But the idea of experiencing a trauma and allowing that to dictate how you are, you lose all control. Also, there's some shame to it where everyone in the room knows your trauma. They might not know your story, but they know your demons, and you haven't them. You can't. It's like, Don't you feel naked, bro? H. Yeah, and you know with trauma, I think we talked about this last time, you are your age is stunted at the point at which you experience the trauma. So if you experience trauma at a, like, age 10, let's say, you age chronologically but emotionally, cognitively, relationally, you know, relationship-wise, interpersonally, you stop aging. So
