It doesn't make sense for you to stress. It doesn't make sense for you to overthink because, first of all, you don't understand how your reflection is divided, right? You have a desire body in the desire world (emotions) and a thinking body in the thinking realm (mental plane), and for as long as you mix these two, you'll always be confused. So, a nerd who makes money, they're usually good in the thinking realm and in the feeling realm. That's when they don't have a girl or friends or, you know, they suck at the feeling part of things. And then, you know, musicians, stuff like that, they're more feeling, they got the vibes, but chances are they're not making money because they don't got the thinking patterns correct to be a [__] adult. And you got to really be honest with yourself, like, what do you have to work on, you know, like, what are your strengths and weaknesses? And, you know, like, when I apply more thinking, I make more money, um, and that leaves me into o that.

leads me into overthinking, right? So, if I'm overthinking, I need to play. So, I'll go stay with my nephew or stay with some friends or whatever, just to lower that. 'Cause people who just snap and snap their fingers and try and switch planes, that's like a bad practice. A better practice is to do it in the real world, and then you can do it, you know, snap of your fingers. But yeah, I'll go stay with some homies, and then I will get that sense of whole, and then I will leave them, and I will fiend for work without the overthinking part. And it's like this, the equilibrium, this is like a healthy balance of being whole. That's what you want to practice. And the last time you remembered being whole probably was like college. Some people was high school, whatever, but it's usually when you had the social and the work, right? Your teachers gave you work, and your friends gave you the social, and you felt whole. You didn't, um, like you would overthink when

it when there would there'd be times where you overthink, but it wasn't overthinking the movie for 7 days a week that didn't exist. That there's that was [ __ ] that that would be [ __ ]. That's what you do right now, and uh yeah, so you know, like a lot of guys think they overthink when they're just being overly emotional, and then there's guys who are overly emotional from their overthinking, and those guys usually unemployed. Well, that's what I've noticed. Like you give them some work, they're like dogs, they get happier again, and the goal is not really happiness, it's uh to feel whole, and to feel whole, you have to finish um let's say laying the material brick, which is work, and laying the emotional break, which is play uh not play like partying, play like uh uh it's like a meditative state almost like a trans state you have when you're around homies or family uh that gets ruined by overthinking, so if you think of

work um but yeah, you got to find your weaknesses and uh, just hop on to the other side and go explode that side for a few hours.
