As I add literally 5 lbs. Okay, I'm going to add one Splenda and the secret to good coffee at home I think is, once you make it, even though it's like kind of hot, it's hot from the coffee maker, once you have the

the creamer in it, it's automatically not very hot anymore. So I will stir this and then immediately throw it in the microwave for like 30 seconds, it's usually it's 33 seconds. I'm going to, I'm just going to tell you my exact formula.

I put it in for 33 seconds and then it's nice and hot. This mug is so big, this coffee looks like it's only up to like here. Like should I just made two, but I'll finish this one and then have another one. Mmm, that's so good, it kind of tastes like

hot chocolate a little bit, like a peppermint hot chocolate. Just went in with some micellar water. I don't wash my face with water in the morning because I wash my face literally, I just feel like I shower so much with working out and stuff that I just don't need the

extra like drying out of my skin on my face. So I usually will just go in with my micellar water and clean myself that way. And last night I went in with the best thing ever, hold on, let me show you now. I'm going over in with toner or essence.

Whatever, okay guys, I bought this on TikTok shop, sue me. I was seeing this literally everywhere. It's the Dolce Glow Contour self-tanning sculpt and glow. I put this on at night, the same places I would like contour my face with

makeup, and I just go in with a brush, my little self-tan facial brush, and then I'll like take it down my neck. But this thing is amazing, and I use it all the time. It's like the best little beauty hack, even if you don't want to like self-

tan your whole body. It just gives you a little bit of glow in the morning, especially the winter months when we surely need it. This thing is so good. I think I mean, you can probably get it on Amazon. I don't really know, but I think

it was like $12, and I was just seeing it everywhere, so I was like, okay fine, I'll try it. And especially if you're tanning your body, I a lot of times don't like to go in with self-tanner on my body or for

the body on my face cuz I just don't know what that's going to do to my face. So the fact that this is specifically for the face leads me to believe maybe it's a little better for your skin. I don't know. I haven't broken out or

anything, but it's a great little beauty hack. And I did it last night, so I just feel like I got some life in my face today. I can wear less makeup because I just have a little bit of color on my face, and then I just have to do less

there's another one called I think the brand is like round Labs um that one's really good too but yeah it the package came empty and then I sometimes with those Brands you can't get it right away so I was like let me try another one

these are my last two steps I will go in with a vitamin C and then I recently bought the COSRX which I know this brand is good vitamin E vitalizing sunscreen it's SPF 50 and it doesn't leave a white cast or anything like that

I I like the glow that it does provide but the scent is so strong and it's not even a bad scent but wow and I feel I it does like fade it's not like I can smell it on my face all day but that first couple of

minutes wow it is a really strong scent and I wasn't expecting it I guess cuz most of the sunscreens that I use are scentless and most things that I like to use on my face are scentless just because I don't need fragrance on my

face um and you never know what that's going to do to your skin so yeah I I like I like it does the job but wow it is scented yeah I don't know what that smell is oh my God it almost smells

like kitchen cleaner scary I've seen people use this sunscreen before I know a lot of people like it and the reviews were amazing I'll probably go back to the beauty of Joan or the round labs when I finish this and I will take it down the

I thought it was really good dark humor for sure um but really enjoyable and then I also finished Strange Sally Diamond on Audible it was dark it was sad it was deep I enjoyed listening to it so I'm doing I ordered two books today on Amazon I ordered a book called

Betty, I don't remember the authors and a book called *Little Weirds*, *Little Weirds*, and apparently that one is amazing. Apparently they're both really good, but *Betty* is apparently very sad also, and like dark. Someone compared it to like worse than *A Little Life*. And if you've

read *A Little Life*, that book will stay with me for the rest of time, so of course I had to buy it. Okay, time to work out. I'm honestly not in the mood, but we focus on the plan, not the mood, so here's my gym fit. We're

keeping it cozy in the home gym. I'll probably shed these layers eventually. I think these sweats are sold out. They're like the wide-leg TLF sweats, but they just released some new oversized sweat sets, like plain Jane sweat sets, and I absolutely love them. And then I'm

wearing the new flannel shacket from TLF as well. This is one of my favorite new releases from them. I love wearing a flannel to warm up, and then I've got on the Hyper Power sports bra. This is originally a $52 sports bra, it's on sale right now for

like $31. And then when you stack my code, you get way more money off. The Black Friday sale has been so freaking good this year. And then I'm wearing one moment Tempo like cross, I don't remember like with the cross waistband, and they got the side pocket. 

I'm wearing the shorts in dark cherry. I tried to make them match to the headband. Not perfect, but it's a nice little fall pre-Thanksgiving gym fit. We're going to warm up, go through week three day two, because I was supposed to do quads and

glutes yesterday, we're going to do the home version. I'm going to show you guys uh what a home workout looks like from the app. It's going to be really good. I know I have wall sits on the menu, those are always very humbling, so let's get to
