um, so really potent and powerful. So, and something we're very passionate about because it's helped us a ton in our, it's obviously, it's literally made me go from like anxious and chaotic to I am mostly peaceful, like 90% of the time. Yeah, instead of anxious 90% of the time, um, and maybe peaceful like 10% of the time. It's uh, it's just the opposite now. Well, thankful for you. make sense logically from the brain, but it is something powerful that I think in any given deep experience, you will come to the revelation of, you know, the quote, What people do to you is a reflection of them and not you. Exactly, yeah, is the exact essence of that. It's like we are all one in the same being, um, but the way that you treat me is based on how you feel about yourself and you think about yourself inside, and that reflects on how you treat me and vice versa. The way I treat you is how I feel about myself. You can only see in other people what you feel about yourself. So, the reason why somebody will trigger you or make you mad or trigger an emotion is because that ignites something within yourself that they're reflecting. So, it's never like, Oh, that person is doing this to me. There's simply a mirror that's showing you a part of yourself that you are, you know, really resistant to or are really attracted to, and you experience versions of yourself through interacting.

does this person always do this? Well, you're only seeing those things, and actually, it creates this bias in the same way of like when you really want a car, that's the only car you see on the road. Same thing with a person. It's like, This person always annoys me. This person always does this. You literally will only see those things, and it makes you identify that person with those things. But if you reshape, you can actually completely reshape your interactions with people by changing what you see in people, or more effectively, uh, yourself. Yeah, like looking at that emotion, seeing what it's triggering within you, and then allowing yourself to feel and sitting with that emotion to the point where it's accepted and it doesn't bother you anymore. And then, once you sit with that emotion and surrender it, which is what we do in meditation, um, you realize that externally, like the things that used to bother you sometimes in other people or just in external circumstances, don't bother you the same anymore, and they've been lifted, and they've been

autopilot number two. We I want to put my legs up, and I'm wearing a [Laughter] dress. This is one that I've only recently realized, and it's because I think our awareness level has significantly increased in the past four years. Because the more you've come aware of your programming, the more you're just aware, and then the more aware you are, the less you are in the cycle. It's realizing that you are already completely fulfilled, completely whole, completely of love and of peace, and that you don't actually have to go outside of you or outside of yourself to go get that from anybody or anything, that it's already within you. Have yeah, you have you have access to every emotion or feeling right now. Our world tends to, and we naturally tend to, because pretty much everything in the world is designed around that, to make money, but to you persuade people. But essentially how normally our brain works is like, When I get this, I'll be happy. You know, When I have enough money, I'll

of them are taken on, like you were saying, from like 1 to 7. Those are taken on through influences like your parents or people around you that are giving you those patterns early on, and they might not be, like, synonymous with your best version or self that you want, with your highest self, especially if it's a belief system outside of alignment with a loving emotion, you know? Yeah, if it's something that you are believing that causes pain to you to believe, and you have to interact with that every single day and then live that belief system over and over again, and that not only does your body get addicted to that emotion because it's such a programmed habit for you, but it's not serving for you or for other people. Yeah, and until meditation allows you to be aware that that's even happening, because if you just thought that was you, you wouldn't even know that that was really happening. You could be, like, not even aware that that's going, you just act it out because it's on

hand. You're not your body. You have a body. You're not your brain. You have a brain. And like just the ability to be aware of something. It means it's not you. It's part of you or maybe something that you live in, but it's not. So, there's an essence of you that isn't. And that applies to your thoughts. Your actual like what you think is actually you is um is is is literally just a program that you know. There's awareness that's higher than that. Yeah, yeah. And I think um yeah something very important for me in the beginning of realizing this was that when you're from ages 1 to 7, you're picking up all of that subconscious programming of getting programmed into your mind um that is going to be basically in control of your life because that's what 95% of your mind is. Your subconscious programming. Yeah, the autop. So, subconscious is if you haven't heard of that term used before. It's like your conscious level is like what you're conscious of In This

feel secure when I have the right relationship. I'll feel loved when I do this. And so, it's always like when this happens outside of me, then I get to feel this. But what you're actually looking for is the feeling of like feeling this. It's like, but you're making yourself have to go through an external step to feel that way, whereas you can access that feeling right now. And actually, if you access it now, you see because your reality is created by how you feel, and you can only experience as much as you can feel. So, if you can access it without having to go through the external step, then you can feel that feeling now, and then you actually experience things that give you feedback or support that feeling externally. So, it happens in reverse, which is basically the process of manifestation in its sense. It's like allow yourself to feel the feeling now, and then the external thing that you wanted will come because you'll no longer actually need it or want it, so there won't be any more resistance to

wrote our list really. I feel like the past me, and I think most people aren't even aware. You're just kind of reacting to your thoughts throughout the day. You're just like, Oh, I'm angry at this person, or I'm anxious, or I'm doing this, and you think you are your thought process. So, you just, you have no choice but to play like the avatar, like the NPC character. It's just like, This is the script. You say it, and you think that's you. But what meditating does is it helps you. You can see what that programming is, what your thoughts are, and be like, Wait a second. If I'm looking at my thoughts and I'm not acting out of them, then maybe I'm not actually my thoughts. I can see them from like a third-party perspective. Exactly, yeah. And you can change them or choose not to react to them or be them, and like, yeah, it's a completely different perspective. Yeah, I think like it's a hard concept to grasp if you've never disconnected from

we start meditating that forces you to look at it all. Yeah, which was very, very painful to start, like extremely painful. Like I think if you would, if you were to ask anybody who like doesn't meditate or has never tried to do that to go in a room and sit with your thoughts for like 3 hours. Yeah, it's painful. It's painful. Like it physically hurts inside your body. Yeah, yeah. Even I was at a point where I wake up with anxiety every day, like massive anxiety. But also at night I have to flood my mind or something or like TV or something like that because sitting there in Stillness is so uncomfortable 'cause all the stuff would come up so you just don't want to look at anything. The top things with 6 years of meditation taught us and try to summarize it for you in as short as possible so hopefully maybe you can learn in less than 6 years. Number one is you, not your thoughts. Thoughts, yeah. And I think that's top for both of us when we

It's like, I'm not wealthy right now, and my company is not valuable yet because I don't have this external thing, and it's actually going to push away the possible investor. Whereas if your company itself, you felt the security and the value, and it's thriving in its independence, then it's an attraction force for a potential investor or for a relationship. Like, if you feel, you know, like the most attractive thing is someone's confidence or their self-love in being themselves, it's an attractive force. It's like a level of self-love is a natural attraction force. So, if you're able to feel that without needing external validation, then it actually pulls in the external validation. Oh, we are one. Oh, yeah, we are one. This one, I think, is, yeah, We are one is an interesting one. We're all one. This, I feel like a lot of people have trouble with understanding, is unless you've experienced this feeling of oneness, of oneness, because it doesn't really

your thoughts before um because you're trying to think of this through your thoughts, you know, through your already programmed mind, and you can't actually, like, logically think about it because it's not, I don't think, like, meditation isn't a logical experience. It's taking away all of, like, the mind's chatter and all of the thoughts and all of the beliefs and all the pre-programmed stuff in your mind, and you're sitting in the present moment in silence, in presence, and then that's, that is when your soul and your being realize, it's like, oh wow, my thoughts are me. That's just something that has been programmed into my mind. I see how that could be confusing, 'cause if you are thinking out of your thoughts, you're like, how could it be anything but my thoughts? But essentially, yeah, if it's all you've ever known, then you don't know anything apart from it. But my science teacher told me this once when we were in grade seven. He was like, okay, you're not your hand. You have a

I think a good way to showcase this for the mind so it's not like, so it's a little bit tangible. You can take an example, like for example, feeling wealthy. Let's say that you were pitching a business idea to an investor. If you had the thought process of like, Oh, once I get an investor's approval, then my company will be worthwhile, and I'll be wealthy. Okay, but that's the energy that you're

Moment like I'm conscious that we're sitting here, we're talking. Subconscious is all the things that are happening without you having to be conscious about it. So like when you're walking or like you automatically do this or you automatically do that. Most of what you're doing throughout the day, you're actually not conscious of, and for a good reason, for some of it. Because like if you were conscious of everything, it would be overwhelming, and it would take so much energy. So the body naturally puts itself on autopilot on the things that you do every day. You go wake up, you go brush your teeth, you go drive your car, you go, you know, like all of those mundane tasks. Yeah, you're on autopilot. Yeah, you don't need to be conscious because the body's like, Oh, I've done this before. Like driving, for example, is like one of the big ones. But some of those patterns that you've taken on, even thinking patterns, might not be to your full highest advantage or self, and a lot of them could be, or most

with other people, we kind of mirror and reflect each other, and this is because you can only take in such a small portion of what's actually there. You know, our brains filter out, there's so much information, and our brains filter out the majority of it. Yeah, so like what you can actually experience versus what's actually there information-wise is so small, especially for somebody like a person. So, you don't actually experience the entire essence of a person when you're interacting with them. You experience a small, shaped, sculpted bias that you create and reflect and only see that portion of the person that gives you feedback of that bias. So, very, you're not seeing the person in their wholeness, you're seeing a reflection of them that fits the narrative that you're playing out, which is why if you change a script with somebody, like when you're interacting with somebody, you're probably interacting with them in the same way over and over and over, and you're seeing the same things like, Oh, this person always annoys me, or this person always

We're back. We look really similar. You shaved me into you because I have like AB lines now when I didn't have those when I first met you. You sure you made me happier. You made me happier. This is what six years of meditation has taught us. When I think back to even the last, like, the last four years, we've been heavy going in on meditation, mhm. And I think about when we met four years ago. I was a completely different person, like, completely different person. Um, well, you're the same person to me, but you just have a lot less um, baggage you're carrying. It feels like, yeah, yeah, I guess, yeah, a lot less trauma and pain. To give reference, like, I was drinking a pack of vodka every day. Yeah, I think they called nudes, P of nudes. Um, you know, like using substances to a point of like, not just for fun, but like to self-medicate, mhm. Just to get rid of the all the baggage or like to ignore all the baggage when
