Hello, this is Mark Roberts, the game director of Path of Exile 2. I will introduce improvements in PoE 1 that will also be added. A constant health bar for bosses will be added. It won't be applied to all bosses from the beginning, but it will start from the final boss of 3.25 and each act's boss. More information about 3.25 can be seen at the GGG live event on July 19th.
