Shakti is easiest to experience, and yet we don't experience it because we have many names for it. Because what you're living is Shakti, what you're living is Durga, is Kali. You know the totality of this cosmos, including you, is the Kali. So now the question arises that, uh, why I don't experience it. You are not experiencing it. It is also Kali. You know the Maya, the illusion, the first experiences of bitter and sweet means on the very basic level, on the physical level, we are struggling between bitter and sweet, pleasant sensation and unpleasant sensation. And that's what our basic conflict in life is with Shakti, that we want some of it and some of it we don't want, and that pisses us off. You know how dare you, you know, you choose something out of me and reject the rest of it, you know. So that is a sadhana aspect. Then the highest aspect of Shakti is for you every experience. It's just all Shakti, so you don't make any choice. You

live every experience as the appearance of Shakti in life. One of my friends said that he's stuck with Vedantic thought of he cannot feel the unity. He's confused and in doubt, and it's not clearing up. And the shaky market is that even your confusion and doubt in the mind, you also see it with reverence as Shakti showing her form to you. So you see, you stop struggling with your own whatsoever is going on because it's this struggle that it shouldn't be like this, it should be like this. That's where it creates the whole friction in your life. And this experience of life as one energy, that's what we call the non-duality, because Vedanta is saying not to take away the mind duality of anything, and you're left into the oneness of life. But whereas Shakti path like Vijnana is including everything. You see, for example, yoga is excluding everything, but Shakti path is including everything. So you see that needs a guts and devotion.

because we have very much of an inclination to run away from the bad experience, and our whole suffering is trying to run away from a bad experience. Otherwise, in itself, we suffer 10%, and 90% is our psychological resistance, and that's where we deplete ourselves. Whereas, if you know how to engage with suffering, you will realize it's the greatest best experience of focus. 'Cause when you're suffering, your mind is not distracted; you're left with only that situation, and that's why you're suffering. You want to be frivolous and everywhere, but it won't allow you. It is just there, vibrating in front of you, and that's why in BTI, people say that, Brau God, give me more suffering, because in suffering, you get focused, you get concentrated, and in that, it's very easy to experience life, you know, because your mind is not getting any more its, you know, little entertainments, you know, from this thought or that thought, or, you know, all is essentially our suffering is mind.
