Ray class is a cursed land. You have to be mad to settle here. Hi, siin here with another video, and in this one, we are going to cover the 3251 patch notes. I've been really hoping that we're going to do something like this. I'm also going to cover some pee2 beta news, but I didn't feel like that warranted a video all on its own 'cause it's not that much information, but I'll cover that at the end of the video. So, some pe2 news at the end of the video regarding the beta, but we're going to start off by reading the 3251 PCH notes. I have not read them yet, but I saw that there was something about recombinator, so I'm very excited right later this week. Blah blah blah, tier 17, recombinator dust, and tier 17 M modifier. What are they going to change to dust? They're still subject to change, so I guess they'll see like how people react to them and stuff. I'm also

surprised initially that there's no mention of the Wildwood because that is one of the things that really need to change. Uh, it's just kind of useless right now. Um, sers rework how dust affects shipping and rewards. Previously, it was multiplying the shipment value and having a disproportionately high impact on risk compared to the rewards. Uh, now it simply adds to the shipment value and scales the amount of rewards based on the other goods being shipped, and in almost all cases, this is a buff from before. Oh, okay, cool. I'm not sure 100% understand that. I thought that was kind of how it worked now, but okay, cool, more or better. That's good to know. When recating, recating items, rarer modifiers now have a much higher chance to be selected from resulting in the item than before. Is that all they're changing with that? I'm a little bit sad. I hate to look at gift horse in the mouth, but there's a few things that I would really like to see, like my

suggestion for recombinator still stands. In my opinion, you should have a dust slider. Like, this could be an excellent dust sink where the more dust, let's say, you get to choose between 5,000 and 100,000, and at 100,000, you get really powerful recombinators, right? They're actually really good. They're very similar to how they were when they were initially implemented, bar that you cannot have multiple fractures on one item, right? And you can't use influenced items at all. Well, actually, I think you could use influenced items, but they generally didn't because of how it worked. I do think being able to move fractured things to another item, that was really cool. So, if you get something on a completely dog base, being able to move that to a good one, that is a good feature. Being able to move suppression to an armor base, that was really cool as well. It made for really interesting items that were more effort, but it was possible, and I love when things like that are possible in Path of

XL. It made the delve and Essence modifiers a lot more interesting too, so I would love to see that. Um, but hopefully they'll be more usable now. I don't know if this is enough to truly fix it, but we'll see. Players now spawn further away from the portal and the Valerious BSA area to help prevent leaving by accident. Ah, added the Uber boss fragment, missing fossils, and blighted scouting report to the currency exchange. Didn't know they weren't there. Uh, adjusted the following tier 17 M modifi sheer 17 saw blades slow down, and there are oh half of them now. Wow, okay. Uh, Marked for Death no longer prevents the recovery of life and energy shield. Now increases damage taken by 50. Wow, so they actually buffed it. But like that alone, like 50% more damage taken is insane, really. Players and their minions deal no damage from three out of 10 seconds instead of four. Okay, players have 3% reduced action speed. Oh, nice. I was running that mod, so that's good. Um, 100% AOE and two projec.

from four. I'll probably run that on my Gladiator build. um 35 to 45% reduced extra crit damage from 100. okay 5 to 30 less AOE from 50. uh 25 to 30 less defense from 50. rare unique monsters remove 5% per hit instead of 10. honestly even at 1% this mod is kind of cursed cuz you're getting hit so often so I I don't know if I would run that no matter what on hardcore. uh the following mods no longer roll at all. um 100% reduced effect of curses. why is this C. this was such a nice free mod. wait this was such a nice free mod for some builds. okay this one not being able to roll this good. I guess cannot re. okay cool cool. this one's good because I couldn't do that so that's nice for me. players have 90% reduced effect of. oh I didn't mind this one cuz I only have pride. uh oh okay interesting. uh players monsters cannot

be leeched from them. That was a free one too. There's just a lot of deadly mods left. Added a new tier 17 modifier: players of 50 to 60% reduce maximum total of recovery from Leach. Interesting. Okay, okay, so that's instead of that. Never mind. So this is a free mod for me, the Divination SC. Plenty now grants additional packs of M moners. Have 800% chance to drop divination cards instead of modifying existing packs in the area. Has a limit of five from one. Okay, the best aircraft to 30% quality of map now specifies it grants 30% base quality. If you use this on a with Maven chisel, it wouldn't have added more of the alternative quality. Oh, okay. Updated the vengeful skill cry that clarifies minions cannot gain rage. Singular carace has been renamed to towering car Paces. Update remaining text for Relic shars to say Titanic. Added a slot for com unique Siege helmet to the unique. Okay then, bug fixes. Okay, actually, I'm a little bit

disappointed. I thought they would lower the gold cost of our city. Like, it's very overwhelming, and the fact that it's overwhelming for people like me. Like, it seems very balanced around people blasting tier 17s. CU, then gold is not an issue, but if I'm even blasting tier 16s, it's hard to keep the muers up. So, very surprised. I was hoping for Wildwood changes. I was hoping for better recombinator changes. It does remain to be seen. It could be really good now. Um, and I was hoping for some gold leniency. I was hoping for some leniency there. So, I mean, these are good changes, but if that's the only thing we get, I mean, it's sad. But, uh, honestly, though, on a real note, if this was ever the patch that gets neglected, it's a good patch to get neglected. Like, this is either the smoothest or second smoothest launch for, like, very little needs adding. It was like this in Sanctum or something, or this in Sentinel. I can't remember, but

sanctum or Sentinel was like really good, uh, from the GCO. So, either way, good that they're, uh, doing these things. Hopefully, see a little bit more, a few more tweaks, but either way, they're probably focusing really hard on PE2, which, uh, brings me to the second part of the video. So, some people have received this email, and you might be thinking, Some people we know you're invited, Zarin, and streamers are actually not invited to this test, which I personally think is a really good thing and something I was advocating for. I hated how Diablo 4 was completely solved by content creators on launch, and that it was usually just like the game hadn't even launched yet, and people had over 2,000 hours before the game came out. I was a, I, I like that there's some, like, discoverability and stuff, right? So, streamers getting access when it's streamable would be really great, in my opinion, and not before. So, I think that's wonderful. Um, they seem, from what I've

understood to have focused on people with a very low amount of hours played. Um, so I think that's what they want feedback on in the first round. Um, and that they want um feedback from people that are like newer to Path of Exile and aren't like, you know, fully min-maxed and have thousands of hours. 'Cause a lot of the people I know um that I've gotten in are like sub-200 hours, sub-500 hours played. So that is really cool and hopefully they get some good feedback from them. Um, but I don't think a lot of people got access currently to this upcoming beta. So yeah, very cool, excited for more POE2 news. Now there will be a beta later, and for those that are wondering how Path of Exile usually does betas, and there could be changes, but the way they've done betas in the past is there are several ways to get in to when it's a more open beta where you can get access, and they usually like to reward any uh existing Path of Exile players that

have support of the game over a long time with free access. So, if you've ever spent a total of $500 accumulated over all the years you've been playing Path of Exile, you're usually in without paying anything else, right? Then you just get access because you are a long-term supporter. They also, for those that have not spent a lot of money on the game, they in the past have had like a $10 or $20 supporter pack, maybe $30, where you buy that supporter pack and you get access, right? It's not like you have to spend $500 to get access. So, you buy whatever that supporter pack is, and that gives you access. And on top of that, they have just been giving out free access in waves, and they've had signups and raffles and stuff like that. So, there are quite a lot of ways to get access, but the betas are usually like semi-open. They're not just like, they usually, not everybody gets access. I would be surprised if they

don't do like open stress test things though as well, so we'll see how that goes. That is how they did it in the past. I think that's a pretty good way to do it, uh, and obviously Path of XL2 is free. And for those that don't know, all your stash tabs and cosmetics are transferred from P1 to PoE2, so you'll have them in both, uh, without paying additionally for that. So, very cool. Hope they have a lot of success below this, and uh, good luck to everybody that did get in the beta, and hopefully I'll be joining you, um, whenever it is streamable. So, thanks for watching.
