who will groom me tonight? That's the question. Oh wait, it's actually not a grooming allegation. This time it turns out Mr. Beast genuinely might sue y'all. Remember when around a week ago a former Mr. Beast employee released an hour-long video exposing Mr. Beast? Yeah, it turns out that same employee is getting a cease and desist letter from Mr. Beast himself, and his response is genuinely insane. So, Mr. Beast's legal team did send me a cease and desist, and here's my official response to that. [Music] Yeah, bro is definitely getting sued after this one. And to put the cherry on top, he got a second cease and desist letter after making the slander video. I swear to God, Mr. Beast is about to drop $1 Hitman versus $1 million Hitman if this continues. Now, because I don't want to spend the next 10 minutes giving you context about what happened over the past week, let me quickly give you a recap. All right, so this dude named Dogpaw was a former Mr. Beast employee, and he made an

hour-long video exposing multiple things about Mr. Beast, such as illegal gambling, faking videos, sponsored charity work that does nothing, handing out hush money, and illegal lotteries. Now that brings us to the day where Dog Pack is getting a cease and desist letter from Mr. Beast. But if we stop and think for a second, why is Dog Pack getting a cease and desist letter in the first place? Like, think about it, 90% of the information in his videos are all public domain. They are public videos on Mr. Beast's channel, and the other 10% is just private research that he did on his part. There's no reason he should be getting a cease and desist unless Mr. Beast has something to hide. Actually, people think that I broke my NDA, but like 90% of that video is public information, and then like the other 10% is about crimes. I was like, it was pretty decently strategic. I don't think they would have a case, and like I've spoken with lawyers and everything, so I'm going to be completely honest.

main reason this video did so well is because obviously he is a Mr Beast employee, and the timing of the Chris Tyson situation boosted the video's popularity by a ton. I mean, I swear to God, Chris Tyson single-handedly took down Mr Beast. Genuinely, we should all apologize to Sunny V2 because the video that he made a year ago when he got a ton of hate for it is absolutely true to this day. This is going to be great, Charlie. I love helping kids. I love kids, Charlie. I love kids. Information: how do you feel about that? Do you feel nervous, or do you feel excited? I feel confident. Ex: you feel not excited, little, little, little, little nervous, a little bit. You got to feel a little. I would be myself if I were you. I mean, personally, if I saw a seasoned assist letter from Mr Beast, I'd delete all my socials instantly. I am not risking getting sued by Mr Beast. Like, I would lose instantly. I mean, hell, Mr.

Beast might make a video about it $1 lawyer versus a million dooll lawyer. Like I'd be cooked on your your ceasing toist cuz my you're not ceasing or desisting. Now Dawson mentions that's the Mr. Beast employees Name by the way that he won't be ceasing or assisting because he's talked to lawyers and he hasn't really done anything wrong but he obviously wants to make sure that he continu to do nothing wrong so he doesn't get sued. Now in this interview he also goes into detail explaining how a lot of philanthropy videos have somewhat of a controlled narrative and are kind of fluffed up and over exaggerated with what they actually do to go into the the philanthropy right now cuz that's kind of what I'm investigating okay and I've received DMS from people who I have verified as Mr. Beast employees claiming different ways in which they're sort of fluffed up you know and it's sort of a controlled narrative like I'll give one example.

which is a DM I received about somebody saying that when he healed a thousand blind people. Yeah, many of those people were going to get the surgery for cheap or for free regardless. So like straight off the bat, it's kind of weird for that to be an interaction in the first place, and I think the main issue with this is that there's a lack of transparency between the viewers and Mr. Beast because there are multiple instances of Mr. Beast publicly defending that he doesn't use CGI, his videos aren't scripted, nothing's fake when the reality is the videos are scripted, there's CGI Ed, the videos are fake. We already know this, like it's been proven. So I don't understand why they go to such a degree to try to prove that they aren't fake, and I'm pretty sure that's the main issue with a lot of individuals here because you shouldn't portray that something is real when you know it's not, and it's been proven that it's not, yet you still claim that it is real.

Dawson covers this heavily. The uh Island cost more than a dollar. What about that? What do you think about that? What do you think about that response? If you literally Google what he tells you to Google, it used to say that it was a dollar for the transfer fee but $27 plus taxes and everything. Also, like the tax property records show that the island is valued at $800 and then they leased it back to the owner for 0, which it's like, dude, who gives a that the island didn't cost a dollar. It's just insane that they go to such extremes to never admit that they've ever faked anything. Yeah, honestly, I completely agree here. It's really not that hard to admit you're in the wrong sometimes, and I guess it's part of his entire brand, but still, at the end of the day, admitting that you're wrong in this case is a lot better than trying to hide it and then getting exposed like this. Also, if you don't know what Dawson is responding to

he's responding to a Mr. BEAST's employee tweet trying to debunk his video, and then Dawson proceeds to debunk his debunking. Now honestly, Twitter is going crazy right now because everything is just a 50/50 split, or there's just absolute fence riders. Like, it's genuinely crazy right now. It is a wonderful life. Please, could you kiss my name when theic's over? Turn off the light. It was such a sweet time. Did you pray for me, my friend? It's starting over time. Take over the night. Take over the blue time. You heard that screaming shout in your mind. Okay, yeah, I'm so... I'm sorry I had to make that. I think this fits the situation perfectly. Okay, if Jimmy was fully innocent, how could he get into this position? And it'd be like, you know...

hire people who do bad things, and then they use those bad things as like blackmail cards against you. So like maybe somebody pressured him really hard into selling fake signatures, and now that they know that he sold fake signatures, it's harder to fire them in case they go to Time Magazine. Like concept called blackmail inflation. So I don't know anything could be possible, honestly. I think Dawson's spitting facts right here, but still at the end of the day, it's Mr. BEAST's logo and brand, and he is the face of the company. And any allegations or actual crimes that were committed genuinely will fall on him. He is the face of the company, and he does deserve any backlash caused by his company. Now, obviously, this claim is very speculative. It could have happened, but realistically, it was Mr. Beast encouraging these actions. But once again, these are all allegations. We don't have hardcore proof that it was strictly Mr. Beast who did it. We just have proof that the company did it, such as faking signatures, illegal lotteries, gambling.

etc. etc. Now, Dawson also mentions in this interview how a Times magazine interviewer actually interviewed Mr. Beast, and the moment they started asking questions about safety with the recent Beast games, they were immediately kicked out. Now, I also want to go over Dawson's Twitter because a crap ton of stuff is happening there, especially with weird texts he's had with former Mr. Beast employees that are honestly really strange. All right, so this is the second season assist I was talking about, and he says, New one double it and give it to the next person. And yeah, he makes a really good point here by saying, Then prove it. You have all the footage, but instead of posting any, you've just been deleting more. And yeah, that's completely true. If you know that the claims that Dawson are making are false, then why not just prove that they're false instead of just deleting footage that supports his CLA? It honestly makes no sense why they're sending a cease and assist because he's not doing anything wrong. He hasn't really violated his ND. Now, along

with that, there's been some weird text messages with former employees and Dawson, and this one's really weird, but in a nutshell, it just shows that there's like a private investigator looking over dos. It's honestly insane. Along with that, they mention that they have a possible Google doc listing ways to discredit you, such as he's on drugs, mental health problems, bipolar stuff, etc., etc. That's genuinely insane that they're going to such light to just try to disprove one person. So the individual that sent him this text, he responded with you're trolling, what? and then the number was supposedly discontinued. Like what? This makes no sense. What? What the heck? Okay, honestly, I don't even know anymore. But yeah, it genuinely doesn't make sense why the Mr. Beast team is trying to go to such lengths to either discredit him, but not trying to discredit the claims. Like they don't really come up with a counter-argument. They just try to discredit Dawson as an individual instead of the claims themselves. Like it doesn't matter if

Dawson was like a drug addict because his claims still stand like the evidence speaks for itself. Either way, this situation is really weird, and I think it makes Mr. Beast look worse sending out a season assist because why would you unless you have something to hide?
