College student educational donations refer to activities where college students themselves become hosts of educational donations, practice sharing and consideration, and engage in activities where beneficiary students and college students grow together. By participating in educational donation activities of college student clubs like yours, quality experiential opportunities are provided to beneficiary students, contributing to fostering future talents and spreading the culture of educational donations. We have operated various programs tailored to the field, practicing educational donations to 47,845 households and 135,561 beneficiary students until 2023. In 2024, university student educational donations are being conducted through two programs: weekday and Saturday cheering programs during the semester and a quick camp during vacations. Now, we will provide guidance on more practical operational and administrative matters. First, regarding activity support funds. Activity support funds are broadly classified into program operating expenses and university student activity expenses. Program operating expenses consist of indirect costs such as material and snack expenses, while university student activity expenses include transportation, meals, and meeting expenses for university student donors. Activity support funds must be returned if there is a surplus, except for cases where there is less than 10,000 won remaining. Therefore, please use it wisely and honestly, planning carefully to use all of it. This has been continued for over 12 years.

I have compiled a list of typical unauthorized usage cases in student education donation activities. Please make sure to check it carefully and be cautious not to make unauthorized usage. In particular, please be aware that the rental fees for party rooms and study rooms borrowed for meetings are not allowed. I have listed specific unauthorized cases. If personal transportation expenses are processed under the pretext of transportation costs, it is obviously for personal use and should not be allowed. The second case was the purchase of uniforms, which was very expensive. This case is also not allowed. Furthermore, exceeding the daily standard is also not allowed. Lastly, using a party room under the pretext of meeting expenses, as mentioned earlier, should be avoided. Additionally, I will provide some budget management tips. Submitting a post-activity report and settlement report is mandatory after the activity ends. Volunteers will receive volunteer hours for teams with no issues in both the result report and settlement report. Please be aware in advance that volunteer hours will not be given if the report is not submitted or if the content is significantly lacking. Volunteer hours can only be issued for either community service or educational service. Please make a wise decision. The criteria and scope for social service hours are as follows: Program operation meetings are allowed up to 2 hours, a maximum of 3 times, totaling up to 6 hours. Meeting minutes are required. Also, for actual education support program operations, cheering sessions are recognized up to 3 hours per session, a maximum of 4 sessions.

The SokSok Camp is recognized for up to 8 hours a day for a maximum of 3 days. Both certificates are issued after reviewing the results report and matching agency's personnel. Therefore, a meticulous and accurate results report is important.
