I just can't understand this house. It's not a place where someone can live. It can't be.

Even from the front door, the whole house is filled with litter and junk, and bugs all over the place.

Spending 24 hours in such conditions... But he graduated from Seoul University, School of Law. From Japanese to Chinese, he speaks 7 languages.

Litter all over the place, even rotten leftovers. The place with all sorts of junk is... a kitchen!

The stench and shocking hygienic conditions. How can he live in such a place...? "Is this place where you sleep?"

This armchair can be a cot, so I use this as a bed. He spends most of his time in this tiny space.

And... the books everywhere stand out. "Isn't this a law dictionary? Yes, I graduated from Seoul University, School of Law."

Seoul National University School of Law!? In fact, he was a graduate of Seoul National University School of Law.

I speak 7 languages: English, German, Chinese, Japanese, French, Latin, and Korean. He even volunteered as a Japanese interpreter at the APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting in 2005.

Japanese: This place is the happiest place for me. English, Chinese: Very fluent! Moreover, he even led a large company for the past 40 years.

He was an elite. I used to live in a 330-square-meter, two-story apartment in Seoul.

My life wasn't like this. But this life has its own charm. Others don't understand, but it has its own good points.

His fancy past and pathetic current life. Even getting ready to go out is tough. These are the shoes. It's so hectic.

That's the fun part. You can get away from dementia. But unlike this living condition, he looks like a gentleman outside.

He's getting punished...? I don't intentionally leave trash and clutter. What good does that do? Why would doing that give you anything?

It makes me suffer. Because I lived a good life by making others suffer. I even exploited laborers.

None of the rich are good. And I'm one of them. He had been living only for himself.

But after facing the IMF, his business collapsed, leading to a serious depression. 'Everything is vain.'

I think everything is so vain. I know I'm late, but I wish to repent for my past and live a better life.

His past was filled with selfishness and arrogance. He chose this lifestyle to repent for his shameful past.

But we can't just let an 80-year-old elder live in such a place. Don't you want to live in clean conditions?

Well, I'm not saying this because I'm in front of a camera. I know it's causing conflicts.

So I know I have to clean it for my neighbors. I'm planning to do so. Fortunately, he also felt the need for change.

He promised us that he'll clean the house ASAP. Why don't we go get some fresh air? xD
