[Music] All the ingredients are ready for making kimchi. I think I [Music] did this in early December in Korea. It's kimchi

making season. It's called Kimjang. The first step in making kimchi is to get the cabbages, and so we're here in

the countryside picking the [Music] cabbages. The expert is showing me how to do it. My first cabbage!

[Music] Oh oh [Music] My...put [Music]  ...all the ingredients ready for

making kimchi. Yeah, go out there. Now that we've gathered all of our ingredients, it's time to cut, wash, and

salt the cabbages so they're ready to absorb more of that kimchi sauce. [Music]
