yo all right guys so I just want to do a quick video showcasing the new torrented Spirits enchant. When you dual wield it, so I know there's been some footage out there of people using one. Well, you can actually use two, it Stacks. Apparently, this was reported in like the bug report Forum, but they didn't do anything about it. So I guess this is just intended. So you get two random tormented Buffs Baseline. What this enchant does, it's like 30 div or something. I've been fing for it all day. I got, I got pretty much everything set up that I want on the build. Uh, you get two Baseline Buffs by having both. The Baseline buff is, I believe, 35% movement speed, attack speed, and cast speed. You have that at all times. We have it doubled, so 70% on all three. And then you get one random torment buff, which comes from a list. Uh, a list of Buffs. I don't have the list right here. There's a long list of Buffs.

they're ranging from like more cast speed, more attack speed, 100% life. Yes, you get one per zone. So when you come into the Zone after 10 seconds, you'll get two. In addition to the Baseline, you'll get two random that are permanent for the entire zone. Now it looks like what I have is, I don't know, some kind of cloud of like probably like evasion. I don't remember. I haven't memorized all the Buffs yet. The other one, I'm not sure. I think the best, the one of my favorite one is the movement speed and like the more cast Speed Spells repeat and stuff. There's nothing insane like more quantity, but I figured I'd showcase the build for you. So this is my current build with all of that movement speed. So this is a strand. It's a little bit hard to control, but you know, we'll get through the whole thing in a second. You know, just hold on here. All right, we're at the boss.

you know you just got to, you know you got to. It's like, you know, it's like trying to wrangle a horse, right? You got to take control. Anyway, this is the DPS. I mean, you probably know how the DPS is going to go. It's, uh, yeah. I mean, it's a little broken, but anyway, I guess I'll do a Maven 'cause for an actual like DPS showcase. I'm not using the rage helmet 'cause you just, you know, you can't really keep up with the speed of the build unless use a Katava's Thirst. Right now, I don't think Ice Nova is the final skill. I don't like Ice Nova at all, to be honest. I mean, it's insane for damage, obviously. You can get like 300 plus million DPS, but it uses this garbage helmet. The only thing this helmet's used for is triggering stuff. I would love to replace this with like the rage helmet permanently, I think. There are some skills in mind that I'll be switching to. Spark is, unfortunately, not one of them.

because you have to use a wand for this enchant and an archmage sparked with wands is just not impressive compared to Widow hail in my opinion. For like an in-game min-max, like the best possible skill, I think it would be better clear than this, though. I think Ice Nova's clear does not really compare, but I don't know, there's people talking about impending doom, impending doom. Arc Mage could be the way that this is going to be best. Uh, you know BV is an option, but it is kind of a meme, I'm not going to lie, 'cause it doesn't see you want to skill cast speed. Doesn't really matter what you choose, honestly, because your damage is going to be insane. It doesn't matter what you do, okay, like watch this Maven here, I mean it's just kind of over, right? Like, bosses don't exist. So anyway, that's it, guys. I'll have like my PO if you want to look at it. It's not complete, this is no build.
