It's about sharing a pleasant moment with all the merchants of Saint-Quentin or in the surrounding area of its great arch. This is an idea from the neighborhood municipal council, and it's a gourmet gathering. You have French cuisine, Vietnamese cuisine, Creole cuisine, Indian cuisine, and also Italian cuisine with pizzas. We offer an oyster bar and a champagne bar. So we delight the 50 guests who want to come with good products and a great moment to share. 

This evening, specifically, we have local products, including Maroilles cheese, real Flemish dishes with Maroilles, Picard strings, snail croustades, and a genuine grandmother's apple pie, as well as ch'tiflette. There’s everything you need to warm up and comfort yourself. It's very important to focus on local products. I believe that nowadays, we should all support each other and help our neighbors, like the butcher, even if it might cost a little more. But we know where the products come from, and that’s really important. 

In the halls, it’s a great moment of meeting where we see people we haven't seen in a while. People enjoy coming; this is the third edition, and we realize that people now note it on their calendars. They notice people they might not have seen for maybe a year or so.

It allows us to be here and have a good time.
