Yes, and then we got it barely got it back here and it was starting to sink when we got it back here and it's been in the shop all winter pretty much and we just got it back. I took it out a couple times to the lake, which ain't never rough at the lake, just make sure it was all right.

this is the first time I've taken it out in the salt water, and I guess I hit a wave pretty hard on the way back, which I did a couple, but I didn't think I hit that damn hard. Today I've been out to the island since what time we got there, like 10:30, 11. I went out there to watch the concert, hung out, and I came back. All right, so basically, this is a boating accident. And I want to make sure you're safe to drive, yes sir. So listen, I'm changing over from a boating accident investigation to a BUI investigation. I'm not saying you're BUI, but I just have to make sure y'all flipped off here, all this stuff hollering and all, and I get it, that was stressful, but I just have to make sure you're okay. have no reason to not believe that. However, with our observations of what we've seen him doing, that if he hadn't been drinking, get him out of trouble instead of getting him in trouble. Because if he just said, I'm not taking no test, based on the what we saw, and if he refused because the [__] boat was sinking. Listen, I know that's not it. Okay, well, I don't. I wasn't here, so I don't know what saw exactly. I understand he called me in a panic about the boat's water, about sink, and I know I heard him when he said, Get down here. I heard him. It's fine, that officer just trying to make sure he's okay, and what we're seeing is not a result of a BUI instead of just him trying to take care of the boat. Okay, then what do you check? What do you mean he's okay? If he ain't been drinking, he ain't got no alcohol. That's what he told us. Well, give him a breathalyzer. I don't even think we

have a PBT on us. I mean, when you're out on the water, he's been out there since 9:30 this morning. I understand that. Listen, I get that. I know you hear the [__] all the time, but he's been out there with me all day. I was on my boat, but he ain't been drinking, right? No, we have no reasonable. That got crashed last year. We got it fixed. The first time we took it out, I got up underneath there and I looked at it, and it looks like just from a push. They didn't do it good enough, and she even said, Y hit a. They hit away pretty hard, and it looked like it impacted it in there. So, he's just making sure. He's just young and stupid. If you don't take no goddamn test, I don't care what law enforcement says, whether he's good or not. Y'all take him to jail, then I can get him out tomorrow, and everything's good. The third task is to move your fist in step-like fashion in reverse order, counting out loud from five to eight, and returning your left fist to your chest. Five, six, seven, eight, four. The fourth task is to open your hands, put palms down, and place them in your leg. How much damn instructions.

before listen he was under the influence of his dad telling him. I understand that I've already told him he gets pulled up. Don't do say yes sir no sir and put your hands behind your back. At the time of making this video I was unable to find any information.
