our legendary flicker strike build is back, and now with 3.25 buffs, we have over 160 million face-melting damage. And that's not all! We are ridiculously tanky with multiple defensive layers. We got Max block, spell suppression, Max chaos resistance, and 12 endurance charges. We also have the Slayer over Leach mechanic with its 10% Global damage reduction. So if you are looking for the perfect melee belt to min-max this league, then this video is just the thing for you. As usual, we begin with our ascendancy. We are a Slayer, simply because Slayer is the undisputed best melee ascendancy in the game. First, we go with impact. This node grants us lots of accuracy and more melee damage against enemies based on proximity, ramping up to 15% at minimum distance. You also get lots of area of effect with this node, which is not particularly useful for this build, but if you decided to level with something like Cyclone, then it's just the thing for you. Next, we got brutal fever having

access to Leech from as early as Act five will give you all the sustain you ever need. Better still, this not causes leech effect to persist even after reaching full life, turning it into makeshift life region, and you get 10% Global damage reduction while leeching, which is like all the time. Now, by the time you reach third lab, you start hitting some unique enemies; hence we go for Bane of Legends. This node grants us 10% more damage if you have killed recently and 20% more damage against unique enemies, pretty straightforward. Our last ascendancy Noe is masterful form. This node grants us one more maximum frenzy charge and sets our maximum endurance charges to be equal to our maximum frenzy charges. With some core items like replica Faral, you get to benefit from both of them all the time, which is neat. But with that, we are done with our ascendancy. Now let's take a look at our passive tree. Our tree focuses on life, melee damage, increased damage with swords, frenzy charges, block.

chance, spell suppression, crit chance, and crit multi. Next, we have two large cluster Jewels. The first one adds the following notables: feed the fury, Marshall prowess, and fuel the fight. Our second Jewel adds the following notables: feed the fury, Marshall prowess, and gladiator's fortitude. Or just get a jewel identical to the first one. Next, for Mastery choices, we got 1% chance to block attack damage per 5% chance on equipped Shield, 3% increase damage per power, frenzy, or endurance charge. We have plus 25% to Critical Strike multiplier against unique enemies. And with that, we are done with our passive tree. Now let's take a look at our items. Please note that this isn't a cheap build. You obviously need some good investment to achieve similar levels of damage and defense. So our first item is the Squire Shield. This tier one unique allows socketed support gems to support whatever active gems you have in your main hand weapon. This allows for some crazy setups with specific influence mods which adds more supports to

socketed gems. Now, to fully capitalize on this Shield, we need a double influence sword, preferably one with the base that has 100% damage conversion, and should have as many Shaper/Elder gem support modifiers. Ideally, you want at least four mods on your sword. These are: socketed skills deal 40% more attack damage, socketed gems are supported by Multistrike, socketed gems are supported by increased Elemental damage with attacks, and socketed gems are supported by Ruthless. Just to avoid Brutality, otherwise, you will deal no damage. Now, start by combining the more attack damage mod with increased Elemental damage with attacks via Awakening orb. Then lock the prefixes and reforge physical for a chance to add Ruthless as your third prefix. After that, exalt slam the suffixes to get Multistrike support. But if you want to save yourself the headache, then just mirror a copy like what I've done over here. There will always be someone who crafts a weapon like this every league, so be on the lookout for that. Now, a core unique item.

for this build is Replica Fols. For this chest, it grants us our maximum number of frenzy and endurance charges while we are running Aspect of the Cat skill. It also makes it so that Aspect of the Cat reserves no Mana. Now, where do we get Aspect of the Cat? Well, our rare Helm has that crafted on it. As you can deterministically add aspects to any item as a suffix via Beast crafting, just buy the Beast and add it to the item. But for other mods to look out for on your Helm, you need life, resistances, and most importantly, reduce Mana cost of attacks. ELD implicit that, alongside cold penetration, you can freely add and roll Elder implicits on uninfluenced items via ELD orbs, so make sure that your item is not influenced when you buy it. Another core unique item in this build is Darkray Vectors. We purely use these boots for their added frenzy charge and 5% increased movement speed for each one you have. We also have the Yoke of Suffering amulet. This one makes enemies

take 10% increased damage per element on them. By default, this build mostly chill but thanks to this amulet, we can shock as well. Our sword implicit grants us some fire damage from the conversion, which allows us to ignite, making this amulet best in slot damage-wise. Don't forget to anoint your amulet with fench for that last frenzy charge, which we couldn't manually afford to allocate on the passive tree. Now, another place where we can get extra frenzy charges is on our gloves. We have a GG pair of gloves crafted with plus one to maximum frenzy charges and strike skills. Target to additional enemies that, alongside attack speed and resistances, we spammed Hur's lock on these gloves until hitting plus one frenzy implicit. But of course, that's overkill as you'd still be dealing lots of damage with just one frenzy on your gloves. Anyway, for our ring, we got a rare ring with plus one to maximum frenzy charges and flat added cold damage per frenzy charge. Both mods are mandatory. Aside from that, we have life.

and lots of damage. You can buy a craftable rare ring with plus one to maximum frenzy charge implicit and spam Essences of horror on it until you get a decent combination of mods that you are satisfied with. But once you get your ring done, try to replicate its effect with cundra touch, as buying that will always be cheaper than crafting a second ring. Now, our last unique item in this build is AG blood. Despite the constant flask Nerfs, we still use this Bel for its speed boost with Quicksilver flask. It's not best in slot damage-wise, however, as that goes to AR's anguish, which can double your damage with brutal charges at the cost of endurance charges. But with that, we are done with our items. Now let's talk about gems that go inside of them. For our main flicker strike setup, first in our weapon, we got flicker strike, ice bite, and endurance charge on melee stun. This setup continues with our Shield. In it, we have inspiration, close combat support, and awakened coold penetration. Now for our

actual six-link setup that goes in our chest. We have Summon Skitterbots, Awakened Unbound Elements, Bonechill, Precision, Level 4 Enlighten, and the Portal Gem. Anyway, next we got the Falling Damage Support setup. We got Assassin's Mark, Mark of the Elder, Enhance, and Life Tap. Now for gems that go in our Helm, we have Less Duration and Swift Affliction. These gems will make Aspect of the Cat have less duration, which allows it to generate frenzy charges about twice as fast, allowing for better sustain on maximum flicker damage. For the other two sockets, we have Herald of Ice and Leap Slam. Just make sure that your sockets are not connected together; otherwise, your Herald of Ice is going to reserve more Mana. Last but not least, we got the defensive healing setup. We have Cast when Damage Taken, Steelskin, Empower, and Life Tap Support. And that was it for our gems. Now let's talk about jewels. We have one Lethal Pride Timeless Jewel that mentions any general. Place this one in this socket to maximize its effect.

this Jewel adds additional bonuses to nearby notables within its range. We are looking for as many added chance to deal double damage as possible. You can also get additional melee crit multi and increased melee damage as well, but aside from this Jewel, we are using one perfectly rolled adorned. This one doubles the effect of all of your magic jewels as long as they're corrupted. Combining it with five identical copies of a jewel like this one will grant you lots of life and crit multi. All right, now for Bandits Quest, we are going to help AA. As for pantheons, we got the soul of the brine king and the soul of Rakesh. And that was it for our best flicker strike build ever.
