Hello YouTube, this is BM again, and we're going to talk about the patch that's coming out that might hopefully make our league a little bit better and also hopefully save a lot of people from rolling and make stuff a lot more accessible in tier 17s. So, we're going to jump into the little almost what we're working on patch notes. This patch is not out yet at the time of recording, but it is said it'll be out this week. So, this is either already out right now or very soon when you guys see this. Here it is. I'm excited about this patch 3.25.18. Going to be there. That's cool, whatever. Huge patch right here. When recombining items, rarer modifiers will now have a much higher chance to be selected for the resulting item than before. So, for anyone who didn't know, the new recombinators were almost unusable. Everybody was calling them trash. They never took any of the rare mods ever from any item. The chance of recombining

a good item, slim to none, almost unusable to the point where I haven't even upgraded mine because it's garbage. That is their number one problem, so crafting is about to get a lot more interesting. It also means I might have to upgrade the thing, so that'll be right. That'll also be a pretty good gold sink, so we're excited about that. They're also reworking how shipping former magic dust affects shipping risk and reward. Previously, it was multiplying the shipment value and having a disproportionately high impact on the risk versus reward. Now, it'll just add value and scale the amount of reward based on other goods shipped. This means basically we don't know the exact numbers, but in almost all cases, this is a buff from before. So, we don't really know for sure what any of the numbers were before, but I'm assuming this is going to get better. So, if you've been leaving dust and not making dust or things like that, start making dust now. Make sure that you've stockpiled in.

that 'cause we're going to want to use some more. Uh, I've actually personally stopped sending ships entirely. I'm just saving my gold and my mats when this buff happens, and then I'll send some much larger ships in a few days. Uh, but you know, you do you. This bottom bit here, this is the most important thing. Tier 17s were definitely more accessible this league to more people. However, they still ruled out a lot of builds. They still ruled out a lot of builds. If you look at people running tier 17s, there's a lot of builds capable of running one of their own just to get the unlock, but there was only about 12 to 15ish different builds that were able to like Farm tier 17s all day. Uh, this might help that quite a bit. So first of all, we're not going to go through absolutely everything, but you'll get the idea. A lot of the modifiers like S blade mods only do three instead of six. S blades Mark for death no longer prevents

recovery at all, but it now just gets you a little bit of increase inag. You increased damage taken by 50% instead of 30, but it doesn't prevent recovery, so fantastic, right? Players and minions deal no damage for 3 seconds out of 10 instead of 4 seconds out of 10. Reduced action speed every time you use a skill from 3% from 4%. The extra projectile mod is now two projectiles instead of four. Like, you get the idea, everything just got toned down, everything brought down. Absolutely great. A few mods completely removed 100% reduced effect of curses on monsters removed. Players have plus minus two maximum summon totems removed. Players in area take 20% increased damage per nearby ally removed. This is fantastic for our holy relic build. This is one. This would instantly kill you. Um, so fantastic for the holy relic build. Players cannot gain chargers removed. Players cannot recharge energy shields. Players cannot regenerate life, mana, or energy shield removed. Players cannot block players.

cannot suppress spell damage removed players of 90% reduced effect of non-curse auras removed 80% less life recovery removed cannot leech removed fantastic. So, the reason I'm making a big deal about this is 'cause two things are going to happen. One, way more people are going to be able to run tier 17s, and it's going to be a lot easier to roll your tier 17s in a way that you're able to run them. So, if your build was questionable before, it's probably now capable. Two, because all the tier 17 farming strats are quite a bit better than the tier 16 ones, and more people are going to be able to run them, I'm expecting the price of tier 17 maps to go up because more people are going to want them, and the supply is going to stay roughly the same. That means we're going to try and fill that market, which means it's time to start generating as many tier 17 maps as I can to sell to people and also not to sell.

them to people until after the Patch because I think the price is going to go up. So, if you were thinking about selling them right now, maybe hold on to them for a day or two. Make sure this patch happens first. I expect the price to go up. I'm thinking, I'm guessing, 30% or so. I'm guessing it'll go up about 30%. But I'm also probably going to start running them. So, yeah, start generating that. They're going to be fun. There were a few other changes in here. The only other one that I really like, potentially like, is this one right here. The Divination Scarab of Plenty now grants additional packs of magic monsters that have 800% increased chance to drop a divination card instead of modifying existing packs in the area. Might not hear you. It also has a limit of five from one. So, that's interesting. We'll be able to put five of them in. I'm a bit interested in how well they go. Yeah, all right. Other than that, few

bug fixes, nothing super major important. Um, the taste of hate finally got fixed, but otherwise, yep, that's all there is. Tier 17's important. Keep a hold of your tier 17s until the patch notes. Re-combinations starting going to get POG re-combinations. If they do a good job with the numbers, here is going to start letting us craft some disgusting things, so I'm real excited about that.
