Today, so you guys can become closer to chamomile, I'll introduce a way that will help you drink chamomile tea more deliciously. Let's do this together. People who look for chamomile tea may do it for taste, but rather than the taste, they would drink it probably because of its effects. What effects of chamomile tea will make all these people look for it? Chamomile has the nickname 'Apple of the earth' and has sweet flower scents and a natural taste. It has the effects of calming, killing germs, and aesthetic effects, so it is good for nervous minds, insomnia, stomach pains, menstrual pains

gastric ulcers, atopic dermatitis, and bronchitis. If you drink chamomile as a herbal tea, it helps you sleep comfortably. It makes your body calm down and relax. So now, I'll introduce how you can enjoy chamomile tea. Actually, chamomile by itself makes a great herbal tea. But if you blend other herbs with chamomile, you can feel more tastes and effects. To tell the truth, the chamomile tea will become much more delicious. So, let's take a look at the herbs that go well with chamomile. The herb that goes the best with chamomile is mint. In most cafe menus, chamomile teas are always in them, right? But, over 90% of these, from what I think, use the single tea, by which I mean only chamomile tea. But everyone, putting mint inside the chamomile tea makes it a whole new tea. So let's look at the effects of mint.

One of the representative effects of mint is that it's good for killing germs, colds, asthma, and bronchitis, and it's also good for relieving pains. It is also said to be good for mental exhaustion and fatigue. You know that feeling of having a clear head when we smell mint, right? And everyone, an important advantage of mint is that it warms up our bodies when we are cold, and cools down our bodies when we are hot. The herb mint can be divided into many types. There's not just one type. So today, I will introduce three types of mints. The first is peppermint. The next is nanamint, and the third one is spearmint. The second herb that goes well with chamomile is

lavender. The herb lavender is very familiar to us, right? If we look at the effects of lavender, it relaxes the tension in our body and relieves stress. It is also a herb that is good for headaches, insomnia, nervousness, and calming down nerves. We can see this from all the products that use lavender. First, I'll use only chamomile to make the tea and tell you what it tastes like. And next, I'll blend chamomile and mint together to tell you what it tastes like. Third, I'll blend chamomile, mint, and lavender altogether and tell you what it tastes like. What I mean is, I'll line these 3 up and tell you what they taste like. First, I'll make only chamomile tea. I bet many of you know the taste of a single chamomile tea. I'll set the time to 3 minutes and pour the water. I've prepared water that is 95 degrees Celsius.

Brewing chamomile+mint tea and chamomile+mint+lavender tea. The first is chamomile, and it's a single tea. The next is a blending of chamomile and mint. The last is a blending of chamomile, mint, and lavender. I'll also put in some wet tea leaves. Let's drink the prepared tea. The first is the chamomile single. Everyone knows it, right? It smells like flowers and chamomile. It's soft and sweet, the scent itself. So how will it taste? Many of you know what chamomile tastes like. I will describe it as it is. I taste the soft sweetness of a gentle chrysanthemum. Actually, it's so soft that it kind of tastes like grain. The next tea is so good. Everyone, please try this out. First, because mint is in it, it gives a cool and fresh feeling. There's also an aftertaste

of chamomile. The third one is, oh, everyone, it's so good. The scent of lavender supports everything, and the mixed scents of mint and chamomile make me feel really happy. How will the tea taste? Personally, everyone, this is a blending that I really love. It is basically cool menthol and lavender, and they are mixed so well. The balance is so great. To tell the truth, this balance, a lot of people come here to study this balance. But you guys are receiving a tip from youtube. To sum up, Hongcha-unnie has made this with tea leaves. But some of you might have tea bags instead. Don't think of it the hard way. One is chamomile, and the other one is mint. You can just pour water over it. You get it, right?
