On this channel, we've explored how AI can greatly enhance code generation, where it can fully code out a full-stack app for you, or it could assist with knowledge retrieval using search techniques. And in certain cases, it can serve as a personal AI assistant. But here's the thing: many people still don't

know how to build or deploy AI agents or AI assistants. That's why today I'm going to showcase how you can integrate AI into your workflows as a real-time voice assistant. You might wonder why even deploy AI agents with voice capabilities. The reason is that voice-enabled AI

agents can engage with people in a natural conversational way, responding to questions, delivering information, and even performing tasks autonomously. How are we going to do this? Well, we're going to be using a platform called Dolly, a no-code platform that makes building AI voice agents simple and accessible. The

AI voice agents can go beyond the typical, robotic-sounding voice bots. They're designed to sound human-like with a natural flow and tone that's much closer to real conversation. Just listen to one of the AI voice agents that were deployed by Dolly, and you will hear the

quality and nuance that sets it apart from standard AI voice bots. "Thank you for calling Dolly Metro. This is Tessa. How can I help you today? Can you tell me what the fare is for the New York subway?" "The standard fare for a one-way

trip on the New York subway is $2.90." You can't tell me that wasn't amazing, because without Dolly, anyone can create these sophisticated voice agents without needing any sort of technical background, bringing AI-driven customer interactions within reach for your

business or for your own workflows, th Le's voice agent capabilities are truly insane. You have the ability for appointment scheduling where you can sync with your calendar, helping callers book appointments quite seamlessly. You have lead qualification where you can capture leads and potential leads to the

right context, which will boost conversions. You have the ability for analytics and reporting where it provides insights to enhance communication strategies. You have call routing where you have the ability to have the voice agents act as human receptionists, routing calls instantly based on customer needs. You have the

ability to also have it implemented through various sorts of text, and if you are to scroll down, you can see that you have various integrations that you can have fully integrated with, such as Calendly, Airtable, Slack, Google Sheets, and so much more. So, what we're

going to be doing throughout today's video is going to be showcasing the overall platform of Doly while trying to create our own personal AI voice agent that is capable of automating phone calls. And obviously, as we go by through the video, we're going to be explaining

what this AI voice agent is capable of doing. But for now, what we're going to be doing is clicking on the sign-in button, which will take us to this sign-up page. This is where you can simply create an account by clicking on the create an account button and you can register with

an email address and a password. Once you sign up, you'll then be sent over to the main dashboard of Doly. This is where you're going to get all the different types of analytical metrics that are going to be outputted from your AI agents, so you can see all the different types

of responses is being shown up here. Talk time and deployment, it will also showcase the usage and if you go down, it will also showcase the response data and the top actions that are made by your Thly agents. On the left-hand panel, we're going to go by each of these different

categories, but we're going to start off with agents. We're going to first start off by creating a Thly agent. Now, in this case, we're going to create a Thly agent for our consulting services that we provide on this channel where it can help and provide assistance to anyone

who inquires about the services. So let's name it World of AI Consulting AI voice bot, and what we're going to be doing is giving it a conversation type where you can give it from various sorts of categories from custom to customer service, you have

market research, political, uh, polling, and so much more. We're going to go ahead and give it a customer service conversation type. You can either start off from scratch with an empty canvas or you can import a script or you can even search through different types of community

made templates, but what we're going to be doing is starting off from scratch. So click on blank and click on create. Now, this is fairly easy to set up. You have this drag-and-drop builder that will basically assist you in helping you develop your voice bot. You have a start

node and an end node. You can set a trigger where you can set how you would want to start this conversation. You can add a new trigger, and this is with the integrations. You can see that there's 7,375 apps available for you to easily

integrate with Dolly Agents from Zapier to webhooks you have so many different ways for you to basically deploy Dolly into you can further change the conversation type over here again and you also have the ability to change and select the voice in this case you can

test out a lot of different types of voices from different accents to different people speaking in different genders so if I want to have Tessa speak you can test out how she sounds by clicking on this button hey my name is Tessa I'm very much looking forward to our chat

then you have something called Genius now let's take a look at this this is basically a feature that is an advanced database that continuously trains your Dolly AI agents you can upload various types of resources like sales calls or linking your website or even adding

support documents it basically allows Genius to become a dynamic knowledge hub so this is a way for your agents to keep on learning stay connected and it's going to empower the ability to adapt and respond with greater accuracy while providing high quality but you can

create a new Genius and in this you can add a new database you can add various types of files and this is by just simply clicking on this green button over here you can add text audio PDF CSV files or even URLs now for my case I'm

going to be providing a script to my voice agent this is where it's going to be detailed on what sort of content my channel is about and it's going to basically teach my AI agent on the context of my channel so you can go back

To go to the main agent dashboard, click on Genius, and then you can add the Consulting call Genius that we just created. This way, it's going to utilize the training that we've just created from the Genius tab. Now, you can also incorporate various sorts of tools

which will enhance your AI thought leader agents. You can add tools from various integrations such as, well, something cool to note is that under presence you can actually add background audio. For example, you can add call center background. You can also add in-seam audio

such as typing on a keyboard. This is the flexibility that you get that makes your audio or your voice agent more humanlike. So, let's start configuring these things. So, when we start the conversation, I give it the instruction to respond with this. You can also have different outcomes where you

have a list of possible outcomes that the AI agent can follow by, but then afterwards, after it has provided the name, I told it to basically greet that person, and then I told it, "Thanks for reaching out, let me know if you have any questions." From here, if they have any

sort of questions, they can then reference the context that I provided with Genius. This is where I had then had the voice agent trained off of the context that I provided so that it can answer questions off that. And what you can also do in between these two notes

is where after they have been fulfilled with the answers that they have gotten from the voice agent, I could even schedule a meeting so that I could talk to them. And this is the flexibility that you get with this, where you can even book meetings. So, I'm going to go ahead

and set this up to do this we're going to need to get rid of this end node so just simply delete this but go over to the plus sign and go over to action click on this and it'll add an action node this is where you can have your API

integrated and you can then have these nodes connected but now let's go add an end node so go over to this plus sign and add an end node by clicking on this button over here and then you can connect everything and that's simply it so let's go ahead and actually try and

test out our voice agent that we just created we can test it out by clicking on call me but we're going to go ahead and train Tessa first cuz we're going to feed it the world of AI context so let's see if this is functional by testing

or even take it a step further by even outputting the data to Google Sheets. Now, there's so much more to this, and I definitely recommend that you take a look at their documentation, cuz they go further in detail and exploring how you can get the full capability of Doly now.
