On the late evening of June 27th, 2023, Orlando Police are on scene at the airport after police are called by the airline ticketing staff for a group of disorderly customers of the airline who are upset with the level of service they had been receiving. The following shows the body-worn camera footage of what happened during the incident. I don't know, they're not telling us anything, they're stuck here. So they're upset, understandably so, but the only solution that Spirit can give them is the manager saying, we can only rebook.
