yo guys, so this is all the ingredients I have for Stan Efferding's monster mash. Um, bell peppers, carrots for the fiber, spinach for the vitamin C, some more peas and carrots, white rice, and 93 lean ground beef. I got this value package, three and a half pounds, for about fourteen dollars, so it was a good deal. This diet has really helped me with my digestion. It's also super easy for me to make in like 15 to 20 minutes, and I have a ton of leftovers, and super healthy because of all the greens I'm getting. So we got the beef cooked, and water's boiled, so I'm going to go ahead and add in the rice, and then cover it, put it on simmer. So the beef is all done, now it's time for the vegetables. I kind of just go with whatever I feel like, go through that bag. We do bell peppers for the vitamin A, I believe, and I like these frozen packages because you can't get bell peppers for like two dollars. It's like one bell pepper, and I go with the carrots.

I got some more in here, carrots and peas, some more bell peppers. Such a healthy meal. I'm gonna go ahead and stir this up, and then I'll get back to you guys. So here's what we're looking like. The spices that I like to use is this Kirkland brand 21 organic spices. I like that. I already put some of that in, but also Stan likes to talk about the importance of salt, and he recommends iodized salt because he's done a lot of stuff on blood work, and he's found that a lot of people are deficient in iodine, and this is a good way to get it. Just have it in your salt. Also, just look how colorful this meal is, like all whole foods: rice, beef, and vegetables. That's it. So the rice finished up, and I just poured it on top. You can always go more rice if you want more carbs. One cup is all I had. I finished the package, but I mean, look at this, guys. Like, this probably took me 15 minutes to make.

and this is enough for like three, sometimes four meals for me. Sometimes I'll add like an egg if I want some eggs with it or something, but great for food prep, super healthy. I would go check out Stan Efforting's stuff on YouTube. He's got so much valuable information on the importance of walks, all the vitamins that we should be getting, and that we might be deficient in. But yeah, I'm gonna go ahead and enjoy this now, so let me know if you have any questions. This probably cost me $4.50 for the beef, a couple for the vegetables, less than ten dollars for three meals. So there we go, budget-friendly, delicious, healthy, and nutritious.
