the sales team from APAC to onboarding the new publishers here so Today it's my pleasure to share with you Uh some insights and Trends on what we are seeing from the branding budget for the in-game inventories yeah before we start just

wanted to give you Uh an initial impression of who DT is DT is a US headquarter based company We are providing the business from both UA plus monetization side from the UA side We have the programmatic business or DSP and also the offer wall as the UA solutions and from the

monetization side We also have three of the products We have ad mediation or programmatic platform exchange and also offer wall yeah So this is Uh DT as a whole Uh I think most of the attendees today are the gaming Uh developers so we have the pretty direct feeling that in the

past few years in the industry it's been pretty challenging but still we are seeing some of the good numbers as we can see that the spend in the last year has increased significantly and also the time spent by the users in the game over five years is now over four hours since last year

and Uh it's around 20% of your daily life so even though the industry is pretty competitive but the trend is pretty optimistic and also from the report from GWI more than 80% of the users they are prefer to seeing an ad so hybrid is actually one of the directions for

the Apple publishers to do the monetization, yeah. So in such a competitive environment of the industry, what the publishers can do to keep the users into the app? Let's say from the both side. From the user, actually, the user is the base, is the foundation of your games.

So we need to explore the most relevant channels to reach to the right users because different of the user channels, they have the different algorithm and also the, uh, different group of the users. So only we need to try several of the new channels for the right users and also to make sure

that your creatives are rendering properly into all of the media platforms. So from the monetization side, it's also pretty, pretty important as the publisher, users is always the high priority of your games. So we need to prioritize the networks who can deliver you the good

user experience creatives. We need to keep our users into our app and also accept the gaming budget. We can looking for some of the networks who has the non-gaming, like e-commerce and the branding campaign to make, uh, to to let your users to experience some of the different bud

into your app. So only we are working in this two ways in two ways in parallel, we will never lose your our users. We will keep the the most of users into our game. Yeah. So for us, the gaming publishers, we will know that most of the

budget is from gaming advertisers. Another channel we are seeing as actually the performance budget is, uh, more and more important for the gaming developers. So according to the report released by Digital, uh, by GWI, we, uh, we can see that actually the gaming inventory is also more and more

important for the branding campaigns. There are several reasons from the volume point of view. As we can see that globally the gaming user is huge and also the time spent by the game users in the gaming apps compete with the social media platforms.

So in general, the gaming users present around 10% of the total time, but only below 4% of the branding budget spending into the gaming inventories. So from this point of view, the gaming inventories still have huge potential for the branding budgets.

And also from the quality point of view, the users in the gaming, they are more likely to see some videos to gain some rewards into the app. So the video creative is more attractive for the gaming users. And secondly, for the branding campaigns, they are easier for them to reach the real users in their game. So either from quantity or quality point of view, the gaming inventory is a good fit for the branding budget. And here are some of the examples that for the puzzle game, as we know that the puzzle gaming is a trend here for

the vet publishers. When the user is playing the puzzle game, they are also interested to see some of the branding campaigns like retail or shopping. The same on the car games, yeah, from the yeah. So from the DT point of view, as we know that DT exchange was

mixed platform by the performance budget and also branding. Previously, the branding budget is around 40% of the overall, but at the first half of this year, we are seeing the increase trend of the branding budget into or gaming publishers. And also another trend

is the increase of the branding budget into the gaming publishers.

We are seeing is that previously the branding budget mainly of the format buying us on banner but since last year we are seen some changes They are not only buying on banner format but they are equivalent their budget from banner to full screen so That's A Reason that from

the DT Point of view that we are performing Uh We are perform more and more importance for the Gaming publishers at at the monetization Point of view yeah and how the will enjoy the branding budgets only the publishers need to integrate the sdk and then all of the

branding budgets either from the third party dsp or the agency or direct budget Where pnp will be all access to our publishers yeah So what the branding campaigns means for the Gaming publishers firstly is the revenue based on the performance budget Uh Brand New

budgets IS incremental revenue or opportunity for the Gaming publishers and also the user experience As I mentioned previously that user is the key for the app publishers so the logic of the branding campaigns to buying the users is a bit different with the performance for the branding Uh budgets

only they will Uh they wanted to making their Brand more awareness so normally they will buy only the Display or the video completion completion so as a b difference more We more user friendly compared with the performance Here is an example yeah so all in all that the air

format for the monetization publishers is also Pretty important as a publisher we need to Uh Choose the most relevant format into your game to avoid to interrupt your user experience for example here that We have of the and h publishers normally they will have interstitial as the most or the

biggest format and B and also re video for some of the content or non-gaming publishers they will choose all as their important format into their monetization, yeah. Lastly, here I wanted to share with you all some good news that I think everyone knows that Hungry

Studio, they are one of the rockstars from China. They are the famous puzzle gaming publisher. Their requirement is that also users their highest priority, so they wanted to explore some of the networks who can deliver them the diversify the demand and also at the

same time to increase their streaming revenue. So DT is a good fit for them, of the MOD strategy. Uh, after they integrate with the platform, they are seeing that around % of the upd, the most important is they really enjoyed the branding budget, so to increase their overall

revenue and also Uh DT presents the top three of their banner automation partner. This is a win-win situation for both of us and the Hungary studio. Yeah, that's all from me, and Uh, in the I will give the ATT to Priyanka and

dung rất là gần gũi trước là Hoa có thể chia sẻ về những cái chiến lược mà bên mình đã thực hiện để thúc đẩy hơn IAP

trong sản phẩm của Abi được không Dạ vâng ạ Thực ra thì cái khái niệm về Hybrid game thì đã rất là phổ biến trong vài năm gần đây và đặc biệt là từ cuối

năm ngoái cho đến năm nay thì mình có thể nhìn thấy cái sự chuyển đổi rõ rệt trong các sản phẩm của studio game Việt

Năm thì để biến game hyper thành game Hybrid thì mình cần chú ý ba yếu tố sau đây: đầu tiên đó là cần tập trung vào trải nghiệm của người chơi, thứ hai đó là

cần duy trì được cái core gameplay hấp dẫn và cuối cùng là đưa vào game một số gói IP. Và sau đây là một số cách hiệu quả mà Abi đang áp dụng để có thể khiến

user nạp tiền vào trong game. Đầu tiên đó là về gói xóa quảng cáo thì đối với các game hyper thì mình sẽ có ba định dạng

quảng cáo chính thường được sử dụng đó là quảng cáo biểu ngữ (banner), quảng cáo xen kẽ (interal ad) và quảng cáo trả

thưởng (reward ad). Thì trong đó phần trăm doanh thu đến từ interal ad là chiếm lớn nhất. Tuy nhiên thì đây cũng là loại quảng cáo mà mang lại sự khó chịu và

phiền phức nhất đối với user vì vậy là các nhà quảng cáo các nhà phát triển có thể cân nhắc lựa chọn là đưa vào gói Xóa

quảng cáo dành cho user để có thể bỏ đi cái sự gián đoạn sự phiền nhiễu để user có thể tập trung và trải game nhiều hơn

thứ hai đó là cân nhắc thêm về những vị trí đặt reward ads trái với sự phiền phức của Interstitial và banner thì reward là loại một loại quảng cáo thường được sử

dụng đối với các game Hybrid bởi vì ở đó thì người chơi có thể tự chủ động quyết định xem là khi nào họ xem quảng cáo họ

xem quảng cáo ở đâu để làm gì và sẽ nhận được cái gì và ví dụ như là nhờ chơi ở một màn chơi họ thua thì họ có thể xem

reward ads để họ có thể Revive họ chơi tiếp ở điểm mà họ vừa thua thay vì là phải chơi lại từ đầu vừa tốn thời gian

và có thể là làm giảm cái sự hứng thú của user hoặc là mình có thể xem reward để đẩy nhanh tiến độ của trò chơi so với

Thông thường điều này thì thường được áp dụng đối với các game idol ví dụ như là có thể X2 Speed trong vòng 3 phút hoặc là X2 coin và money trong vòng 3 phút để

từ đó có thể để nhanh cái tiến độ phát triển tiến độ upgrade của trò chơi hơn và cuối cùng đó là cân nhắc về cái gói

subscription gói đăng ký mua hàng thì ngoài các gói IP mua một lần và nhiều lần ra thì mình có thể cân nhắc là thiết kế những gói đăng ký theo thời gian như

là theo tuần này theo tháng theo quý hoặc là theo năm thì cần đảm bảo là user sẽ nắm được những cái lợi ích của mình

khi mà họ bỏ tiền ra đăng ký điều này thì có thể giúp cho doanh nghiệp sẽ có những cái doanh thu ổn định cũng như là

user có những cái giá trị biến vững và em nghĩ là khi mà đưa IP vào game ấy thì mình cũng cần đảm bảo là không làm giảm

đi cái tính hấp dẫn của Core gameplay cũng như là không tạo ra rào cản quá lớn đối với user mà họ chơi không trả

phí để không biến game thành một game pay to win Và cái sự minh bạch và công bằng ở trong trò chơi cũng là một điều rất là

need to be implemented? Secondly, to say that we have been privacy-first approach company in terms of that, I stand GDPR, CCPA, all the guidelines, the first priority to the privacy. So the privacy-first approach would be definitely important, which we will be also implementing for this.

And in terms of like a little about hyper-casual games, it's more of the intrusive ads, as like, well, like all the people expect. So this will be very important, how we are personalizing the experience. We need to be something that users are interested in, not something that you know we are demanding from

him, just playing the game. He is leaving out the session because engagement in hyper-casual games, which are going to be the loop games, would be very important. So we are implementing personalized experiences for the user so he is retained in the game. And the monetization is definitely maximized. And lastly,

the most important point for all the game part, how, so hyper-casual games, the key point we think would be that banning out different revenues would be not just depending on, would be a mix of purchase, subscription models, right? So we are going to implement technologies in a way that we are banning out all the

diff ram and the I would just mention that we will be focusing on interactive ads. We have seen a huge success with playable videos which is doing wonders. We have seen amazing retention and user engagement and responding to those ads pretty well. So I guess all the solutions combining this

We are definitely making a great shift towards the hybrid model. Yes, interesting you also mention about that all the solutions should be combined to make sure that we have an ecosystem that supports this transition. So I have one question of all the solutions about data driven. You see

any solution that is really helpful. Yeah, so I would first like to like mention here a little bit on a background side. Digitalb has been the most into the fraud inventor of the US, right, in terms of the solutions which we have implemented for this attribution. It definitely plays the most

important role and I'm proud to say that we implemented the first of our solutions with app-level, which is direct attribution. Now, what does direct attribution mean? user, the attribution is going to Digitalb, the user, we are the ones who put your app on a device. Now the question would be how is this helpful for game advertisers? So we have done a case study recently after implementing direct attribution, the

result We have seen like 30% increase in the conversion rate 10% in the CPA and 15% in the CPI so overall this innovation is working pretty well and most of our partners have already adopted this and working on this and second approach I would just quickly

mention is that We have a unified approach which We call as DT group The inventory We have is a broad Plus PR Plus wall So how advertiser can be on all the inventory through a single access because optimization through the different cross format would be easier for the advertiser and

also It will give you a leverage to utilize all the inventory We have just with one single access So this will be more focused on your in terms of improving the overall attribution with this so unified is the second strategy which We are working through and we are very

nhanh và rộng và sau đó thì là sẽ giảm dần theo cái sự đón nhận của user cũng như là sự xuất hiện nhanh chóng của

những cái đối thủ cạnh tranh với game Hybrid thì là một câu chuyện khác nó là những cái dòng sản phẩm sẽ có nội dung

sâu hơn phát triển theo hướng dài và bền vững hơn vì vậy nên là các nhà quảng cáo ở Việt Nam đã quen với cách

đánh những game hyper thì cần có một số lưu ý để có thể có một cách tiếp cận khác đi đầu tiên đó là mình cần đa dạng

hơn về chiến lược kiếm tiền ở trong game (monetization) thì đối với các game hyper thì phụ thuộc gần như 100% vào quảng cáo thì với các game Hybrid thì mình sẽ

đưa thêm yếu tố là mua hàng vào trong game, cung cấp cả lựa chọn miễn phí và trả phí cho user. Vì vậy nên là các nhà

quảng cáo cũng như là các nhà phát triển cần phải làm rõ, làm nổi bật được lợi ích của user khi mà họ bỏ tiền ra, họ nạp iip

và bởi vì mình đang scale game trên quy mô là Global. Vì thế nên là phản ứng của user ở các thị trường cũng sẽ là

không giống nhau. Thì mình cần tạo ra những cái thử nghiệm để có cái chiến lược monetize phù hợp với user ở từng thị

trường. Chẳng hạn như là user ở thị trường T4 như là India, Iran, Iraq thì thường là sẽ có Pain rate, tỉ lệ trả phí thấp hơn so với những thị trường Tier One

như là Mỹ, Hàn, Nhật. Thì ở những thị trường này thì mình có thể cân nhắc là monetize về quảng cáo nhiều hơn, đặt vị

trí hiển thị quảng cáo nhiều hơn, cũng ngắn hơn và đồng thời cũng có thể cân nhắc là giảm giá gói từ 20 đến 30% đối

với những user ở đây để họ có thể dễ dàng tiếp cận với game IP hơn. Ngược lại thì với những cái user ở đâu đó thì mình

có thể cân nhắc là giảm bớt tần suất hiển thị quảng cáo hoặc là bỏ luôn inter để họ có thể là trải nghiệm game một

cách tối đa và từ đó là dễ dàng sinh ra những cái cơ hội để tạo ra IP sau này. Và thứ hai đó là cần cân bằng giữa chiến
