He gained a lot of popularity as a detective YouTuber to create a just society, but due to the recent situation, he has fallen into disgrace. Most importantly, during the process of clarification, he insisted that he had never received money, even involving his two sons, and maintained a confident attitude throughout. However, ultimately, his lies were exposed, and he is now in custody awaiting trial. In fact, despite the circumstances where he should be quietly staying out of the spotlight, new information about him has emerged. It has been reported that he sent a letter from prison to a person named Ji-hyang while being detained on related charges, including foot-and-mouth disease. The news claims to have obtained the content of the letter exclusively, stating that it contains about five handwritten pages from him. However, not all five pages have been made public, and there is no need to examine all of them closely; essentially, there are two main points.

It is said that there is a sense of regret and unfairness regarding the situation. If that's the case, then unlike the case with the Karakula foot-and-mouth disease, there were no charges of extorting money from mukbang creators through threats. What was the source of this regret? The regret mentioned here seems to be a mere moral apology, and the claim of unfairness is based on the assertion that there has never been an attempt to extort money from mukbang creators. It appears that there is a feeling of injustice and resentment about being labeled as a blackmailer. However, this is already known to the public, and when looking at the facts, unlike the case with Karakula, there is no evidence of any money being received by the accused. Therefore, the charges against Karakula are not due to direct acts of extortion but rather for complicity in the extortion of foot-and-mouth disease, which has led to the situation of being subjected to a detention trial.

Therefore, to speak frankly, it is meaningless for him to express regret and injustice about the situation. If there is truly an unjust aspect, he can address it during the trial. Whether he aided in extortion or not is, of course, a matter to be legally judged in court. However, in the last part of the five-page prison letter, he showed a courteous attitude by thanking for reading it, and he conveyed his condolences for Jiang's painful execution and suffering, pleading for leniency. In reality, this seems to be a gesture aimed at potentially being considered for mitigating circumstances ahead of the trial, and it cannot be ruled out that his defense attorney may have instructed him to do this. Moreover, whether he genuinely wants to comfort and apologize to Jiang can be inferred from the early stages of this case. In the recording released at the beginning of the incident, it shows that...

After informing that the director of Jjiang's agency was going to meet, Lee Se-wook suggested that they should receive as much as possible when they can. In contrast, Karakula brought up the story of Kim Yong-ho, explaining that he had collected 1.8 billion won so far, and urged to quickly buy a house. Despite recognizing that this was an act of extortion, threatening specific individuals for money, they did not condemn this behavior but instead supported and encouraged it. Of course, Karakula claimed that the initial recording was a manipulated audio file, and when new recordings were released, he stated that he had actually prevented a crisis. However, the audio file that Karakula released was even claimed to be manipulated by sound experts, leading to a significant decline in public sentiment, and even involving his two sons.

Although she appeared confident, claiming that she had never received money while walking, it was eventually revealed that she had embezzled millions of won from the core of the Africa TV Coin Gate incident. As a result, she suddenly took down the sign from her office and fled in the middle of the night. When her YouTube revenue was also suspended, she finally announced her retirement from being a YouTuber and went through the process of making an official apology. In the midst of all this, she sent five letters from prison to Jian, expressing her remorse and feelings of injustice. However, this has led to continued doubts about her sincerity. Nonetheless, as previously explained, it remains to be seen what kind of punishment will be imposed on Karakula, who is accused of aiding and abetting extortion, as the court will make a legal judgment based on various pieces of evidence. Therefore, it is not possible to hastily conclude whether she is guilty or innocent at this stage.

There is one clear point: regardless of legal punishment, the authenticity of the detective YouTuber, who shouted for justice in our society, has disappeared. He confidently claimed that he had never received money while involving his son, but as the truth about his lies was revealed, many fans who believed in him were greatly disappointed. Therefore, it seems difficult for him to continue living the life of a YouTuber as before. Let me share the public's reaction to this news. Thank you for watching.
