Let's go through it, okay. I'm getting sick from the freaking 12 grams of citrine malet rotting my gut right now. Oh my god. Oh also the six espressos, pumpkin spice, ginger, uh cinnamon, uh Death Wish coffee made in the freaking espresso maker, very acidic. I will not have teeth in 10 years, okay. Uh let's talk about this for a second here brother. I don't know when workout but let me give you my freaking, you know, let me give you my routine and if you can't get stacked and jacked on this sucker, you never will, okay. First things first, wake forc, wake up, okay. I want you to suck down four packets of instant oatmeal, okay. I'm talking you're getting about, it's 48, I think you're getting like freaking 160 grams of carbohydrates.

you know you're getting like 20 grams of protein, right? You get the freaking apple spice cinnamon to shuttle the nutrients, you know? Therefore, bigger pumps when you get to the gym. Four packets of instant oatmeal, uh, when you mix that with a milk of your choice, that's going to put you at a thousand calories pre-workout, okay? You freaking hearing what I'm saying? You got 1,000 calories pre-workout. Now, I want you to have that somewhat digested, maybe go for a walk with the pups, the hounds, if you have any. If not, you just go for a freaking quick walk with Brin. I don't care, okay? That'll help you with the digestion, though. When you're on that walk, you can suck down a big cup of coffee, okay? That's what I would recommend. Then what I do when I get home, and what you should do as well, is you're going to make yourself a freaking concoction of amino acids, uh, you know, mainly leucine, uh, valine, whatever the freaking

Branch chain amino acids. Everyone says all the essentials. The essentials are obviously essential, but listen, get those freaking main ones in there. You know what I do? I do 15 grams of them, okay? 15 grams of Branch chain amino acids with 5 grams of creatine. I'll usually do like a pump formula, which equates to roughly eight. I'm getting about 16 grams of citrulline malate. You could say Sticky Ricky. Most pre-workouts only have eight grams tops. Most of them have four to six grams. Yeah, but that's horse crap. Listen, freaking scientific studies prove that you can, you know, adequate perfect dose is like 11 to 20 grams of citrulline for huge bulbous pumps and enhancing freaking muscle anabolism, okay? So you got that in there. You can throw the five grams of glutamine on top of that. I think that's good. You got your aminos, you got your pump stuff. You know, if you want some pre-workout sprinkled in there.

you can do that as well. Okay, you suck that bad boy down. Now you're freaking loaded up with creatine aminos. You know freaking uh feel like we're missing something here. The Pump powders. Okay, whatever. Now when you're at the gym, I want you to have a fanny sack. Okay, with roughly four, four to five fig bars, brother. That equates to 800 to 1,000 calories. We're at now up to 2,000 calories in your day, and your freaking day just started. Okay, now I want you to get, you know, you sucked down the aminos, you're starting the workout. Okay, your program, I think what optimally works best for me and which means it'll work best for you too. I don't BS any of this crap. This is freaking from proof experience. Upper lower. Okay, that's the split. Upper body day, lower body day. And if you're ever feeling beat up, okay, you do a freaking pump day. All right, so upper body day, the uh you're

going to rotate it, but it's going to be press is going to be your main emphasis, and you could with the strength, of course. So, we're talking bench press, horse cock big weights in the bench after the bench, pump for your triceps because your strength training, your triceps got the strength training with the heavy pressing, okay? I pump the tri BPS insane amounts of reps, brother. I'm talking sets of 50 or so, get a voluminous pump, shuttle the carbs and the nutrients, okay? After you do that, hit some accessory back work, okay? Freaking lap pull-downs, pull-ups, bench-supported rows, bent-over rows, something like that, right? And then some buys, okay? Next day, lower body day, freaking start with a squat variation, prime up the CNS, hit a deadlift or something after you're done. If you got some juice left in you, hit the BS, the leg extension, the leg curls. Next day, you go to the gym, you're going to just swap it, okay? You're going to start with a pull, okay? Heavy weighted

pull-ups, heavy bent-over rows, something like that, okay, and then the biceps, and then you're going to do some pump work for the pressing and the triceps, okay, all, and don't forget to throw the shoulders in there. So, a different day, obviously the shoulder press, you know what I'm saying, simple, it's very simple like that. You're going to get beat up from times if you're really pushing the weights, but then you just do the freaking pump stuff, okay. Never take days off, okay. Just go light pump stuff if you need a day off. Don't skip the gym. You want to freaking ingrain it in your freaking mind, body, and soul, and to your lady that you have to go to the gym every single day. After your workout, I want you to get another 3,000 calories in you. Now, you just, your freaking day just started. You got the workout done, you're already 3,000 calories deep, brother. You got the rest of the day to get 1,000 calories into you, up to 2,000 more. How?

easy is that you're going to get 4,000. If you don't even try, you're going to get 5,000. If you try a little harder, but brother, I'm telling you, it's very simple. And don't expect to gain tons of weight right away, but if you're consistent like that, you're going to put freaking 20 pounds of solid horse meat on. I promise you that, okay? You're a freaking UC Davis graduate. There you go. You're a smart guy. Do as I say. I'm the freaking professor of mass and density. You have to understand that what I'm telling you is not hor. This is good advice. If you follow it, you're going to get freaking huge, okay? You'll put a little bit of fat on as well, but if you want to get really as jacked and strong and big and thick as possible, you're going to put a little bit of fat on. Once you're ready to cut some of the fat, you just cut the Fig bars out, you know, cut down on a pack of

oatmeal. Cut down a little bit on everything you're eating before bed, okay? And then there, you're going to shed so much fat, and you're going to still be way bigger and stronger than you were before you started this freaking process, okay? Andrew, you wanted the pep talk, that's the freaking pep talk. Other than that, I mean, what more can I say to get you hyped up? Don't be lethargic when you go to the gym. Find a way to muster up the freaking energy, like I said, with the cups of coffee, the pre. It doesn't matter what it is, attack it, okay? People that say, Oh, 45 minutes is all you need, an hour is two, okay? The longer you can spend in the gym, the better. I promise you that. If you can do two hours a day in the gym, more power to you, right? Because you want to freaking move max tonnage. In order to do that, you got to do tons of warm-up sets, and that takes a lot of time. The pump stuff does not take a lot of time, you know, three sets of

you'll have a giant pub. You won't even be able to believe it, but that stuff's not what's really building muscle. That's just shuttling the nutrients to you. You got to horse the big weights.
