I've kept my integrity within me, you know, before I get into that, you know, in negotiations of anything in contract or any deal or anything you want to do in the future, you know, there's opportunities to call me so I could talk to an agent or you sort of talk to the person that wants to pay you for something or whatever, maybe there's a negotiation thing there. You want something, they want something, usually X doesn't get everything they want and Y doesn't get everything they wanted to compromise. So what's the compromise that we're gonna do? Well, my dad was referring to is that somebody that wants this money or this opportunity will compromise a character in that negotiation because they feel that event's more valuable than who they are. I've had many negotiations and I'm always very strong in them and a lot of people think I'm an [__]. I don't

one another. We believed themselves, and they started something. Why were they so quick to just throw it away? We could have been down that path if we stayed true to ourselves. There's gonna be opportunities where, as you know, in this world's a devil, Devil's Den, man, there's temptation everywhere. And I'm not a real religious man. I'd pray to the person I believe in. I try to live along the strategies with which, and you know, I've been, I've learned to his practices. I tried to treat others like I want to be treated, enslave the Golden Rule. I talked to my childhood Church so much. I think that's just, you know, a human big business, you know. I don't, I think the Lord's everywhere, and he's definitely in these moments of temptations. There's a test to you, and at the end of those moments where I'm thinking about it, I'm also thinking about later in life who's judging me, and am I trying to make money to make somebody else impressed, overriding the

the way do you rattle at every single one, or do you say solid to it because you have weight within yourself? What you speak, you walk, you don't speak words hollow, you back them up with action, you believe in what you're doing, you have confidence, you have character. Who are you? Somebody that stands for nothing, that's so quick to just jump ship, that anything that's popular or anything that has money to it, maybe that kind of person magnet through whatever is out there, not standing for anything. Because if you don't stand for anything, my friend, you fall for everything. There and you're the min of these sharks in this world, feed off of you, had prosperity, you had success, you had opportunity, but you didn't have any [__] character. So when they present it, someone to you, they painted this canvas, it looked all bright, and you've bought into it. You didn't know that Candace was pale and [__]. What happens is when you buy into it, the choices of what you make that you

individual judgment of my own self knowing I got that money doing something that don't believe him ultimately if I overpass my own judgement it doesn't matter and I overpass his judgment that's the ultimate judgment right. I had an opportunity to sponsor the spokesperson and equity owner of a company. It's a food company. They do pretty packaging food and stuff. Great company, successful, really cornerstone a niche and a great financial return with the contract and everything else. The problem is I only eat a meal a day. Their mentality is that you eat these four and five smaller meals and it's delivered to your house. It goes against what I believe in. Even though that was a six and possibly seven-figure deal, I could not sign that contract because I don't believe in that. It hasn't gotten me to where I am. You know, planning covers and my physique. I don't. I can't sell that to somebody else and expect them to transform their body because I don't believe that is the philosophy of success and transformation. You know, in a physical state and they're

It's not a guy that got a picture, her hands, the other guy, and I guess he was willing to uh, you know, do some personal favors there, maybe, maybe not. I don't know. I haven't really seen him much more, but let's, regardless, in fact, what I'm trying to say is at the end of the day, you know, I still look at myself the same way. I interrogate, and I've been someone, I've been around so my biggest sharks in this industry, and you know propositions, some amazing opportunities, but with a call sigh just could never pay. So I couldn't take that. There's a difference between being poor and being rich, and then there's even a bigger difference of being wealthy. Wealthy is life lived. I know a lot of people that are rich in

My past has taught me who I am, to be able to evaluate the situation present and imply where I've learned to make the best choice. And that choice is based on character, it's based on morality and integrity, never about financial return, never about monetary value or tangible items. It's always been about the character, the intangible items. Now walk because in Vegas I can't pick up dice called a character and roll hoping it goes my way. I just, that's too much to gamble the metaphoric blessings or think I got two of them for you. One is actually a biblical parable, and it speaks of, um, we'll just make it simple here, two guys. They're building homes, right? They build these amazing homes, man, and all this great, you know, mahogany and travertine, you know, that's the best of the raw materials, and built these castles, these monumental statues that really stand the test of time. And they, the

of them passed away. The other one kept the name, kept that belief, and maybe was motivated by the passing of his partner and made it into the household name we all know: Paul Mitchell hair salon. I don't know how much money that makes or still makes, or whatever is along the way. He had a hobby he really liked to do: distill tequila, you know, make the kilo on his own, you know, that was his thing. And unless we did in some spare time, he's an alcoholic, but he'd like that, the chemistry of it all on me. So he made it and tasted it and stuff, and you know, it's something he did, how I mean woodworking and stuff. It was therapeutic, yet people come over his house and stuff, and they go, Mess really good, sell this stuff. So he did, that's Patron, the number one selling tequila, which makes like, what, $10 to have you one dollop, whole me joins, so much more successful than the hair follicle on I'm people. A, it's so weird that

else is that tests worth all that, and if it is great, I can't imagine it. [Music] So, you try to make amends, you say you're sorry, years go by, you know you're the character, strong truth from that point for you learn your lesson when everything's on the line, and he's got you or someone else to depend on, because that trust can never be a heart massage. You might get up to 99, but 99% trust to a 100% trust is night and day. That's Little League World Series to Derek Jeter. That's how much of a difference that is, and that's what success is, guys. Has to say they started out selling these products out of the trunk of their car. When one

Now we're all hiding behind in that letter, but um, so you you know usually have a carriage and you have your possessions in there and you're traveling across country in that country is you know not paths travel, the path less traveled, rockier, steeper, not paved paths, you know. And if you have a wagon there and the wagon doesn't have

you know what happens is someone gets up and speaks on a deceased. That's called a eulogy, and every [__] funeral I've been to. I've never heard one say how much money that person, how many cars he had, how many businesses, how many houses. I always hear him say the character of what they stood for, the MFA left some others, or they gave back to society, and what they gave back helped trump tenfold what they ever done, how they were an asset, not a detriment to their neighbor. Those kind of people fill the church, however it is, because people respect him, and even though they're dead, got a legacy, lives on. And I love to that judge in the eye, and I said, You're not gonna rob me of that, nor is this [__] prick. Fact is, I got the money, his keys, five times over. That's what it calls. That's why cause money. I've had and money have lost, build it up again. It doesn't define me. What defines me, I thought my dad built

you do that. That opportunity builds a relationship. She cuts me off. She's at least like 300 bucks, 400 bucks. Me, I'm providing myself. You know, I'm providing, you know, the material. Oh, so you know you're the success, huh? Well, if you want to go that way, then go that way. But I'm saying if you do it the way I'm saying, you build a relationship, and that three, four hundred bucks that you haven't paid once gets paid over and over and over and over and over again as opportunities hit. Photographer or the magazine, whatever else they need, somebody who did they call, the caller people that are like, it's called networking. People that show up on time, people that show up in shape, people that are professional on their act, like working with those people because it makes them better too because it's not like some kid at the, they have a babysit. They come in ready, they kill it. It makes them look good, that but shots are good. It's a win-win, but no, you need the money.

individual that's so successful, and you know inherent beauty is so successful in alcohol and liquor. I go, Why is that [ __ ] weird? Because the blueprints of successful business are the same, no matter what the endeavor is: hard work, perseverance, all these types of characters, you know, right business models, right financing, everything else. It's the same blueprint with our later on and Paul Mitchell, while I layer on Uber, where I lay it on, you know, Patron. It's the same fundamental framework, same with the person itself. The company of Paul Mitchell hair salon hit tragedy; his partner died. The individual believed it and kept it going. Perseverance created a company. No one knew that held that name was now a lot of people bank off that name, but initially, is it somebody believed in it? He created that. He believed that, and he created it. He's the same techniques, had a passion for something else, put the same techniques towards a passion, and created another multi-billion dollar company. Probably [Music] never selling out, never an opportunity.

bearing those seeds of the day. They'll bear the fruits of your labor tomorrow. Hard work pays the [__] off. It's possible. There's no longer problems. There's situations that if I work hard, I can manipulate to my advantage. You start to make headway. You self-improve your body, your mind-body connection. You're confident. You're uplifting. You're slowly roll back, walking with a purpose. People see that positive energy. Wow, I want to be a part of it. And in society, the shark swimming everywhere that feed off of that because it's very few and far between. As I've seen it before, it even blossoms into something. They come throwing you opportunities and throwing you opportunities. Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, this is great. This is my big break. That's my big break. And you make a decision based on the opportunity, not peace, a character through your. And when you don't base it on character, those opportunities stop coming. I got many examples to go through. I've already revisited so many my head prior record on this camera on the

I go, now you are changing your morality and mission statement now to get me on board, so therefore you just let me know that your whole product is about a name and money and not about beliefs. I never sold out when I found a true friend. They backed that friend. They needed help knowing their back then - not the other way around. I take advantage going off on a tangent here and definitely getting long. It's character, guys. Integrity of industry. What equals success in this industry has built on the rock of character, of who you are and what you do today. The job you take today will either be a deterrent, destruction, or the highlight of what's to come. But don't ever sell out for the temper reward of what the opportunity is today. Believe in the bigger picture. Believe

right now, so you say yeah, yeah. Oh, by the way, I know we talked about 300. I really, I feel I need 500. When I was sudden, you got 200 bucks you never see again. As soon as you cash that check, that relationship he has cash to never be existed again because that diamond doesn't of you. So when you go up to that photographer later and say, Hey man, or the editor, they a, What do you think but doing something? It's okay, I'll think about it. They always say, Yeah, it sounds great, it sounds great. Inside say, Go [ __ ] yourself, man. Never gonna happen again. They won't tell it to your face though. They'll say, Yeah, sounds good, interesting, real interesting. That's aka [ __ ] off. Say, You know [Music] my examples of which I'm going through right now with this character's been tested at night. A example when I was first starting industry, I had a casting for a jeans company. I'm not going to say [ __ ] I'll say our.

sell out. I don't put my name to something knowing those flaws to it. I don't understand what you mean. Well, yeah, do you don't need to off. You're fired. Didn't quite go exactly that way, but you know people on the team of us. You know Greg, you always get pissed off there, buddy. I don't have anything else to play. I can't negotiate when they're trying to negotiate against a character of a product that I'm putting my name to and I created. They're looking for money. They don't know what that. Seven years of work. They don't know all the money I put into this. I'm not talking about a few thousand. I put hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousands. Blood, sweat, and tears. You can't put a price on 15 years of education, the military, sports, and everything going into a product. There's a few manufacturing things with some plastic in there that wasn't durable enough. I saw some stress.

any weight on it to keep it down right within every little pothole or bump or anything like that. That wheel hits, there's nothing to keep pressure on it, so it just jumps and moves and everything else and rattles and just makes a shitload of noise. But if you were to put like, you know, a hell of a lot of weight on that, then as that wheel goes over a ditch or something, it just, the base of the wheel absorbs it, you know, because those weights on there, you're like, All right, great, what the [ __ ] you talking about? I'm talking about the weight of character, the morality, the intangible value of the individual that really stands. It has a time, that's the weight of the wagon as we're going across country, going across past you hadn't been to, you hide charges and stuff. They're doing the greatest argument, you know, to impress others and upcoming that you with opportunities. That's the unpack travel that you're on, the wilderness where there's bumps and pit holes along

and everything else, and could cost you, you know, a quarter million dollars. I know I cannot sell out my character, whatever it costs me, and my character is worth more than that. This is if I did wrong. I don't have a problem or something. I make a lot of mistakes; I learn from them. But if I didn't do anything wrong here, I'm not about to sell out just so I spend less money. And why spend less money? What's missing there? So, if it's, you know, a quarter-million dollars, and all I have to pay is X amount, the differential is called character. I disorder. I don't have any. So, he goes, Great, you know, I don't understand why you wouldn't do this. And, you know, they came down in price, and it says it's a good deal. Here I go, the deal's built on sand. By the way, he didn't know. I don't buy that, but you guys might. Now there's no structure of which is solid here, so therefore there is no deal. And he goes, But you could be out of this for a lot

the money and the reason why I had the money is because I don't do deals. I don't sell character. The reason why I am the person I am right now, you call it fortune or whatever else, are good blessings. I call it remaining true to myself through all the storms, through all the sunshine, the happy times, and the tears. We may mean honest, making mistakes or learning from them, try not to repeat them. He's like, Well, great, you know, I understand, you know, it's very, you know, uplifting to hear someone like you speak of this. At the end of the day, you know, we have a chance to be out of this. What do you want to do? I grab my bags and walk down. I go tell him I'll see him a year from now, court, and he goes, For excessive, stop. This is stupid. You just wasted your throne, good money at bad. I go, There you go again, talking about money. You're missing everything I'm saying. I'll go, let me break it down for you. Event a few funerals in my life, and if

this life, depressed people that poor, that depressed. I know people that are wealthy, any of the money, you know, financial means is these rich people, but they live a life that these rich people wish they could pay for, but never will. The other example I want to talk about is something that's pretty recent, actually. I mean, I can talk about a lot in saying I talked about this new product that's coming out called meadow ball, and [__] seven years in development and blood, sweat, and tears. And when I say seven years has been, it's been seven [__] years, you know, constant effort every week into this process. So many like Murphy's laws thrown at us, so many ups and downs. So do we say truth to it sometimes holding by a thread, so we're holding by a thread, you know, and it's all we got. We just tie a knot in that [__] and just hold on, and we keep believing in it, believe in it. Finally, it comes to fruition. You get all

I've got to pay my rent. I know a girl called me at one time, and she goes, Hey man, I got the opportunity if his magazine, man. How much did I charge him? I said, I wouldn't charge him [__]. Just show up early, show up in shape, kill it, have a great time with them, build the network, build a relationship, and at the end of the day when they go to invoice you, say, 'Hey, don't need it. Just appreciate the opportunity,' because if

and do you pick the right people because this looks amazing. Exactly. Warner did everything else delivered. You know, if I can check, doesn't matter what are you gonna do for me personally. I don't think there's anything personally involved here, is there? I know exactly what he is going. I was young still. I was naive to it all. He's like, I need you to do something personally for me. I can't do this. I can't do as much as I want this job, as much as I think I didn't, you know, use this as a platform to build more opportunities from and everything else. You know, at the end of the day, I can't. I don't sell out, man. Meaning like you hired me or supposedly hired me to reform an asset for a company of which hired for you. And now you're trying to get, you know, personal favors or something sexual thing here or what's going, you know. I just can't do that and say, well then you get the [__] out.

He was right there, and I'd have to say that he knew it because he's walked it, and he would speak enough and in a way of which I was Cruz stood, and so many lessons I learned at a young age. I just didn't know, and it took years of me going through so much stuff in the military, in sports, and the career of which I'm in now, and the ups and the downs of it to understand, really see it so black and white right now, what character really is. But one of them was built on one surface, and another was built on a different surface. That surface, one was bell tolling on a rock structure, the other one was built on sand. These people around us, team people, you know, agents and market people and PR people and everything else. We do a commercial for it, goes really well, has a rating that comes back, that's very successful. They, Hey man, you're ready to go with it. This sounds ready to make some serious coin. I go, I didn't, but I want to make coin, man. I wanna make a difference, you know. I want to build legacy. I want to build something of value here. And they go, Well, no, you will, it's great. I go, Well, you know, in this process of doing this, I've found a few flaws with it, with the product, you know. I thought in a few ways that we, I think, you know, our team didn't improve it. Yeah, they don't worry about them, and this is ready to go right now. Let's make the money now. It's make them right now. I know, I don't, so my name once I sell my name every [__] day and get return of investment. I don't sell it once. I don't.

I know I'm gonna make you look good man, I gotta show up and shave, I'm gonna show up professionally, we're gonna kill this thing, and at the end of the day, the company that's hired you, it's gonna say

their ability to practice law because it's that fraudulent. We go into a mediation appointment where they just want to get some money back for all the hours in this [ __ ] case mediation. You sit in one room and another sits in another room and there's a circuit judge that comes, talks to you and talks to them, and you know it says silkie. So it's all about money. It's all about [ __ ] dollars, which I'm out of mouth by the way. I'm not defined by my success. Usually, success is defined by money. Money never defines me. I've been broke, I've been rich, and never waved who the [ __ ] I am in between. That's what this guy did wrong. Not only did he ruin someone that actually cared for him, and so when they gave him a lot of opportunity, he also [ __ ] up thinking I would settle on something like this. Judge tells me, Hey, it could go to court, and you know, could be a year and a half from now.
