Good morning and welcome to your morning guided breathwork. It's going to be a quick and easy one today, and I figured I always pull cards for my friends when we're on FaceTime. Let's set an intention before this morning breathwork session, just to start the day off. Take

what resonates, leave what doesn't. It's the mudras, which is really cool. I got these cards the other day with a friend, and they're really nice. So let's pull a card. There we go. And then we'll just do some uh conscious breathing to start the

day. So this one is assimilation. I'll show you the card, number 19, assimilation. You're going to interlace your fingers, thumbs on the outside. Cross the right thumb, cross the right thumb over the left thumb. You're going to bring your hands against your abdominal, relax

your shoulders down and lengthen the spine. That's a great um, it's called the Gupta mudra. So this assists in spiritual discipline, transformation and willpower. Benefits is it optimizes digestion, supports the kidneys and adrenal glands, cultivates determination

and commitments to releasing self-limiting beliefs. Get some snaps up in here. Okay, oh my God, love elements fire. So with assimilation number 19, the Gupta mudra being our intention, let's interlace our fingers like we did, relax shoulders, follow me for this morning practice of

breathing. Take a deep inhale. Feel your stomach press against your hands. Exhale it out on this next exhale. Let's breathe out any self-limiting beliefs that we have, following that the card that we just pulled together. So inhale any self-limiting beliefs that

come to your mind, let them go. Let's do that again. Inhale what self-limiting beliefs you have. Exhale it out again. Exhale all that self-limiting belief with your hands still in the position and your palms together, heels of your hands pressing against your

abdominal, remembering to relax your shoulders. And now if there's anything that you'd want to cultivate instead, what is the opposite of that self-limiting belief? Could it be confidence, success, love, whatever it is for you. Can you inhale that in instead?

Ready? Let it go one more time. Inhale. Let it go. I lied. One more time for good luck. And really think about this thing that you want to cultivate. Sit here for a moment keeping your shoulders relaxed, your hands pressing firmly against your stomach. What is that thing that you want

to bring more into your life? Take a deep inhale and let it go. And that's it. What a nice little morning practice together. Thank you for spending your morning with me. Thank you for staying if you made it this far. Um, I hope you can take this intention with
