have you fallen for it again, the allure of believing that there's something to gain from life, that there's something that you can get out of whatever it is that you're seeking, that there's anything that could be added onto you, or that there's anything that you could even lose? Have you fallen again into the trap of the world, which wants to convince you that you are lacking, that you are lost, that you are missing something? You see, every time we look out into the world for something other than what we already are, no matter how temporarily gratifying, satisfying, and seemingly fulfilling it may be, it always inevitably leads to suffering. And that can be a great thing because the truth of what it is that you are seeking will be found when the external striving is exhausted. And that's why suffering is a gift, because it brings you ever closer to realizing your true nature, the truth of what you are and always have been and will be, for you are not lacking anything, you are not missing anything, you have never

been lost. You have never been separated from the infinite love that you are, from the causeless joy that you are, from the eternal peace of your being, from the freedom, the timeless presence that is the freedom of what you are in essence, that we so quickly begin to seek outside of ourselves. And again, there's nothing wrong with seeking outside of yourself, for the more you seek and hope to find it, the greater the possibility that you will exhaust that and remember all the parts of you that you have dismembered and outsourced outside of your self, and come back into alignment with who you really are, and realize the wholeness of your being, the abundance of your spirit, and the power that you are to experience all that you are now without the need for any symbols or external validation. Seek as you will, but open up to the possibility that the world is an illusion which offers you only suffering in the end. As the Buddha said, life is suffering, and despite what we have been

told ignorance is not bliss. The truth is bliss, and your true nature is a timeless bliss, which if you can recognize, you will never seek for anything ever again.
