That's the secret, mmm! - [Interviewer] Can you show us what your workout looks like? - What I like to do is I sit here and I just try to move all these with my mind. Like that was standing up once and then they were in order and that one was over there and that was up there. But I just like use my mental powers. I really just sit here and relax. That's about the extent of my workouts. - [Interviewer] Nice. What are some of your favorite exercises to do at the gym?

- Kettlebells have been really huge in my life 'cause I travel with kettlebells. It's helped me with my core and just like fighting and doing stunts. Learn all about fear. Boom. And then aside from that, I really love bands, so I'll just do band work on set. It's just so simple and easy. I like stuff that I can just take with me anywhere, you know what I mean? And then boxing's always fun, just to kind of stay, keep my cardio up. (upbeat rock music) And then also to keep cardio up is rock climbing, rock climbing, riding bikes. So I just got these gravel bikes, they're fun as hell. Mountain bikes. Riding motorcycles isn't really a workout, but it's mentally, clears my head. - [Interviewer] Oh, cool, you seem relaxed here. - Yeah, I like the mountain bike. I like to go downhill fast.

Listen, I mean, listen. When I'm not, I'm not allowed in downhill anymore because, you know, I'm obviously shooting a movie. Little must, at my gym, shot of McCoy and Dennis. Here's music. I always bring my records everywhere. These little Marshalls, they are amazing. - [Interviewer] What music do you listen to? - Little stuff. I'm listening to Helen Wolf, Ease Rider and Lightning Hop, Slayer, Metallica, little Michaels, Nirvana. This side's all my hip hop, Wu-Tang, Lee Morgan. We got Beastie Boys, Kendrick, my favorite. Oh, there's Colter hidden in there. Little bit of that old dirty, Hawk, Beasty. And Miss W. That's just what's down here, and then upstairs is a whole 'nother bag worm, so. - [Interviewer] So we're just in time, I'm fast.
