So I have received it. It is coming. All right, today, I'm going to talk about how to literally train yourself to expect the best because why? Everyone's been trained to expect the worst. That's just how it's been most of our lives, right? So first, I want to talk about how a

different perspective before I get to that a different perspective on how manifestation or being as I like to call it how it's a neutral thing. Okay, it works the same way for the bad [ __ ] that happens in your life and the good [ __ ] [ __ ]. But there's a difference why the the the bad [ __ ] just seems to happen like that, right? It's a big reason, and I'm going to give you a different perspective of that. Okay, so first, I'm going to tell you what you guys do wrong. So you look for the next best technique, right? And you, you know, you uh apply it after two hours, three hours of scrolling a day. You, you apply it. You either affirm in a corner uh for, you know, 30 minutes or three times a day. You do a visualization. You do all these things. You feel great for a few, you know, a day or two. And then what do you do? The validation comes, right? You look to the outside world for validation. You try to

manipulate you. Check your phone. You check. You check if that money came. You check if that person messaged you, right? You basically are looking. You're asking yourself, How's it going to happen? When's it going to happen? Let's look for evidence, right? The big no-no because that implies you are not the person who has it. Because if you were the person who has it, which is how things come to you, you would not be aware of needing to look for it, right? Seems simple, right? So that's why manifestations don't come. Make sure this is on. So now let's look at how you guys do the opposite, the negative part, right? What do you guys do, or some of you, not all of you? You literally live all day within, because that's what you're supposed to do in imagination. Imaginal acts are also used for the worst things. It's also everything you speak and think, everything. It's an imaginal act, okay? So all day for me when you wake up like H, you

you'll be living within, expecting the worst, right? You'll assume the worst thing going to happen today. You'll automatically say, you'll create scenarios in your mind that haven't even happened yet, but have the full expectation that they will. You will have an argument with someone in the shower that never hasn't even occurred yet, and you feel great about it. Now you're prepared because now you just prepared yourself for an argument that hasn't even happened, so you feel great about that, right? And then you know, maybe it's money. You're like, you automatically assume you don't have enough. All you think about is how you don't have enough. You live there. You could literally see yourself angry looking at the account. You can literally sit there and imagine a scene of you by yourself later because your SP is not around. All these imaginal things that you're doing within, right? Arguing, you're doing it while you're driving. You're doing it all day. You are living within, but not for the heaven because it's supposed to be the, you know, the

Kingdom of Heaven is supposed to be within you, and that will be done on Earth as is in heaven. But you're filling your heaven with nonsense, so then it must be displayed out there. But here's the difference between the stuff you want and this one. After you do, we got a motorcycle today, guys. After you do all those negative imaginal acts, visualizing, affirming, because everything you say is an affirmation, inner dialogue fights. Do you sit there now and go out there and try to manipulate it for it to happen, try to look for the evidence, try to see if this, if that argument's happening right now, or wondering when's this argument going to happen? No, you are fully satisfied with those imaginal acts because you know they're your truth. You straight up identify with them. You know they're your truth. You have so much conviction. You live in the end, right? Because it's the negative things, that's why they pop up with ease, because you're not going against it.

like you do with the good stuff, the good stuff you're trying to wonder how, why you're trying to manipulate, you're trying to check if it's there yet, you're trying to do all that. You basically, you're not doing it for the other stuff, so you are a master manifestor, but just for the [ __ ]. So, this leads me to how to start training yourself to expect the best. So, on my other videos, you may have noticed, uh, I wake up in the first thing in the morning, I do my self-concept routine, but then I also say every day, I say this, Today's the best day of my life. I'm only open to experience the best news because I am the best. I'm only, I'm only going to experience greatness or witness greatness because I am greatness. I'm going to experience Perfection because I am perfect. I'm going to be showered with love because I am love. You say those type of things every single day, okay? Every day, make it a habit. That alone, along with the

self-concept will make huge shifts in your awareness and in your life because it's instant. The second you say something, you already are it. You already are the man or woman you claim to be at all times. The second you claim it until you speak against yourself, that's basically it. You got to allow it to unfold to you because it's identity. So after that, what you want to do is this has got a little bit of reality transferring in it, okay? You basically, and if some of you might need a reminder, use a mindfulness app, make it can make you a little ding, um, give you a little ding of as a reminder to what you're doing. But everyone has things they got to do all day, right? Tell yourself, tell your day, because remember, you are, I am, you are all there is. You can tell when the second you say something, it's your truth. Whatever meaning you give it is your truth right now. It's instant. So tell yourself how things are going to go before you do them. So let's say you wake

up you're GNA go get a coffee right you go into the coffee drive if it's a say say it's a drive-up window maybe Dunkin' donuts for my East Coast people right my my my home and you're waiting in line and you're saying to yourself I hope they don't [ __ ] up my order I hope that same kid that worked yesterday isn't there that screwed up my coffee this this particular Dunkin Donuts always [ __ ] up my [ __ ] but yeah you still go there always [ __ ] up my [ __ ] right so you just set the tone for that experience that's the direction you gave your life what I'm telling you to do is now to make this a habit to do it everything you do you still go to that line and you say I'm G to have the best [ __ ] latte or macchiato pumpkin spice whatever the [ __ ] it is you

order. I'm going to have the best pumpkin spice latte there is. It's almost that time, guys, football season. I'm going to have the best pumpkin spice latte that [ __ ] Barista always nails it every time. It tastes so much better. That's why I buy it, because it tastes better when they make it right. And I guarantee you, you'll go and you'll have a pleasant experience, and it'll be good. Even if it's not, you say it anyway. And if you keep making a habit of going into that line, you could hell, you can say whenever I go there, there is no line. I've done it within an Out Burger. You keep saying it, and it'll be your truth every time. Now you could say when you're driving anywhere, I'm going to this destination, I am going to get there safely, there is going to be no traffic, I'm not even going to see a cop, so I don't have to worry about getting pulled over for all you people that worried about that.

anything you say, you tell your day how it's going to go, and you do it. Boom! You're going to go to the gym. I said this before in another video. Before I step in the gym, I say, When I walk into that gym, I am the strongest [ __ ] guy in that building. The second I walk in, all eyes are on me. The weights feel light as [ __ ] today. Nothing but progress. I can literally see my body changing in the mirror as I lift. And then I go in, and 9999999 per of the time, I have the best workout ever because I said it was going to be. But imagine if you walk towards a gym. You're like, I don't think I have it in me today. I just... I just don't. I feel kind of tired. Remember, whatever you attach to I am, you become. I guarantee you that's what your experience will be. So make it a habit. Stop dogs. So make it a habit to tell the day how it's going to go. If you do this

type these type of uh things, these small things for like a month. Watch how much, not even a month, it could happen. It can't happen instantly, but you got to make it a habit, and then watch how things change. You're going to go out to eat. Here's the next one. You're going to go out to eat with Sally and Brutus or any one of your friends, right? I don't know Brutus. This is how I would do it. I'm about to have the best meal ever. If you drink, I'm going to have the best cocktail ever. That bartender is the best in the country. I get treated with nothing but VIP treatment because I'm a VIP. Great experience. The general manager is going to check on me. The best meal ever, right? Boom, go have your meal. But what do most people do? They want to go check Google reviews, Yelp reviews. Oh, this place only got four stars. This place only got four stars. You know, my dogs are driving me nuts right now. Tabitha said this place is so-so well.

I hope it's going to be okay. Let's go. You see how you set the tone to expect the worst. There are two identities for each situation. I just showed you the identity that expects the best and the identity that expects the worst. So, for these small things that you wouldn't even think about, if you do this all day, every day, things will change. And then, you literally start to always expect the best because you become the identity that always expects the best. Because you become the identity that nothing but the best happens to. You don't even give a chance for a negative thought or expectation of a negative outcome to occur because you're telling it beforehand. This is very powerful. I do this all the time.
