to loom larger over your life. Fear is a relentless captor, lurking in the corners of a narcissistic relationship. It slips in quietly at first, barely noticeable, but soon becomes a constant companion: fear of abandonment, fear of saying the wrong thing, fear of triggering an

outburst. These anxieties take root and grow until they shape your every word and action. You begin to live on eggshells, a fragile existence where your self-esteem shrinks with each step. A narcissist weaponizes fear with surgical precision. It becomes their tool to
