you make me want to pop, make some currency and pop, blow some packs up, pop, swing my ax, pop, down some bosses, and pop, get a mirror, and pop, so was my bleed lacerate of hring gladiator trash or treasure. To summarize, it was excellent defensively and mediocre offensively. If you would like a smooth League start, a chill second character that rocks at low investment, and scales very well at high investment, I would highly recommend this build. This video isn't a typical Zero to Hero or League Starter update, but a concise list of tips for anyone looking to play this build or its many variants. Tip number one, go spell suppression ASAP. Use the passive skill tree and evasion Armor Gear. It's seriously a huge quality of life having spell suppression, even if you're not at cap. It makes you far more survivable, and you can literally tank.

almost anything in the game. It feels super good. I skipped over this and I went Armor Gear to start out. I highly regret it. Do not do this. Just go for spell suppression and use the tree and your gear. Tip two, just use blood magic. Once again, I tried to use mana and try to fangle my way with recovery and using Mana pots and the minus Mana cost rings and the like, and then I swapped to blood magic and it just felt much better on this build. And if you need some extra assistance, you can always use vitality, but just go with blood magic. Don't try to make Mana work. Seriously, it doesn't feel good. Blood magic feels way better with this build. Tip three, stick with shields. Once again, I tried to make dual wielding work with double axes and then an Axe and a sword, but it just didn't feel good defensively, even though it was a little bit better offensively. I was still getting chunked down and I wasn't able to stand and tank certain hits from monsters and bosses with a shield.

totally can and the DPS really isn't that much worse. And even though it's dot you still need to be hitting your enemy to do damage to them. So if you're not able to stand there and hit your enemy and you have to move around constantly because you don't have a shield, it feels truly bad. So I'd recommend sticking to a shield with this [Music] build. Tip number five: have Vitality able to swap on and off. So this is the aura that gives you health regeneration and it's very useful in scenarios wherein you need it, such as lots of areas that have damage over time effects. And if you just find yourself using too much health for blood magic, Vitality really does help out. And since it's with blood magic, it's just reserving, you know, 300 life. So if you already feel very tanky and you have more than enough health, I would just go with Vitality and swap it on in certain scenarios with lots of dots, stuff like the Shaper fight if you're standing in the beam or the little

puddles. It helped a lot with me there when I was doing Uber Elder. I tried it without Vitality. I lost four portals. And then I tried it with vitality and I down them in a single portal after. It was a really close one but I managed to do it. Tip number six: the shaper shield with percent life recovery on block is amazing. That's it. There's a very good mod that you can get on shaper influence Shields that causes you to recover a percentage of your life when you block. And on this build, you're blocking almost every single hit. I'm talking like 90% plus of the hits. So this is constantly healing you up. So if you want to be truly invincible, try to get this mod on your Shield. It is very difficult to get the other mods in addition to this mods that you want on your Shield, such as spell suppression chance and percent reduced Critical Strike stuff. But trying to get all these mods on really turns your character into an absolute tank. And honestly, this would take top of my list.

over spell suppression once you get spell suppression on other gear, but while you don't have it, make sure you have spell suppression on your shield. And once you get spell suppression on your other gear, swap to the percent recover life on block with a shaper-influenced shield, and make sure you're going for teak round Shield so you get Block recovery percentage. It's very important here tip number seven Frost blink plus lead slam equals Godly status. Seriously, just get these two movement skills together. Leap slam for regular Pat clearing and going through various maps, and then Frost blink for Boss scenarios when you need to instantly move out of something. You can be reduced in terms of Your Action speed on this build. It's not something like a juggernaut, so you're going to want Frost blink so you can instantly get up out of certain scenarios. With leap slam, you can't do that sometimes. It's a little bit slow to react. With frost blink, you don't have that issue. On a little extra tip here, link coling strike to frost.

blink or leak slam so you can annihilate bosses when they're on that last 10% of Life. Tip number eight ailment Immunity on flasks is amazing get it quick that's all I'm going to say here. You want to get this from the tree a little bit and then you want to get other ailment immunities from your flasks. Truly it makes you invincible in maps when you're just popping mob after mob. I would also get instilling orbs very quickly that are used when the flask is full so you're constantly ailment immune. You're just zooming through Maps popping packs it feels good and it further bolsters your defenses. Tip number nine Jack the axe is a great starter weapon that's it that's the tip it's big for bleed damage it has decent Fizz it's pretty cheap on trade as well so if you want to go with a decent unique weapon to start with I'd recommend Jack the axe for this build. Tip number 10 start spinning up reav.

axes bases very quick via Harvest. Seriously, I recommend you farm Harvest with this build. We'll talk about that very soon, but you can just infinitely reroll Reaver axe bases to get some good fiz rolls on them. That's a very cheap and very quick way to do this, and then you can recombinate them in King's March. Using it's not Isa, it's rag. Yes, rag. So definitely go and try to do that. That's how I got my awesome Reaver axe base, which I will link on screen right now. Tip 11: Wait to pop mobs on bosses. It's worth it. Seriously, if you want to explode bosses very quickly, make sure that you drag packs around them first or just wait for packs to spawn around the boss. They will explode in mere moments. Well, always go for Jagged Technique. It's just way better than War attrition. Before the league started, everybody was debating whether or not War attrition or Jagged Technique with the aggravated GLE bleeds would be better. I can now conclusively say that War attrition is

worse than using Jagged technique. You want those aggravated bleeds on your opponents as much as possible, and you have a 100% chance to do so with Jagged technique. War attrition relies on you taking a super long time to fight something, and the damage on this build is actually pretty decent when it comes to single-target bosses, so you definitely want to go with Jagged technique. It also helps you destroy regular packs far easier, you know, rares in maps, so go for Jagged technique. Don't try out War attrition. Tip 13: Crimson dance is bait. It's simple. You won't be able to attack fast enough using this build to make this skill worthwhile. On your passive skill tree, do not take it. Don't even try it. Just go with the big meaty swings and attacks. Don't try to attack super, super fast with this particular build. You also want to stick with a shield, and your attack speed really won't get up there if you're not dual-wielding, so just ignore Crimson.

Dance all together tip 14. The following leagues are your friends: Expedition for the massive meaty pops and the ability to craft goat items with Rog breach just for the pops and the ability to run those breach stones for XP or to sell them. Harvest for once again the massive pops you can get and the ability to infinitely roll any item you need to whether it's base items or Maps if you're running low on Alchemy orbs. Ritual easy lots of mobs densely packed big pops lots of valuable drops from the actual ritual altars too. And finally blight of course blight you have tons of towers where the mobs are all spawning on top of each other your pops destroy them and it's actually getting pretty decent gold rewards to use in Kings March so check those leagues out if you're playing lead explosion Gladiator tip 15 slamming Essences of contempt are a great way to get a good physical damage axe very simple very easy to buy these now via the currency exchange you can buy five and just try to slam and

make a good weapon there are some other content creators who have very in-depth crafting guides I'll link a few of them below. I really like light's latest one so you can definitely go check that one out if you need help crafting a physical weapon. Tip 16: you can also Farm Caldera or lava lake for the battleborn Divination card to get a chance at Jack the axe. If you're on SSF and you cannot buy Jack the axe and you're struggling to find a good weapon, you can Farm one of those two maps. I would recommend Kara to try to get Jack the axe via that divination card. Tip 17: I shall stress skip going full armor as I did, go straight for evasion plus armor bases with spell suppression. I know this is a repeat tip but it is huge for survivability in this game. You feel so much tankier even if you have 50% spell suppression versus 0%, so go for it on the tree on the right hand side path.

Down below in the screenshot that I'm sharing right now, and make sure you get spell suppression on your base items. It's a huge tip 18. This is a great starter and beginner build. Recommend this to your friends if they'd like a melee experience with damage overtime skills and explosions. It feels great and plays rather well and can scale into late game with some big unique item investment. Seriously, this was my smoothest League start ever. I got four void Stones all by myself. I cleared Maven deathless for the first time ever in league, and I've been playing since blight 5 years ago. Now it feels really good.
