulates blood vessel and nerve growth. And what does that mean? Well, it's going to help with your hair growth. It protects you from the UV damage, you know,

I'm out in the sun a lot. It builds collagen and elastin so that it repairs with, you know, the skin and wrinkles, right? It's awesome. It helps with the lung connective tissue, bone tissue, the liver and the stomach lining, so like, you know, if you have Crohn's

colitis, diverticulitis, this would be a great peptide for you, the GHK-CU. I do have others in the home, some are for more for Craig with pain and some other ones that are just different for different benefits, but I have found a lot of benefit with these

peptides, and when you do inject them again they're with a really small insulin needle. I use the 31 gauge and you inject them in your stomach. My stomach got a little worn out so I've been doing it in my inner thigh just to

like, mix it up a little bit and I've noticed the same benefit. It's not like it's different, you just want to do it subcutaneously, so under the skin if it's for pain. So Craig does BPC-157 in like his hip, like areas where he has

a lot of pain, and that has seemed to help a lot. It's just I don't know, I'm really fascinated and it's sad that we haven't heard more about these peptides because they're naturally helping people. What I find interesting is that in in China

doctors get paid if their patients don't get sick. If their patients don't need medication, then they get better. That's not the way it is here in the United States, so I think knowledge is power. This is just another natural way to stave off
