How do you invest those to maximize your personal freedom, your alignment in life with your mission, and your future gains? Let's dive in. This is Wisdom Warriors. So, we got time, we got energy, and then we have active income. First things first, there's no such thing as passive income. Anything you do, if you want to be successful at it, it takes energy, it takes consistent nurturing of that thing. I've went down so many rabbit holes trying to start affiliate businesses, drop shipping, or Shopify. All those things fail in the long run, along with day trading and crypto trading, and all these quick fixes fade in the long run. There's no such thing as passive income. There's active income. Anybody who makes money with drop shipping, with Amazon, with real estate is actively participating, growing, and

nurturing that business. So these quick fixes, these shortcuts don't work. Everything is active income. What we can do is look at our active income, our extra time, and how can we maximize what we have. First things first, we need to increase our active income so we can free up our time from things where we're trading our time for money, right? Where we're feeling trapped in a job, in a traditional job, so we can free up our time to invest our energy into little gigs, into jobs, into businesses that not only pay us but also increase our skill level. Our active income, our extra active income should all be invested into developing value inside yourself. What is an entrepreneur? An entrepreneur identifies a need in the marketplace and seeks to add, seeks to fill it, seeks to add value to people, right? It's not about, Oh, what do I want to do? What's my sole purpose? What's my mission? Like it's cool to be clear on that and have a right feeling about that, but what an entrepreneur does, it sees

what other people needs and sees what aligns with him and seeks to fill it right. It's better than washing windows or gardening or doing something like that if you can find a way to serve someone in an industry in a niche that is close to you know that that you resonate with and furthermore serve them in a way that you are getting paid to build skills. This is what we need. This is the perspective we need to shift. What you can do with that is first off we gotta look at what are we good at, what do we enjoy doing right, and what does the market need, what's valuable to other people. Let's say we enjoy video work, okay, we like video work, we're good at, you know, movement and aesthetics and you know that kind of thing, and what the market needs is people who can make really good content, right? So let's say you want, you're in the video work, you're into martial arts, you're in the movement, what do you do right? So let's say you have a thousand

dollars laying around, and a couple hours a day, go take a film making course with that thousand dollars instead of putting that thousand dollars into the S&P 500, into crypto, into you know something that's going to make you 10-50 a year. It does. It won't matter in the long run. Take that thousand dollars and go get a skill. Invest that into a skill that you can use to make more money. Also, in that one thousand dollars turns into five thousand dollars when you go take a course in filmmaking, you make some little videos, you ask some friends, some personal trainers, Hey, can I make a video for you? Right now, you have a little portfolio, and then you can go to you know your favorite martial arts temple, your favorite movement influencers, and be like, Hey, I can help you guys make videos. Here's some of the content I made. I would love to help you out. You can go pitch them and make money in your free time. You have a side hustle all of a sudden, right? And the thing is, skills

stack alison. You have a side hustle. Your active income just went up. Right now you have more money and more time. The goal is to completely liberate your time from ways you're paying time for money to things you're paying time for skills and money. When you can do that, when you can be completely liberating your time writing copy for someone, doing filmmaking, doing web design, you know, promoting things, there's so many different ways, my friends, when you find the way right to start building your active income, all of a sudden you have more time and energy to invest back in yourself. Skills stack also you're doing filmmaking for a martial arts dojo and then you take over their Instagram and then you're helping them write promo scripts, right, and then you're managing content and branding and then you're getting on video and developing your speaking skill skills skills also you're doing sales also you're running a team for a bigger, you know, for someone else you really enjoy or you're taking all those skills that you just got paid to learn and

investing it into your idea, into your business, right into your service, your creative endeavor. Here's the thing, my friends. So many people, right, try to find their sole mission without first looking at what other people need, right? I know somatic therapist, master's degree in somatic therapy, right, but can't really find sustainable amount of clients yet. People with assert a little certificate in somatic therapy have loads of clients because they're great at marketing, because maybe they did that for other people first, right, because they're looking at the marketplace and seeing how to position themselves, how to get in, how to add value. No one cares about your degree, right? All people care about is can you add value to them, can you really serve and need, are you valuable. So as you develop and increase your active income, also you have time and money, right? There are two main routes an entrepreneur can take. We've already discussed the first one, and this is one I encourage people to go down, and that is looking at yourself and looking at what you enjoy doing and what skills you

have what skills you can acquire to add value to other people, and then start working for other people, making money, and building skill set as you go. The second path of the entrepreneur is to initially go into building your own brand, your own idea, your own product, or service, and as you monetize that right, taking that money monetization and investing in coaches, in skills, in programs, in courses that you can add back into the business, or investing into the business itself. Either way you go, as you increase the active income, you are compounding skills on top of each other to create more and more active income. What you want to do with the active income as it grows is go invest in yourself over and over and over. Let's say you're all of a sudden you have an extra one thousand dollars of active income, right? Go get a coach, a mentor, go buy a course, right, a program that is a skill that you need for your business or a skill that's going to make you more valuable to people. I know for me when I got my first coach, all of a sudden my

active income went from a couple hundred dollars a month from what i was doing to six thousand dollars. The first month of the new year it laid 10xed my active income by investing a couple thousand dollars in the coach 10xt. The key mindset switch, my friends, is seeing that coach, that program, that course as another class in your entrepreneurial degree. We spend thousands and thousands and hundreds of thousands of dollars in the society on college, which leaves you with no definite marketable skills for the most part and no job that you really enjoy doing, right? On the other hand, you can get specific skills and niches that are close to kind of maybe what you want to do and you're becoming higher value, right? You're expanding your network, your opportunities, right? You're expanding how much you can earn because your value is higher to people. Instead of investing that two thousand dollars, you know, into the stock market or into a yoga teacher training or into any of these things, right? Invest it into, I don't know, running Facebook ads, a course on that, invest it

on a one-on-one coach who's going to really catalyze you, help you, and lay out a game plan for how you can grow your business, your content, your YouTube channel, whatever you're doing. The thing about one-on-one coaching is it's the fastest way to develop highly technical skills, or skills in general. It's the fastest way to grow when you go to someone, when you find someone who you like, you like their content, you like what they do, right? And you notice that they have a course or a program that's maybe aligned with what you're doing, what you need, right? And you invest in that, and you sincerely follow the game plan, you sincerely follow the coursework, you sincerely apply what your coach is talking about, right? You iterate, all of a sudden you are taking their years of experience and trial and error and taking it and putting it, implementing it in weeks and days, right? And saving yourself so much time. And if you really want to grow towards freedom and opportunity quickly, be the number one.

student, the number one student, right? Really take what is being taught and apply it sincerely. Buy the book, make it your own later, but apply it by the book. I know for me, when my clients take our game plan and act on it and really take radical action on it, we grow in leaps and bounds. They build a really nice foundation for what they want to do in their life and potentially took years off of their entrepreneurial journey. So now all of a sudden you're doing filmmaking for these martial arts dojos or movement schools, right? And then you go buy a course in Facebook ads and you pitch that to them and then you apply it there. Now your income just went up, right? And then all of a sudden you know, take a copywriting course or get a mentor on business in general or in your life and then you get a coach on breath work and lifestyle and your health increases and your energy increases and your money increases and your personal skills grow, right? Your active income again leaps. All of a sudden you're running a team or

you're taking that, and you're starting your own business, applying it to your work, your creative endeavors, and you are ready to be very successful. Skills stack and compound. The key is to elevate your active income to free your time from energy drains, to do things that are close to what your heart wants to do, right, and are paying you while you develop skills. Now you have all this free time, right, and more money than you were making previously. Then you're taking the top end of that money and buying more skills and investing in your business, right, or investing in people to help you or investing in, you know, courses and one-on-one mentorship that also increase your active income, increase your power, build your network, grow your opportunity horizon, and then all of a sudden you're standing on top of so much value. You're a high-value man or woman that can do basically anything because there's so many skills. To be an entrepreneur, my friends, at the beginning you need to learn all of it. There is so much to it, whether it's writing copy, you know, writing a

website making videos, sales, networking, right? Like marketing content, branding. There's so many different pieces: building funnels, writing a newsletter. You know, there's so many different pieces. But if you can get paid to learn all of those, you are rapidly increasing your resources to invest back in and building the skills necessary to be a success on your own. I feel like this video is really important in this day and age of solo entrepreneurship where we have this massive market, this massive, you know, opportunity before us. And if we look at it sincerely and like look in ourselves and see what we want to do and find the niche and see how we can serve people in that niche, we can rapidly grow to where we want to be. I was just talking to a friend that really inspired this video, you know, feeling trapped in a job that's just draining her, not having time to really develop her creative gifts, not knowing what she wants to do, maybe another certificate, maybe another program. And I was like, Yo, how can you add value to someone like me? I'll pay you to help me.

out at my book. How can you add value to your favorite influencers' small businesses around here? What course can you take? What skill can you develop? What portfolio can you build? To all of a sudden, instead of making 17 an hour, you know, trading 40 hours a week, right? Also work part-time, right, and make 20-25 an hour working for people in specific gigs, and then reduce that more, build another skill. Also, you're working on a team or working for someone where you're rapidly developing skill and more active income that is closer to what you really want to be doing, right?
