many of you are into stoicism, personal development, and maybe even Nietzsche, and I want to bring all of you Warrior philosophers One Step deeper with me. Even if you are unfamiliar with Ava's traditionalism and Nietzsche's Ubermensch, I know these are kind of nerdy subjects. This video will still pack a punch, especially the 10 principles of the corrected Superman, which we're about to get into. I think it reads like Marcus Aurelius but hits harder. You can be the judge of that though. Friedrich Nietzsche was perhaps the most prolific philosopher of the 19th century, and he predicted the flourishing of the last man in the centuries following his death. And I think he's been proven correct. The last man is the human type who no longer aspires beyond himself. He seeks pleasure and lives for comfort rather than victory. The West has been consumed by nihilism, by self-hate, by the last man as Nietzsche warned. But Nietzsche also had hope for his higher men, to his higher

men. He wrote Zaratustra, and Zaratustra taught the Ubermensch or Overman, which was the ideal that was the antithesis to the last man. The Ubermensch represented this arrow of longing, the last great star that man could aspire to and through aspiring, be lifted upward above his pettiness and the troubles of life. Quote: The time has come for man to set himself a goal. The time has come for man to plant the seed of his highest hope. His soil is still rich enough for it, but one day his soil will be poor and domesticated, and no tall tree will be able to grow in it. Alas, the time is coming when man will no longer shoot the arrow of his longing beyond man, and the string of his bow will have forgotten how to we. For most of us here, the Ubermensch philosophy is not just some idea reserved for academia. In fact, I despise such philosophy. Now, the Ubermensch is, in fact, an inspiring symbol of man at his pinnacle. Julius Eva.

like I appreciated the Ubermensch philosophy as an antidote to the weakness and confusion that pervades our culture and minds. But Eva thought N was also confused. And after reading Eva's critique of N and Ride the Tiger, I think he presented a more mature and grounded evolution of the Nietzschean philosophy. Here's what he had to say regarding Nietzsche's work and life: Nietzsche's personal experience was a passive experience of transcendence and its activation. The cutting of all bonds, the intolerance of all limits, the pure and incoercible impulse to overcome without any determined goal, to always move on beyond any given state, experience, or idea. Thus, pure movement. These essential characteristics that some have already recognized in nature can be explained precisely as so many forms in which the Transcendent acts and manifests. The Transcendent is a very important concept in Eva's work, and it represents this domain of energy and potential and overcoming that exists within all higher types of humans. It's

through connecting to the Transcendent domain, that one can touch and experience the qualities of the Uber MCH and have that activated sense of the will to power. And this is one of the reasons I think that so few truly understand and resonate with n or Eva. You need to have this awakened sense of heroic Transcendence within you. And that's the thing is both of these men wrote for a higher type of human being. So EV and N were very similar, but I think Avo went one step further than our favorite philosopher in that n's philosophy was founded on this concept of the will to power. And in n's mind, the maximum of the will to power or the Uber MCH was the goal of life. And AA saw n confusing means for ends. He saw the Uber mench as purely a manifestation of the transcendent, which is an essential energy to harness on the path, but not necessarily the destination. In essence, the Uber MCH as n understood it is not a justified end to aola for it holds no

inherent meaning. For man, the same problem evidently lurks at the center of Nietzsche's doctrine of the will to power. Power in itself is formless and has no sense without the basis of a given being, an internal direction, an essential unity. When that is wanting, everything slides back into chaos. Here is the greatest strength, but it does not know what it is for. The means exist, but they have no end. The end goal of AA's traditional man is to will forth his very essence, to awaken to what he truly is, and will that forth with his entire being. In my own words, man must acquire the power to mold his ego into a perfect vehicle for his soul so that his true nature may shine through. But if that nature does not look like Ares, the God of War, or Zarathustra's Ubermensch, man has nonetheless succeeded. I, for one, have a great friend who is very Eastern or Taoist in his bearing, Yin in his character, and should he try to become some dominating, aggressive, arrogant Ubermensch, I don't

think so the whole goal for aola is to become truly and fully yourself. To be a man upright amongst the ruins and to be ruled from the superior world. And that looks like manifesting your strongest archetype of who you are. There's figures like Julius Caesar and Alexander the Great or Francis Bacon that have inspired me greatly on my journey. But at a certain point you got to realize, I am not them, right? I am my own Saga, My Own Story, my own archetype. And this figure of the Uber MCH or this idea of the will to power, the Transcendent, is supposed to help you awaken to who you are and give your own law on to yourself. To quote aala again, the positive Superman, which suits the better n, is instead to be identified with the human type who, even in a nihilistic, devastated, and absurd, Godless world, knows how to stand on his feet because he is capable of giving himself a law from himself in accordance with a new higher Freedom. So with that being said, I want to give you

Eva's 10 principles of the corrected or positive Superman from his book ride the Tiger. This concept we've already discussed briefly, but ultimately the traditional and integrated man has realized his deeper Essence and wills it forth into existence, and he lives by this internal law. The problem with today is we have lost the appreciation for what the word law means. Iola goes on to expand here, The power to refuse and not to act when one is pressed to affirmation by a prodigious force and an enormous tension. So when storms are raging inside and out and there's a lot of pressure to move this way or that, the higher man

returns to his Essence and only asks if it's in alignment with his internal law. He has given himself. I think to get to that point takes a lot of experimentation, self-discovery, mistakes, and ultimately maturity to figure out what is your first Principle as a human being. What can you Orient yourself around and how can you have the discipline to follow it. Number two I'm calling this Fearless strength and it sounds very nichan avola says, quote the natural and free aestheticism move to test its own strength by gauging the power of a will according to the degree of resistance, pain, and torment that it can bear in order to turn them to its own Advantage so that from this point of view everything that existence offers in the way of evil, pain, and obstacles is accepted, even desired. This comes back to the traditional Uber Minch notion of radical affirmation of suffering, the Amor Fati of Nicha meaning to love one's fate, to love the heartbreaks, the losses, the pains, the periods of growth that

are required to become your strongest version. Ask yourself, how can you love even this, even the worst of times, and how can you turn them to your advantage? As I wrote my book, the same pain cripples one man but leads another to the Stars. It's about how you face it. The weak ones will always see suffering as evil, but the strong ones learn to see it as a beautiful and glorious opportunity. Number three, self-discipline. Quote the principle of not obeying the passions but holding them on leash. Ava's thoughts on discipline are multifaceted. Here, he does not believe in destroying or renouncing the passions. Just like Nietzsche, he believes in sublimating the passions, meaning that feeling for lust for carnal satisfaction to sublimate that into this maybe wild ecstatic feeling of creation. Instead of wanting more money, how about willing forth the Pinnacle embodiment of yourself and the Pinnacle of culture to aim up higher and use the passions to fuel you and drive you to your Heights.

he goes on to say greatness of character does not consist in not having such passions. One must have them to the greatest degree but held in check. And moreover, doing this with Simplicity, not feeling any particular satisfaction thereby. This is the greatness to strive for. And it's definitely no easy task mastering your passions with simplicity. I know so many people in the YouTube space, personal development, dopamine detox, nofap Zone who are so overly concerned with what they're saying no to, always at this war inside of themselves trying to eliminate Vice. It's the same thing as these overly spiritual people always trying to let go of things when what avola is saying is fix your sights on the superior world, do practices to enter into the Superior part of yourself. That way you can stand above all that is in Superior. And that leaves us to number four. Which is higher courage quote the superior man is distinguished from the inferior by his intrepidity by Defiance of unhappiness. This is seen in ancient

yoga in stoicism. In Buddhism, it's about the internal resolution to be undaunted in the face of Hell. Strong words, I know, but maybe inspiring to have this inner resolve that is not at the mercy of external fate and whims of Fortune. And this is also the positive aspect of the Ubermensch. And this is about being dauntless, being bold in the face of hardship or unpleasantness. Most people live as the little man, as I call him in my book, and the little man is always moved towards pleasure and the avoidance of pain. He is miserable in discomfort or whenever there's loss or suffering or hardship, and he's always seeking some new hit of Happiness, some new hit of pleasure. And the Ubermensch is about transcending this. And to transcend this, this is about the radical acceptance of life and the radical affirmation of struggle. When we are struggling and suffering for a higher transcendental ideal, all of a sudden the pains, the ups and downs, the to and fro of life don't become the

main focus and in fact if you are making Pleasure and Pain the main focus of existence it's because you don't have a brave and creative creative enough unifying project. Number five is about conviction to a higher ideal quote the responding with incredulity to those who point the way to happiness in order to make Man follow a certain Behavior but what does happiness matter to us what does happiness matter to us again this voice is coming from that Superior State of self that Superior State of spirit which is often an alien to this Mortal ups and downs pain and pleasure little man that we often embody and to that Superior State happiness is not the goal animalistic well-being as avola calls it holds little to no value seen from the higher world. The whole point here is to grow is to learn how to awaken to the essence of who you are and order your life and internal world around that Essence so that you can live as a gift to Mankind and live in service to the

superior world number six is heroism quote the recognition that one of the ways to preserve a superior species of man is quote to claim the right to exceptional acts as attempts at victory over oneself and as acts of Freedom. A lot of people in the modern day despise heroism especially people on the left. They try to tear down that which is exceptional because exceptionalism Beauty power strength these things are opposed to equality. Excellence and equality are opposites and when we live in a society that only values equality it's only a matter of time before the heroes of the past are torn down their names are tarnished and exceptional acts are demeaned. And it's important for higher men to bring back that exceptional act because it is an attempt at victory over oneself a supreme Act of Freedom first and foremost and and iola's whole traditional philosophy centers around this theme of a higher freedom and to earn this higher Freedom one must practice exceptional acts of self-overcoming and that leads us to point seven which is absolute inner

Freedom quote to affirm that freedom whose elements include quote keeping the distance which separates us being indifferent to difficulties hardships privations even to life itself the highest typee of free man being seen in quote he who always overcomes the strongest resistance great danger making him a being of veneration. Absolute inner Freedom comes from conquering your lower nature that little self inside and that can only happen through exposure through exposure to Danger through exposure to adversity because only when you need courage will you become courageous only will you when you need need strength will you become strong and when you expose yourself to these discomforts to these hardships and take the courageous path in life you earn a higher Freedom. You see most people have a false notion of Freedom they think oh I'm free to do whatever I please because I live in America blah blah blah but the reality is is they are a slave to fear they are a slave to their weaker nature they are a slave to looping in negative patterns and base thoughts and all of this confusion.

within the self, the only freedom is actualized when we take that hard and courageous path. When we are undaunted by fear and hardship, and we grow into the strong, actualized, courageous form of ourselves. That is true number eight again on the freedom note. This is about sovereignty. Don't be a slave to discipline or to passion. Quote to denounce the insidious confusion between discipline and enfeeblement. The goal of discipline can only be greater strength. He who does not dominate is weak, dissipated, inconstant, and holding that indulgence can only be objected to in the case of him who has no right to it. And when all the passions have been discredited thanks to those who are not strong enough to turn them to their own advantage. We live in this world where a lot of weak people are like really rigid morally. This is wrong, this is right, don't do that, do this, don't do drugs ever, don't do these things ever, blah blah blah. And this is evidence of

weakness of dissipation of power because Indulgence can only be objected to by someone who can't tame the Beast. And this is I wrote a book called the psychology of slang dragons but it could be better translated as the psychology of taming dragons. You have these dragons inside of your soul that want to do these things and the goal is to gain the strength to have dominance over them to no longer be a slave to discipline or Passions. Now all that being said at a certain point of development for most of us discipline is really important. We must learn to tame ourselves and tame our body and live on track to our purpose. But as we evolve as we mature we should start to transcend even discipline. And this is a very different path from that of stoicism or even yoga which is about renunciation renunciation of passions the abandonment of ambition the abandonment of Pride the abandonment of vices. It's this is the path of wielding the fire. And that brings us to number nine which is about pointing the

way to others pointing the way to Freedom quote to point the way to those who free from all bonds obeying only their own law are unbending in obedience to it and above all human weakness this to me seems like the goal the goal inside of ourselves is to point the way to this higher freedom and this higher obedience and to share it with others and pointing the way brings us to point number 10 which is about becoming a magnanimous leader of oneself and of others this is where we really transcend the negative and cruel aspects of the Uber MCH and actualize those ancient virtues that make a man beautiful quote all those aspects in fine in which the Superman is not the blonde Beast of prey and the hair to equivocal vertice of the Renaissance death despots but is also capable of generosity quick to offer manly Aid is of generous virtue magnanimity and superiority to his own individuality I just want to Zone in on the superiority to one's individuality

think this is where all virtue actually comes from, and it is the mark of a great leader and a great man can he rise over himself, no matter the situation, rise over himself to act from a higher Vantage Point. Aola goes on to complete this passage with all of these are the positive elements that the man of tradition also makes his own, but which are only comprehensible and attainable when life is more than life, that is through Transcendence. They are the values attainable only by those in whom there is something else and something more than mere life. Julius Evah, this all comes back to Transcendence, my friends. The first and most primary thing we must all do is awaken that feeling of transcendence within a life more than life, and from this space of transcendence, all of these 10 commandments or principles flow out of us naturally because we are in touch with that stronger, more Superior State of Self. In all of these positive attributes of the Superman, I hear echoes of Buddhism, yoga, stoicism, and many

philosophies of which I look up to. The Western heroic tradition is also blended in there, and I think this is why Evola is such an interesting thinker to me. He blends personal development, ancient spirituality, esotericism, and philosophy along with politics into this single package of traditionalism. Traditionalism, as I grasp it, is about awakening to the transcendent domain within and rising above the earthly confusion that grips the masses. It's about creating a law that comes from the innermost self and living in such a way that manifests the higher and supernatural forces into existence. In essence, traditionalism is about divine kingship, becoming a superior man ruled by the superior part of oneself that is sourced in the transcendent world. We spoke much of the inner ordering of man in this video, but that is where we must start if we ever want to order the collective world, as within so without, the old maxim goes. Once the integrated and traditional men can rise amongst the ruins into their own divine kingship, then the true state

that aola talks about can come into being. Traditionalism posits that there are true and essential structures built into the fabric of reality, and the fabric of oneself, and the path is about realizing these, actualizing these. We are not drifting through a sea of chaos or meaninglessness or accidental Pure Freedom, as the existentialists posit. No, the true man and the true State already exists, and it's about aligning our intellect and will to bringing them forth. That is the whole goal here. The highest aim is to will forth that which you already and truly are, and to will it forth with your whole being. This is the doctrine of higher men. Thanks for watching, Wisdom Warriors.
