all right, so I just found something that blew my mind. So check out this super simple book. It's making $375 a day. This one's making $700 a day. And this one's making $765 a day. That's $22,000 per month. And this is not revenue, guys. It's royalties, which is actually the amount that you take home. It's your profits. And that's just for one book. Now, some of you are probably saying these books have probably been around for years with thousands of reviews. But take a look at this. Yes, this one's got 500 reviews. But this one was just published last month, and it's got 25 reviews. And this one's got 47 reviews, and it was just published 2 months ago. That's crazy, right? So today, I'll show you how to easily create something like this, even if you're not an artist. And I'm also going to show you how to get massive sales like these 'cause I found a strategy that these sellers are using that's very

effective yet so simple. I'm going to share that with you at the end as well. And no, it's not running Amazon ads. Now at a glance, this looks like just coloring books for kids, but these are actually for adults. Yeah, I'm just surprised that there is a huge market for these books, but okay. So how does this work? So if you're not familiar, these books are sold on Amazon under the KDP model, which is essentially print on demand for books. So you create the book, list it on Amazon, and when somebody orders the book, Amazon will print the book and ship it to the customer without you having to be involved in the process. So when you get a sale, Amazon takes their fees, and you're paid the remainder of that amount in something called royalties, which is basically a profit. Now speaking of profits, let me show you how much you can make by selling books like this. So you can go to Amazon's royalty calculator here, and I'm just going to enter the details here. It's paperback, and size is 8.5 by 8.5 in. I'm going to do 40 pages.

and the price is $9.99. Now you can see from this book that you get about $3.15 in royalties, which I think is pretty good considering that they take care of all the printing, the shipping, the warehousing, and they've got all this traffic. Now why do I think that this is a great business model? So, number one, Amazon KDP is not Amazon FBA. There are no subscriptions, no upfront costs. You're not buying any inventory, and you're not competing with Chinese Sellers. And because you're not buying any inventory, there's literally no risk for you to start. And you can't do that with Amazon FBA selling physical products 'cause you have to come up with at least $5 to $10,000 to start. And if the products don't sell, you're stuck with the physical inventory. And number two, these products are insanely simple to create. We're not writing novels. I mean, just look at this. I would never think that people would buy something so simple as this. Plus, if you think about it with this coloring

books. You can create so many different variations, and you can even do like a miniature house like this, which I think looks pretty interesting, or maybe something like this where there's a bit of shading or the depth in colors. So, a lot of variations you can produce just under this one niche. Now, number three, you can also see that this book, for example, it's been around for a while. It was published three and a half years ago, and it's still making $500 a day in royalties every single day, which is about $116,000 a month. So, you can see that if you do this properly, you can be pretty passive and sustainable. There's no inventory that you have to restock. You create the book once, and it will sell for months and years to come. So, let's start creating the product. So, I use this tool called Book Bolt to put together the book. Now, real quick before I show you how to create the book, I also want to show you my criteria in finding winning products. So, when you're

on the dashboard, you want to go to cloud. And for category, I'm just going to choose coloring book. And for BSR, which is the best sales rank on Amazon, I want to see books that are lower than maybe 13,000. And I'm going to hit search. Now you want to look for two things: number of reviews and sales. So if you see a book that has a low number of reviews but a high number of sales, that's a clue. So that means that you don't have to have hundreds or thousands of reviews to get sales. And if you can find something that's published recently, that's even better. So like this one here, you see that it has 20 reviews and it's already selling pretty well without having hundreds of reviews. Now you might also be tempted to go super Niche because a lot of people say Niche down and you'll have much less competition. But my advice is you don't want to do that. Instead, you want to focus on demand 'cause competition means there's demand for the product.

what's the point of selling products with zero competition if you're not making any sales? So your strategy should be to find a product with high demand and make something better, because it's easier to improve a product than to sell something that nobody's looking for. Now, once you're ready to create the book, you want to go up here and click create and click on BookB studio. And this is where we're going to create the book. So click on new project, and we're going to choose paperback. And I'll just call this Fruits Coloring Book. Going to choose 8.5 by 8.5 for the size and black and white for page count. Going to do 40. And let's hit create project. So this is the cover page. I'm going to come back to this and do the pages first. So now you can click on this first page here, and we're going to start adding the drawings. I'm going to click on this image icon here, and you see that you got Pixel Bay and

unsplash integrated here. So, click on pix. And let's say we want to search for watermelon. You want to filter by transparent so we get the draw going without the colors. And we hit search. So, let's say I like this one. I can just click on it and place it on the page. So, I can play around with sizing and all that. Now, if you have your own set of drawings that you want to use, you can also upload them here. Now you can use a website like free pick to get the images. Or you can also go to upwork and hire someone to create the drawings for you. Now, I think if you're serious about this, this is a great option because the drawings will be unique to yours. And that will just set you apart from your competitors. Now, I can't stress this enough but create something that is actually good. Something better than your competitors 'cause 90% of people who watch these videos will just grab random free drawings and create a crappy product, right? And when they don't make any sales.

they say it's too competitive, or it's too saturated. Now, as you can see here, there's this Talent on Upwork who will provide 20 pages for $40, so that's $80 for 40 pages, right? But I'm sure you can negotiate the price even more if you're ordering in bulk. If you think about it, this is a one-time cost that can potentially make you thousands of dollars every month. So, I think this is a good strategy if you are serious about this. So now, I've got some sample drawings here, and I'll just upload it to Book Bolt and place it on a page. And obviously, you want different fruit drawings for every page. I'm just doing this to show you how it's done. Now, let's go back to the cover, and we'll just use a drawing of the fruits that have been colored in. So, I'll just use this image here, just make it a bit smaller, and I'm going to add a title. I'll choose this bold font, Alpha Slab One, and place it.

You want to give everything you got to see if your product actually works or not. So I'm going to be sharing you a strategy that these sellers are using to get massive sales. So if you look at the seller here, Coco wo, the reason why they're so successful is not because of Amazon ads, but it's because they're driving traffic from social media. So if you see here, they've got quite a huge following, 242,000 on

Instagram, and they've got 100,000 followers on TikTok. And notice that they're just simply recording themselves coloring in the books, showing people the product in action. And these are faceless videos. If you notice, just using their hand to color in the books, focusing on showing the product. And we've got another seller on Amazon, Meg Publishing. They also have their own TikTok account with about 240,000 followers. And just look at this, guys. 5.1 views on this one video and 8 million views on this video. And this is exactly how they've been so successful with their books. You can see here that she got her links here which point to her Amazon storefront. And also just recently they added the option for people to get the digital files so people can just print it themselves. I think that's pretty smart. Now I think this is a brilliant strategy 'cause you're basically creating content once and every video will continue to drive traffic for months or years to come. And not only that, but you can take one

piece of content and repurpose them to other platforms like Instagram, YouTube shorts, or even Pinterest. Now I know what some of you are probably thinking, that's too much work. Well, you know what, you can do with this, you can even outsource these videos to freelancers. So if you go to Fiverr or Upwork, you can actually find people whose job is actually to produce this type of content. And this is the perfect product because you're not even showing your face in these videos, so you simply need to send them five to 10 books and they'll shoot the videos. But my advice is always when you're just starting out, try to do it yourself first, and then you want to delegate once you have some sales. Now, the other way, of course, is to run Amazon ads. If you have the budget, the upside with this is that you just turn it on and you see results immediately. And by results, I mean you get to see if people like your product or not. But the downside is that it can get expensive, and I think if you rely on

ads to drive um 80-90% of your sales. That's quite dangerous. So for me, I like to always use social media marketing. One, to diversify, and two, if something happens to my Amazon account, I would have built a sizable audience on TikTok, Instagram, and I can drive them to wherever I want. And that's obviously the downside to this model, 'cause you're relying 100% on Amazon KDP, which is still a Marketplace. You can't sell this on your own website 'cause Amazon is the one that prints the book. That's why I recommend building a social media presence alongside your Amazon store, build your own audience, and move them into an email list that you fully control. And one day, you can sell other related products to diversify your income. And that's how you build a real business. Now, I think the biggest issue with this is that people are not taking action. You got so many ideas, you don't know which one to start. So my recommendation is to not overthink.

just start today 'cause if you've never started a business before, you probably have so so many questions. There's a lot of missing pieces, but nobody has everything figured out.
