missed it all and um I don't care how much potential you had. It don't fear you're saying your failure. You're a failure. You're a failure in every way. So don't look at these numbers guys. Don't worry about worry about what you see in the mirror. Worry about the symmetric that people say I won't put a few more pounds here and there for what. Have a reason. Have you know don't just say I want to do something. Have a purpose for wanting to do that. I want to put five more pounds on you know in my chest because I think then the proportionality of my body and chest will look better in my eyes not in someone else's research.

average in the middle of the heat unremembered stop that. I live in a maintenance phase, guys, so don't get these confused. You know, if you're going to a business meeting, you put a suit on. You don't put a suit on to go to the beach. You adjust to situations. Different diet regimes produce different results; therefore, you adjust to that. Do you understand what I'm saying? Don't say, Oh, Grace is one meal, David. Then in the video blog, he's saying, Oh, seven to eight meals a day. I don't quite understand it. That's because you're an idiot. That's because you're looking for an excuse in life for why you haven't achieved anything. You don't have any responsibilities to turn this TV off. Don't watch it anymore because I don't want you to on my site because you don't have it up here.

you must have it up here if you want it down here, guys. You must be smarter than the average person, you know. You can't force your way through [ __ ] when I was wrestling and everything else. Yeah, I was stronger than most of the guys, but what really got me is, you know, to be a three-time state champ and, you know, number two in the nation and stuff, and they're not point scored on me to the finals of nationals. Wasn't because I forced the guy into, you know, the move. It's because I set him up, and he did the move for me without even knowing it. I snap his head down. As he comes up, I'm combing under. He's reacting. Dude, he just [ __ ]. It looks like too easy. That's what we're doing with our diets. Once we know where we want to go, we have the information. Then we can control our body to make sure it's efficient. We're not just trying to bust through walls to get outside. We just open the [ __ ].

door. You're stuck with what you got, kind of at birth, but doesn't mean you can't improve that structure of who you are to be the best it can be. And the best it can be is what makes you unique and you into an individual and makes you special in this world. It doesn't mean you take the best you can be and then compare it to some calculation and some book over time of research and stuff and say, Wow, am I successful or am I a failure, huh? Well, what's that all about? If I'm looking in the mirror, I'm feeling great, man. And like, Yeah, man, oh, this is it, man. I'm getting there. I can do a little more here, but man, I'm liking the process. The journey is enjoying. I'm not just fixated on the end goal. I'm enjoying the process of transformation. I'm enjoying my life. And then you look at your numbers and you look at somebody else's numbers. I'm a failure. Well, you just missed it, man. You just

being smart from the beginning up here will create whatever the [ __ ] you want to hear. I hope that makes sense, guys. You know, I eat a meal a day just because of my schedule, really, of what I'm doing. I'm also on a maintenance day. It's different. Somebody trying to grow, somebody trying to lose weight, different meal counts depending on your schedule. Find your goal. The next step, find your schedule of when you're working out, the times when the body is most exerted. That's your meals right there. There's no breakfast, lunch, and [ __ ] dinner. First meal is post-workout. Second meal is, you know, midday of construction. Third meal is post-second workout. Fourth meal, trying to gain weight right before bed. That's four meals a day, you know. That's how it works, guys. You find your goal, you find your schedule, you know how many meals to take, and you also know when those meals are taken with what nutrition. If your body needs it, it's more liquid than solid, meaning your

body needs it right away. If you're just going through a prolonged period, like a sprinter to a marathon runner, different energy needs. One needs to prolong the energy, make sure that you have energy at the end of the race as well as you begin the race. The sprinter, boom, need it now. Smart guys, you grew up here, everything comes together. You're dumb up here, forget about it, you're gonna be a servant of the world, man. You're part of society, man. You're that cattle going to slaughterhouse, wondering what happened as your head's about to get chopped off. It's not valuing today, it's investing today for tomorrow's betterment, and that's what we're [ __ ] doing here. Smart mindset first, mind controls this [ __ ]. If we don't know what the [ __ ] we're doing and we're just going through it because this person is doing a ball phase that through and we're just going through the motions, you're always going to end up [ __ ].
