close your eyes. Go back to when you were a kid, or close your eyes right now. Are you the kid hero right now, the kid inside of you 20 years ago, 30 years ago, whatever age you are when you were a kid? Big dreams, big aspirations, anything's possible, every wind is wide open to you. How do you let that shot? Where do you still believe it? If you now as an adult turn back to the kid at eight years old, the same person, is that kid proud of you? Is that kid saying, That's who I want to be? If not, in your eyes, and fix the [__] primacy. The dictionary says a superior state, overriding current authority, power, status, and the walk of life you're in. Third-party subjective nature, third-party agreement that this person is superior to others. In order for that third party to say an individual is superior, the individual must believe in the first-person narrative that they are superior. Before anyone buys the fact they are superior, a belief must be so strong for a third party to buy that.

[__] there is no excuse for not being the hardest worker. Yeah, someone might be bigger, stronger, faster, quicker, younger, or whatever else, but there is no excuse for not being the hardest [__] worker. And when you believe that you have the ability to do something, that the life that you're living right now is going down this direction, you [__] hate where it is. There is nothing else to do but to change direction. I'll believe the ad cannot go that way anymore. I gotta go this way. What do you have to lose? You know the outcome. You can send you the same [__] why not just just just commit one time in your life to something, see what happens. There are no losers in the world, in the world of passion and commitment to something. No one loses there. The losers are the people that sit in the starting line and never initiate. It's the belief that Supremacy exists. There's so many examples in the Olympics, and every day we see the Common Man with

the odds against them overcoming what people thought could never happen. And probably he'd even think it, but there he's saying Victorious and a role model to all of us. Oh my God, we want to be him. But before he was hit, he was us. What got him there wasn't a dying belief, drama, sweat that came out, and every pain and everything else was just a Telltale sign, a big closer and closer to that dream that we were when we were a kid of being reality. Why not believe in it? What's the other option? There is no other option. It's a life forgotten, man, in the acne world. If I go through the audition, I have a [__] chance of getting a part. If I don't grow the audition, I'm out of the game. I know the outcome: nothing. Show up. If you get knocked on your ass, show up. At least you have a possibility. You have a chance. You have a voice of doing something with your [__] life. Believe.

believe that Supremacy exists. Believe it within you because every [ __ ] that has ever achieved it had to believe it when everyone else said it wasn't possible. They said it [ __ ] was, and there they stand, boom, did it [ __ ]. Your turn, no longer, oh yeah. We accept Rhymes and societies rhyme the reason that we are average. Average is a weak mentality, so much so that we're arrogant about it. It's like I'll move to tears, and when you show up, get it all you have. Fallen and stumble and fall forward. Think outside the box, some generator success [ __ ] the handbook someone else wrote it. It's your life, your book. It's a war of many battles. The battles are fought every single day, the betterment to bring that belief to the surface where we always knew we could be. It isn't about time you guys become a person you always knew you could be. Shut off the body and the speakers of society telling you what you can't do.

The voice from within the energy inside knowing you can be more than this but there are no limitations that's it's just high voltage or positive energy battles easily won on a daily occurrence. The war will never be won because that war is a better one. The lesser inspiration and others who join you in endeavor and create something epic that we talk about back in the day but then she would Helen Keller or you know Socrates all these people that did something beyond their scope back then. Everyone laughed at them for these different let those peasants of the world laugh at you now for being different because that's beautiful and laugh back at them singing [ __ ] everybody else you [ __ ] see let's work out when you finish this workout guys you should have an internal [ __ ] voice hitting so far inside yourself like Mama's sitting there bringing the dinner bell not haven't done yet look around Fast Pace come back here and finish the day. over and over and the winners about trying to start to close and you knew it could have been given birth to but you never did it. I promise you it will haunt you. You'll be more. It's a living nightmare dude. That fact that you have the ability to do something and you're too weak to [ __ ] turn the key and start the engine on it. It's a greater disappointment and a greater burden to carry than any of this physical Sweat Equity. What pain the gym or or sacrifice. All that is just nothing compared to a wife where you're burdened by regret guys. Two forms of pain. A pain that breaks you and the pain that changes you. That's the pain of a change right there. That's a pain of progress. Pain that destroys you. Isn't this [ __ ] it's later than life knowing you could have been more and all that's left is you and the [ __ ] you leader and tears of a possibility left that you allowed to die own your [ __ ] life guys.

Every opportunity, there's no excuse not to be the hardest worker in the room. And all your endeavors, school work, the gym, your crew, your cruise ship, your needs attached to it, it's gotta mean more than anything from times in life. The answer is always revealed forefront; you learn the reason behind it later in life. And later in life, you get hit with adversity, with so much not this, you, your family, everything's riding ones, and you overcome it, coming without even losing your win. Start giving back, start being a role model. Other people see them, try dressing, transform themselves, whatever consequences, and that's what it's all about, man. Uh, anyway, I'm gonna put help you stay fit. They're all wrapped up here. Remember I said the sun's going down or a town. It's the bed. The sun is gone till tomorrow morning. So what are we gonna do? What are we gonna do? We're gonna go home and slam our protein that 45-minute window, man. We're gonna feed our muscles and clear our muscles with bed too so they wake up in the morning and stronger, ready for the next day, ready to come and you kill it again, improve every single day, guys. So this is a little saying I live on, and yeah, you guys should try and incorporate this too. The question to you is what makes for a good

day huh think about that for a second. I'll tell you what my thing is. What makes a good day for me is that I go to bed that day sharper mentally and physically than when I woke up that morning. If I can go to bed strong and mentally, physically, I woke up that morning, and I can find that day with another day and another day to make a good week, to a good month, to a good year. There's nothing out there I can't control, nothing out there I can't overcome, nothing out there I cannot be calm. It's all within the space between these two hands, between these two gears. One step from the other, day by day by day, makes that legacy, man. Tomorrow begins right now. And now some people say there's a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

Sunday. I've never heard of the day called Sunday. Someday I'll become something. Someday I'll start something. It's right now, guys. Today is the day. Someday arrives, and some people tomorrow will have the proof of your favor. It must be that way. The dream that you feel man inside, the belief that can be, it must start with action today if tomorrow's ever gonna have any airing of light to it. [Music] That you know, that you see when you're sleepy. [ __ ] I say dreams of things that keep me from sleeping because you can't wait to become it. Some people like I hear this all the time. People write it in there. Hey man, I tried your workouts out, man, the local gym and stuff, and all the trainers there telling me I'm doing it wrong. All the trainers here say, 'You know, you're going too hard, you're not getting enough rest, you're doing this, it's an overload, it's an overload.' You know, really is it an overload because no one tells me that when I'm here doing

this [ __ ] no one [ __ ] says a word about what I'm going wrong. They come up to me saying, Hey man, what kind of... how can I do what you're doing? So, let's look at that now. Those come to me because what I do is produce this, which they want. So, they don't say it's wrong because they know it's right. I know it works, so they're going up to you because you don't look that way yet. You think I started that way? No, I built that way. You're building that way too, and you're allowing all these people that are just talking nonsense to you, and you're trying to decipher what's true. You're trying to make sense at a nonsense. Stop listening to all these people that haven't walked it yet, haven't become it yet. Listen to yourself. If I'm doing this stuff, I'm not sitting here trying to sell you guys something. I'm telling you exactly what the [ __ ] I do, and what I've done has created

something that it's been taught for the last eight ten years. I live in this mode. I don't die it down, die down to a show, and then blow up in offices. No, every day is on season for me. I don't listen to these [__]. I don't listen to anybody below me. I don't even listen to my same level. I listen to people above, I've done more than me. I want their advice. Stop looking like you got [__] all over yourself because that's why they'll come after you, trying to tell you something, get you something because they're basically giving you an insult, saying, Hey man, you're doing it all wrong because you look like you don't know what the [__] you're doing. Believe in what you're doing, you will be it soon enough, and then you can look down on those [__] rip your dick out and [__] urinate on if you want [__] them. Believe in yourself and

stop making sense about their [__] nonsense. If they were all that, they wouldn't be a trainer in the gym. They beat somebody outside the gym, but they stay in their little [__] comfort zone and come to you and prey on you so you make themselves feel good. That's like me going to a [__] playground and punching kids to make myself feel better [__] them [Music]. Brother working out so we never wonder what it [Music] wants is dreary and gloomy, and it's fair and cold because nowadays are the beach. How funny is that? How fast can you turn your day around? Basically, that's unbelievable. Some people can sit around and wait for the opportunity to change like this, and then they get the [__] up. Some people strike when that iron is hot. Other people just keep on striking until the [__] blade is so hot it slides through anything. Some people get up in the middle of a snowstorm or a

rainstorm push us through. Listen to their pride and after ego. And what happens? The Sun comes out first of a new day, new opportunities with living your greatest moment, your greatest hour right after your worst hour to spare. Because in that worst hour is fair. Who are you? Who are you? You're no one. The foundation that you build yourself on, your looks or your money or your family or your friends, have all whacked you at that point, haven't they? What's left? Just you, mono to mono, who's talking inside. Is anything left? You're the bottom of the barrel, no place to go but up. That's the voice that carries your weak ass, pathetic ass, and everyone say goodbye to and laugh, but get the [ __ ] up on it. Doesn't afford to stand back up in a cloudy day until the sun comes out. That is your finest hour. That's the positive competence of Pride, not the negative confidence of ego. We're worried about other people, what we do every day, every single day. What we do becomes habitual and routine.

through practice every single day. We do the same thing regardless of egocentrical ideas and ideologies, of weather, surroundings, elements, people. Regardless, we're on our mission because this universe. We are the center of our own universe, path that we believe in. It doesn't change in a biased nature of someone else's opinion or the [ __ ] son or the no headstrong, confident, pushing through it. And then the end state, sitting in the sun after good [ __ ] workouts. You've paid your [ __ ] dues today, pay him again later because it felt so good. That's when you go that far in the gym and you leave it all there and despair and you're so weakly on your ass. At your greatest hour of growth comes right now. The rest of nutrition, the demand has been created. Let's go get supply now. Great [ __ ] obviously fit. Yeah, it's hard, it's not easy, but as soon as you get through your head that life's not easy, better system success, you'll have.

nothing's supposed to be given to you. You're not entitled to [__]. You're entitled to what you were, to strive for, to fight for. In here today, we fought for something greater than we were when we woke up this morning. That's what [__] life's all about, and keep fighting for the passion loaded with love behind you, and that's your fight, guys. The Fire won't go out, the fight will never be too much. You always enjoy it, even though I'm exhausted right now physically. Not only man, I feel great. The box for today of a good day. Come back tomorrow, it again. The separation between me and my competitors, it's just getting exponential. It's like they've forgotten first place again, the second place where they shoot before. And that's what society's all about, second place. It's the humble Champion, but it's not the true champion. And you never find a true champion side of who you are, guys, until you go to the fire. cast a plane that never goes out out there. Second place will be that second place, not bad. You've learned from the shortcomings, and you fight again until you get first place. Leg up, man. Every day we have the opportunities to get the competitive edge, this workout foundation strength in the legs that builds all this, the metaphor of life. So tomorrow or today when they're watching this video, go get your let go. Never allow the gap between you and your competitors to shrink; will only grow. Oh yeah, this is a great flip. the intake, the outtake of what you call light, is nothing more than time, and a less done something with, is forgotten about. There's no footprint of your existence left for anyone else to follow. Life is time in a life that's remembered, where footprint is followed behind footsteps of inspiration and motivation, is when time is met with opportunity and action. They collide to be a life of remembrance. Problem is, most people don't have a plan, or without a plan of your own life, you become the plan of someone else's life. You're not running the day; the day's running you. The differential between those people is belief. One person with belief overrides a hundred people with just intent. Intent is thought process, thinking, war gaming, and never putting a foot forward, never putting their face with a name to the fire, police going after and figuring it out along the way. This workout is going to bring that belief back in your life. It's a back workout, and after this workout, not only will you have a stronger back, you will have belief and

confidence put into action. Life is filled with stop signs and yield signs and halts in this [ __ ] and [ __ ] unauthorized [ __ ] finds. Life begins now; if it doesn't begin now, your life is [ __ ] over. Welcome to the Chamber of belief, aka the [ __ ] gym. You guys don't start believing in yourselves; your life will be nothing for anyone ever followed with one. You have to believe. What are you doing? You're doing [ __ ]. It's about this guy's journey of your life. Like you're born, you lift the weight up. It's white first harder. Your physical strength has left ability differential Journey or stop. The journey is the mental strength and that wait. You have a number in your head body specifically hit earlier. I'm so glad I believed in myself short because at the end of the day, what's up? You must be later. You're not doing now. Don't ever expect later to be the person you want to look in the mirror.

everyone's like, Oh, later in life I want to do this, later in life I won't do that. Later in life is turning around. Look in the mirror right now. That's the later in life. You've really saved my life. You're a huge motivation, a huge difference. And they don't understand how much that means to me because that's the greatest thing in life. That's the legacy that you actually do something to leave an impact towards others, and there's no greater honor than that. It's not until I come here and someone takes time out of their day that gives value to what I do. You know, they use it to transform themselves, to give belief in themselves, to change their life, to become the person they've always wanted to be. And they come, they share that, and they thank me for that. But the thing is, it's their sweat on their shirt, not mine. I just help them believe in

themselves and to have a small impact and a better betterment of their life, and that just humbles me so much. And so that's why I think I have the greatest job in the world because, uh, the return of an investment, it's not a monetary value, but the value that that builds Legacy.
