all right intros let's get into it. The story of a guy who was a Ukrainian from a kind of Turkish family and who was really small. He was 5'4 so 167 cm. He wanted to do high jump. At first, the coach didn't want to hire him. He didn't want to put him in the team. Then his mom came to the coach and said, Hey coach, come on man, let my son play. So the coach accepts. The kid gets in and he starts training like crazy and he has good progress. You know, he's doing well. But at some point, he stagnates compared to the other guys who have like 10-15 cm above him, which is like 2-3 inches. They do better than him and so he's getting discouraged. And at some point, the coach tells him, Like, you're not going to progress because you're smaller than the other guys, so get taller buddy. And it's in Ukraine in like super long time ago, so they didn't give a about Sans telling them they couldn't grow, so the

guy just went and looked for ways to grow, and he did it. In 3 years, he gained 23 cm, which is 9 in. That's insane! In 3 years, and he was already past puberty. And the thing is, he wanted to be in the Olympics, and he did because of this height increase. Then he made a school about height growth where he would teach kids and even people who already passed their puberty how to grow. His best result was a guy who wanted to marry this girl, but she was 6 in taller than him, and she was from a pretty traditional family, maybe Asian or something. And the fact that he was smaller than her would be shameful to the family if he married her. So, she told him, Grow taller or I can't marry you. He went to see this guy called Rustam Akov, the Ukrainian guy. He went to his school. It was an American. He was called Willard, and he asked him, Please, please help me or I won't be able to marry her, and I love her. So, he

was determined like crazy, and he does this for a while, and he ends up gaining 7.9 inches, and then he's able to marry that girl. His father-in-law was so impressed by how much effort he put into it to be able to marry his daughter that he ended up giving him a Porsche and a big position in his company, like CEO or something similar. This story illustrates the first point that R made about height growth, which is that if you want to grow in height, it's going to be in your mind in the first place. Everything about your life should be focused on growing. That doesn't mean you should be unhappy as long as you didn't grow, but it should become something that you're kind of obsessed about. Don't take it too far; don't become completely miserable if you're not growing as you want to, but make it a game that you do in your everyday life. He said to write on a piece of paper the goal you have, so for example,

uh I'm Addis. There you go. Uh, and I want to be, I want to be 6'5. There you go. And you put this piece of paper everywhere in your house, so on your desk, in front of your bed, on your wall, on your mirror. You put it everywhere in your living room. It doesn't matter, just go for it. And second, you want to start putting the training you're going to do as a game. Everything should be seen as a game to grow taller. What I mean by that is, for example, when you're walking in the streets, you know, you're like, you're doing your thing, and you see this little bar, you know, you're in the subway. I live in Paris. Let's say you're in New York or something, whatever. There's this little bar with the name of the station, you know, station boom, and it's a bit higher than you. You know, you wouldn't be able to touch it by just reaching out. Instead of just not doing anything and telling yourself, Uh, people are going to look at

me weird blah blah blah. You don't give a because your objective is to grow taller. So, to grow taller, you know you got to practice anything that's going to stretch your body. And one way to stretch your body is to jump. So, instead of being just like this, people are going to look at me weird. You just jump and you try to touch it, and maybe you won't be able to, but you're going to keep doing it. Every time you go past that post, you're going to try and reach it and try and reach it and so on until you can reach it. And at some point, you're going to try and reach the top of it, and then you're going to try and reach the wall. And it's a constant game of exercising your ability to grow. Now, once you've got the mindset in place and you know you're ready to just be full-on growth mode like 24 hours a day, you're thinking, Okay, there's this bar there. I want to hang on to it.

all the time always in this stretching kind of feeling. You can start actually planning a training and don't worry, I'm going to give you a training, okay? But I'm going to tell you why it works first. So, the first reason why it works is because of micro fractures. You've probably heard of it in terms of bone density, right? Like when you're doing weightlifting, your bone fractures a little bit, little micro fractures, and then rebuilds itself, and then it rebuilds itself stronger. But the difference here is when you do it in that way, the bone gets denser, it gets bigger, but it can also get smaller or it stays the same, you know? It doesn't expand. So, let's say that's the bone of two different people. This person does weightlifting, okay? He wants to gain muscle, and to gain muscle, a good way to do it is just create micro fractures in the bone, and then the bone grows, and then the muscles around the bone grow as well. So, instead of doing it through weightlifting, you do

it through sports, for example, like football, basketball, swimming, all these kinds of things that required a lot of stretching, which caused microfractures because the muscle and the bone are still used, but it stretches it instead. So, if you don't really want to go into all these different sports just to do it, the best way to do that is just you create the microfractures through exercises like sprinting, like all these kinds of things. But instead of just staying like this, you then stretch the bone like crazy because what's going to happen is with those microfractures to heal themselves, they're going to create collagen, and then the collagen starts to calcify itself to become bone. But if you stretch it before it calcifies, this little hole you've just made with the microfracture, it expands a little bit, but even a little, little amount on that one day. And then you do it again, and you expand it again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and you do that on the SP of a

year two years, 3 years, and you gain a bunch of height. ROV, his goal was to gain 8 cm in a year, which is close to 4 in like 3 and a half Ines, and he did. He ended up having a 9 in high growth. Now I'm not an expert at this thing yet, and I haven't experienced with it completely because I've done a little bit of the training and all that. I haven't stuck with it long enough to see any real results for myself.
