Although this is a topic we have covered periodically in our videos, I wanted to touch on it again and decided to film this video. Right now, from March to April, there are times when it suddenly gets very hot, even though it's not yet summer. Many customers visit us not only in the hot summer months due to air conditioner problems, but also in early spring when the air conditioner doesn't work. Just because a car is a brand new model that just came out yesterday doesn't mean it will never break down. In autumn and winter, since the air conditioner doesn't need to run, many customers come in to check if it's working or not.

I'm going to write. At that poignant moment when three seasons have passed and summer starts anew, the air conditioner problem always occurs. As many of you may know, car air conditioners can have various issues like lack of refrigerant, malfunctioning recirculation line, non-operational cooling fan, or even problems with the compressor or sensors due to malfunctions or various issues, the air conditioner may not work. However, what I want to introduce in today's video is to focus on only two things, excluding all others. When I first started YouTube, I think I talked about this in several videos. Many repairs are carried out at our shop, and there are often cases where symptoms occur depending on which part is malfunctioning. Of course, you will feel that the air conditioner is not working properly. What I want to talk about today is the air conditioning.

The defects in the compressor itself have significantly improved compared to before. There are many cases where high-priced air conditioners do not need to be exchanged due to defects in the compressor itself. It doesn't mean there are no malfunctions at all, but the malfunction rate of compressors has decreased significantly compared to before. Even if the refrigerant charge is normal, the sensor type is normal, and the power consumption is normal, if you feel like the cooling performance has deteriorated compared to a few years ago or last year, it may be due to something you don't know. In some cases, you may feel like the cooling performance has deteriorated without knowing why, even though everything seems normal. When the air conditioner is quietly operating, if you start pressing the family pad 4 times, the airflow may seem a bit stronger. It should be cooler when turned on, but it may feel slightly bent. People's skin is really sensitive to temperature.

I think that part was accurately identified by the thermometer recorder. In my opinion, customers do not lie. We are not the owners of the repaired vehicle. Giants like us who have been operating continuously for several years may feel sounds that were not heard or sensations that were not felt. The difference in performance between last year and this year, such as the character of the engine, is felt much more accurately by repair shop workers than by us. Just to clarify, what I mentioned now is not at all a situation where the miracles of the air conditioner or sensors, etc., are perfectly guaranteed but not working. When you think that the cooling effect has dropped without knowing something, I mentioned that torture. The protagonist I will talk about today is the high-priced compressor.

It is installed, and I think you have seen a lot of replacements in our video. The Beckman Woods Bell 9 doesn't necessarily need to be replaced, but when you want a Bellows valve, it might have a more synergistic effect if you change it. That's exactly what the filter, dry filter, or content filter is called. These two things are the focus of today's discussion. Just by mentioning this, you may wonder if it is installed in a dark place and how to replace it. I would like to explain how to replace it. However, I think it might be a bit difficult to explain it here in part 2, so I will move on to the video after moving the camera to continue the explanation. When you visit a repair shop, the first thing to accommodate is the bellows valve of the refrigerant. After answering the cold noodles using equipment, you can change the valve. Excluding specific vehicles, replacing this bellows valve is not that difficult. It can be done very simply. Most people don't need to disconnect the refrigerant line. Let's target the place where the bellows valve of the refrigerant is installed. You can separate the connector. If you use a clamp tool, it's done. Next, you will remove the sliding using snap ring pliers. Sometimes, there may be cases where the snap ring is loose when trying to remove it. In this way, the external sanding attached will be removed. The difficult task is over. Now, you just need to remove this valve. It's out. There are no traces of replacement on the road. This is today's highlight.

I'm the main character. The price of the parts for the breakup at home is about 30,000 won. Even if the part price is 40,000 won, I don't think the memory is 40,000 won, of course. Depending on the difficulty of the exchange work, there may be slight differences in the work method for each vehicle. I won't talk in detail about the condition filter or dry filter that I will tell you the second time today. It is enough to know what this valve does. It seems like a really good world. You might think, Was my car's performance this good? I believe that the car's air conditioner is not just a high-priced air purifier but also a very good heating air purifier. This is purely my personal opinion. Of course, the items may vary by car model. Let's try installing a new product. The refrigerant is applied rather than spraying the 2nd ring insect repellent personally.

There was a mistake, it was our fault. The bellows that we lost earlier, we don't have one on the top. I forgot about this before; we didn't know that the compressor was installed, so we installed it as it was. After everything was stretched out, there was a case where it could leak tomorrow. Here, the valve is currently installed. It's firmly fixed here. If you just install the valve in its original state, the refrigerant will naturally flow. If the air conditioning performance has deteriorated in some way, I think replacing this bellows valve 1 can have a very good effect. It's a bit disappointing that surprisingly, many people replace the entire compressor because this valve often malfunctions. It will be a burden in a different way. When I mentioned it at first, many people replaced the entire compressor, but if you develop the bellows valve together...

I will tell you the part that I think has a little more synergy effect. I won't say that you have to exchange it. I find it difficult to say that the air conditioner performance will improve significantly just by changing the dry filter or conditioner builder, but I think it might be helpful if done together, even a little bit. Also, the cost is quite low when done together. Working together will make the cost lower. Of course, this is naturally installed in the air conditioner condition. I will bring the conditioner. Most car models are installed on the front panel like this. My conditioner is installed in the front, and the radiator is installed at the back. If you look at the wide conditioner, there is a pillar next to it. This pillar is where the filter is installed.

The work is very easy in this situation where the incident has occurred. The front panel is installed on the vehicle, the front bumper is attached in the front, and as a result, the space is very narrow. There is a plug that can be detached to separate the book's effector, and there is a very narrow space to remove and install it. Conversely, it can be very difficult to detach and install. The difficulty of the work varies greatly. Even if it is shortened, there is still room for detachment. Most of the windows are blocked by a black plastic cover that needs to be pulled out from below. If only the filter is to be replaced, of course, the refrigerant must be recovered and recharged. For the convenience of the work, I will only tag the condenser. It is inside here, deep on one side, and needs to be removed. This is what I will do together.

I would like to recommend that you exchange it, that's right, this felt. This small item plays an important role in the air conditioning line more than you think. When you feel that something is lacking in the air conditioning, I recommend that you consider exchanging the valve installed in the air conditioning compressor at that timing. If you have already replaced the front pads or worked on the radiator condition, you can save a lot of costs by doing the alignment process together. I know it's not even tens of thousands of won. As I mentioned at the beginning, there are various issues with the air conditioning. Most of the problems that customers visiting us have are not that the air conditioning is not working, but that the performance of the air conditioning has deteriorated. Please receive a diagnosis, and if there are no major issues but still feel lacking in understanding something, I strongly recommend trying it with him as you said today.
