I'm going to be teaching you what you didn't know about discipline, and this is 100% going to change your life. So, a lot of you right now may have a negative viewpoint on discipline, seeing it as something that's this difficult, tiring, annoying thing. But once you make this mindset shift and you actually start utilizing discipline to the fullest of its potential, you can open up a whole new world and start having the life of your dreams. You truly can transform from being someone who is average and mediocre to someone who is exceptional, all by just implementing these things. And it all starts with a mindset shift that discipline is what's going to allow you to get the results that you want out of life. So, discipline equals freedom, and when you start seeing it that way, discipline tasks become the most fulfilling and rewarding thing that you can do. And another thing is that discipline, once you get started with it, it stacks. So, the more disciplined acts that you do throughout the day, the better you're going to feel, and the more

fulfilled. You're going to be by accomplishing these tasks and overcoming things. So, discipline is the key to freedom, and when you see it that way, it becomes very exciting and liberating to do these disciplined tasks. When it's like first thing in the morning, I wake up right away, I meditate. That's the first discipline task. The next thing will be reading. I read for about 20 to 30 minutes, usually a chapter, and then I go into gratitude journaling, just writing about three to five things that I'm grateful for. And that is my morning routine. And after that, I feel so good knowing that I've done personal work. And then I go over to the gym, I train, and that's also, you know, physical working, making sure I'm taking care of my mind, my body, all these different things, looking the best that I can be. And then I start the day for work, and I start creating content, I get into some sales, managing my businesses, taking calls with my team. And then at nighttime, I usually

try and do some learning and developing, and then I do take some time to wind down. The thing that you'll notice is when you do slip up and you do something that is not disciplined, it would be something that's more of like a quick dopamine grab, something like scrolling on social media, or just going down the list of worse and worse, would be like, you know, fapping and watching porn, or doing drugs and alcohol. If those things aren't in the right circumstance, it is very detrimental to everything that you built up. So, the sooner you, if you do those early in the day, if you do one of those quick dopamine things earlier in the day, it's going to be so hard to get back on that train of being disciplined and getting your done. But if you keep delaying those things as long as possible and just focus on the work that you can do, the actions you can put in that are disciplined, it's going to get easier and easier, and you're going to feel better and better throughout the day, and you're just going

to want to keep tackling tasks. So, that's the biggest thing, is staying disciplined and then allowing those things, right? Where it's like, you know, scrolling on social media. I don't really see how that one can be implemented into your life, you know, usefully. But, you know, instead of fapping, right, you get to go out and get with a girl, or you have a girlfriend that you have, you know, loving and meaningful sex with. That would be, you know, the trade-off. You don't want to fat, but you want to have the real-life thing. Or, you know, drinking and partying, maybe not drugs, but like, if you drink and you celebrate a week's work and you've made all this money, you've stacked all these wins, you've grown and achieved a lot in your business. Now, you go out and party, and it's rewarded. But if you do these things on a daily basis, like when I was younger, I used to smoke weed every day and hang out with my friends. That is not going to make you

feel good in the long run. It may be, you know, a nice short-term feeling, and even if it's just at the end of the day, you still didn't do much to earn it. Because if you're smoking on a consistent basis, you're going to have your dopamine messed up. You're not going to be as productive. You're not going to be nearly as competitive as the guys who are just working, doing disciplined acts, trying to get done, trying to build their business. You smoking weed at the end of the day, saying it's just a time for you to relax, is setting you back big time. So that's really the thing that you need to realize about discipline, is that it is the key to your freedom. And when you realize that and you make this your mindset, that disciplined acts are fun, and the thing is, you will start to learn to love them. That's the thing, is I love reading. Meditation is really nice as well, although it can be difficult. You can get distracted. It can be hard to stay focused. It can be frustrating, but

you fall in love with the process, and I love learning. I hate school, and I hated the traditional school system, but I love learning, reading, and developing about my business, my mind, my body, relationships, sales, marketing. All this is super interesting, and it's a lot of fun to learn about every single day. So, you'll fall in love with the process as well as content creation, getting better at it, making better videos, seeing that you have success in the feeling of trying something for so long, and then finally getting a video to take off and get a good bit of views is one of the most rewarding feelings. I can't even explain how it feels. It's the same thing with business when you have a huge week after putting in so much time to learn and develop and test and implement. When something has success, especially like a new thing that you are developing and trying to get going, that's the best, most rewarding feeling. So, all the failures, all that discipline, time of learning, trying to develop things out, it pays off so much.

more than if you were just to try and go for quick dopamine throughout your day scrolling on social media or doing any of the worst you know dopamine things. So, that's really the key to success in life and anything that you do is going to be harnessing the power of discipline, and it is going to 100% change your life.
