What's up, YouTube? T-bird here, back with another video. In this video, I just want to give you guys a quick tutorial on how you can cancel or refund an Etsy order. So, as you can see, I have two new orders just now. And what you guys want to do from this screen, of course, you're in your shop manager. So, what you want to do from this screen is go to orders and shipping. After you click on orders and shipping, you will see your orders. So, you're going to hover over the one that you want to refund or the one you want to cancel. You're going to click the bottom right corner, the three dots that are stacked on top of each other. Once you click on that, you'll have the option to either cancel or refund. Now, normally, I cancel orders. I only cancel orders when they have chosen the wrong size and it's still the same price. So, if they made a mistake and ordered a small but they meant to

get a medium or they want to change to a meeting, then I would cancel that order and then just send them a medium. But for this example, we're going to go with refund. After you click on refund, you're going to choose the reason for the refund. They have a drop-down window to where you can probe about and see which selection is best for your situation. But for this example, we're just going to click on buyer and shop owner agree to cancel transaction. From that point on, you could issue a full refund or actually type in the amount you want to be refunded. But for this example, we would just issue a full refund. Next, you want to review refund and just submit it. And that is how you can, that is how you will successfully refund or cancel an order from your Etsy shop.
