Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe that you died for my sins and that you rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and ask you to come into my heart and into my life. I want to trust and follow you as my Lord and Savior. Amen. Is there a special feeling or event that's supposed to happen now? Did it work? Am I saved? [Music] Well, I pray it worked. There's more to Salvation than just being saved and securing a permanent place in Heaven. There are profound spiritual truths that accompany it, truths that many people don't hear enough about. Unfortunately, not many Christians fully understand what really happened to them and what it all truly means. For example, do you know what it means that you died with Jesus? Have you really grasped what happened to you spiritually? Let me paint a picture for you. In the beginning, God created the first man, Adam, and from Adam, he created the first woman, Eve. He placed them in a

garden called Eden and told them they could eat from any tree except for one, the tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil. God warned them, If you eat from this tree, you will die. But guess what? They ate from it. They were deceived by Satan, and that single action brought sin into the world. From that point forward, sin spread throughout humanity. We all inherited the consequences of Adam's disobedience and were born into a state of sin. This deprived us of the original holiness and justice God had given Adam, breaking the perfect peace we once had with God. But even in the face of this devastating mistake, God did not give up on us. He had a plan to save us from the fallout of sin, and this is where our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ comes in. Jesus's death on the cross made it possible for God to forgive our sins, restoring the peace between humanity and God. But that's not the end of the story. Yes, Jesus died for our sins, but we also died with him.

remember that sin nature we all inherited from Adam. It died on the cross with Christ. When you give your life to Christ, you join him in that death to sin and in his resurrection too. Romans 6:5: For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we will certainly also be united with him in a resurrection like his. That old self you've been trying to shed, it's already dead. But did you know that? Did you know that you're dead to sin, dead to those intrusive thoughts, addictions, and bad habits, dead to fear, anxiety, and depression? If you don't realize this, you may still identify with these struggles. That's how the enemy works. He tricks you into believing you are something you're not. He wants to keep you from knowing who you really are. But now you know the truth, and the truth will set you free. You have died and been resurrected. You have a completely new identity that is not of this world. You are now part of a heavenly family, a new creation.

isn't an old you and a new you. There isn't a good you and a bad you. There is only one you, the you born of the spirit of God, carrying the DNA of our heavenly father. You are dead to sin and alive in Christ. This means you don't need to try to put God first in your life; he's already first because he is your life. And not only are you alive in Christ, but you are one with God in the same way Jesus is one with the father. This is part of the good news that often gets overlooked. Jesus prayed for us to be seen in the same light that he has seen in. He prayed, I pray that they will all be one just as you and I are one, as you are in me, father, and I am in you, and may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me. I have given them the glory you gave me so they may be one as we are one. Did you know this? This is why it's impossible for you to be far from

God, and for him to be far from you. You are in him, and he is in you. You are one. You are never alone. Wherever you go, the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, and you are there together. Isn't it comforting to know that you are as close to the Father as Jesus is? And isn't it comforting to know that Jesus has made it possible for us to be at perfect peace with God again? God will never look at you with anger or disappointment. He sees you the same way he sees Jesus, as his beloved child. The Bible says there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. You are no longer under the judgment of the law. You are no longer guilty and will not face punishment for your sins because what Jesus did was enough. So, don't live in fear that God is angry with you or that he will judge you. He is at peace with you, even when you sin. You don't need to accept guilt or shame because you're dead to guilt and shame too. That's the enemy trying to

deceive you. Some believe that guilt and shame are necessary for change, but have they ever truly changed you? It's not guilt or shame that transforms us; it's the love of God. It's knowing you are dead to sin and whatever struggles you face. It's knowing who you have become after your death and Resurrection with Christ. You are his child now. You Are Holy. You are no longer of this world. You are seen as righteous, a new creation made perfect. You are fully accepted, fully forgiven, fully loved, and fully embraced in God's eyes. There is nothing wrong with you, and his opinion is the only one that matters because his opinion is the truth. We really do have it good. Imagine living during Old Testament times. It's mind-blowing to reflect on how much Jesus has done for us. As I continue to dive deeper into it, I'm committed to sharing what I learn along the way. The truths I've uncovered are far deeper than I expected, but they are also profoundly powerful and liberating. Knowing the truth changes everything. It's what truly

sets you free. So remember this: you died with Christ, and now you are alive in Him. Embrace your identity in Christ, because when you truly know who you are, it changes everything. You begin to think differently, speak differently, walk differently, and face life's challenges with renewed strength and purpose. So stand firm in who you are: alive in Christ, free and empowered.
