12. The Bronx. Up next. >> Good evening. We begin with breaking news this evening. A bus crashing into a scaffolding now blocking a street in Highbridge. It's something you're going to have to see to believe. News Twelve's novel Hernandez joins us now from the scene. >> Now it looks like the bus is still at the scene of the crash here. What's going on? >> And you can actually see people are trying to actively move the bus right now from the building that it crashed into. And everyone in this neighborhood is asking something like this happen. Well, surveillance video shows the moment a 6-year-old bus driver loses control of the bus. He was driving and he hits one car and then crashes into the scaffolding of that building. And he's later seen walking off the bus. Witnesses say he didn't seem injured. >> Police say he was on his way to pick up kids. I got out of school and they tell us that

driver did have a medical episode. It made him lose control of the bus, and that's when they say he sideswiped a car that did have one person inside. Witnesses tell us that they saw the bus speed down 170th street and jumped the curb. The bus then swerved and crashed right into the scaffolding and a building. If the bricks were put out of place in the building, and we saw the full bus left. I spoke to eyewitnesses, and here's what they say. They saw. >> He said to the guy, OK, so the month on the sofa coming combined to make that. Buck up a couple what I mean, most of what the mostly not. >> If you can see the buses moving right now, and everyone is utterly saying they're just glad that no one was seriously injured.
