hello, are you here for the dorm tour? Well, welcome. [Music] And welcome to our dorm. [Music] Okay, I think my mask off. I usually just hang it up here with my keys and my umbrella. But when you walk in, we have our little shoe rack. As you can see, we have a lot of shoes. So, I bought this off of Amazon, and it's actually very handy. It's very, it's quite sturdy. Next to our shoe rack, we have our closets. This is my roommate's, and this is mine. And we put some of our suitcases on top of our closet because there's a very limited amount of storage in the dorm. We have a very standard closet. This is an organizer from Ikea, which is super handy. I have a lot of my clothes hung up here, um, and I also have this bag from Ikea, which is where I keep all my laundry. Um, in this first drawer, I mainly have like shirts, socks, things like that. And in this bottom drawer, I have my sweaters, cardigans, and hoodies.

and on the inside of the doors, there's these hooks, so i just plug up some of my bags, and my accessories are in here. At the top, I have my linens, I like towels, and bed sheets. I have dryer balls, detergent, and some heels, which I do not wear very frequently. I actually brought a lot of clothes to college, or I thought I did. I think this is a lot of clothes, but thankfully it all fits kind of perfectly. Um, I thought I'd be kind of cramming things in, but you know, this closet is actually quite spacious. And right next to the closet, we have our mini fridge and our microwave. My roommate and I both brought our own Brita, so we just keep it on top of our microwave. And you know, pretty standard stuff. We've got a lot of groceries, um, a lot of Yakult because why not. And then across from the microwave and fridge, we have our bathroom. We have this little coat hanger thing up on top of the bathroom door, and I've just hung up one

of my hoodies, and our bathroom is actually huge. Like, this is two times the size of a normal UW dorm bathroom. But the reason why it looks a little bit different is because this is actually a handicap room. So, our room is like a tiny bit bigger, and our bathroom looks a lot different. Even though it's really nice, there are a couple cons like we only have a shower, and there isn't like a lip at the bottom of the shower like floor, so water just kind of sometimes gets everywhere. But you know, it's okay. And also, we don't have any under cabinet storage for our sink, so I have to buy this extra shelf also from Amazon where we keep all of our bathroom supplies, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, things like that. This is my roommate's stuff, and this is my stuff. I have my toothbrush here, and we also have these tiny drawers for a little bit more storage. Mine is the top and the bottom one, and here I just have hair masks, nail polish, extra shampoo, and things like that.

at this top drawer, I just have some hair accessories and like styling tools. I guess here we have the porcelain throne with my giant fake leaf that I got from ikea. I think it adds a nice little touch, don't you think? We also have some poo pourri because our bathroom actually doesn't have a fan. I don't know why it doesn't have a fan, but um, this is for you know when you're taking the dumps and essential. All right, if we come out of the bathroom, we've got some trash and recycling that I need to take out. Um, I should have taken out before I started filming, but here it is. This is my roommate's side of the room, but if we go to my side of the room, here it is. Here I have my 5 target mirror, and above that, I have this giant poster which I got at my school's poster fair a couple days ago. We don't have a lot of storage for food, and so we keep all over like our ramen and our kitchen.

you wait, what are these called again? Not utensils, appliances. Appliances. We keep our kitchen appliances and ramen and things like that in here. Here we have my little bedside cart. I use the top and the bottom tray. Um, this is my roommate. And as you can see, we're both addicted to sriracha, which is why we both have a huge bottle. I use the top tray as like my bedside shelf, so I have my little papa's plant, a little stash of green tea. Get it because it's a stash. But yeah, I have my tea, I have honey, my mug, and I also use my roommate's um kettle to boil water. Here is Tata with my AirPods and my water bottle, some vitamins, and this is where I keep my phone and my glasses when I go to bed. Then we have my bed. These are my children, Muji Brown and Bao, which is my giant dumpling plush. And as for my bedding, I feel like a lot of people are gonna ask about it, but this is a duvet cover from the brand.

everlasting. It also came with this bed sheet. They're actually kind enough to give this to me so thank you so much. But I really like it because not only is it made sustainably and ethically, which is super cool. It's also like very cute. And I also really like the texture of this as well. It's made from cotton so the material isn't the softest but I actually prefer that because it doesn't stick to my skin when I'm sleeping. It's not sponsored. I just I really like it. It's like it's so comfy. And it's just it's just very nice to sleep in. Up top, I have televised. I feel like some people think this looks really ugly and messy but I personally really like how it looks. I think it kind of fills up open space really nicely. And you know, I don't really care if it looks tacky. Okay. I I like to have my greenery in my room even though it's fake. Okay. So right above my bed, I have a little collection of some prints from different

art museums. I also have a couple of polaroids. And to the right of that, I have my wall decor. These are all art prints from various places. Like this beautiful poster is from Lin Trong. This poster is from a concert that I went to in 2018. We've got Jen and Yungi looking very beautiful. A couple of these posters are from Pinterest like the ones on top. And I also have like these vintage get well cards, um, that I got for free at a garage sale. But yeah, these are all collected from various places. But I'm very proud of how this wall collage came out. I'm really happy with the color scheme. And I feel like it just, it just looks very nice. All right. And underneath my bed, um, it's very messy, but I just have more storage underneath here. Mainly have my cooking supplies. I have some camera equipment and stuff like that in that corner. But this is just more storage here. I've just hung up a couple of my bags and my little beanie. But if you come on over to

this side of my room, we have my desk area. On this shelf, I have a lot of the plants that I brought from home. I've got my YouTube play button, some books, and like random knickknacks. This is my desk area. A lot of people ask me if I brought my PC to college. This is just a monitor, and it's connected to my laptop with a USB-C cord. Key pens and pencils in this little mug from TJ Maxx, and my roommate got me this really cute coaster with cherry blossom, so I just keep that here. Right underneath my mug, I have a clock, here my keyboard and mouse, and I keep my laptop on this laptop stand just so it kind of like elevates my viewing experience so I'm not like hunched over as much as I usually am. You never realize how many planes go across until you start filming. Behind my laptop, I have my lamp. I've got some more vines because apparently I'm obsessed with them, and above that I have my Day Glow concert poster. In this little corner, I

have another decorative collage of prints that I've collected. I promise that I am not a solo stan. It's just my friend only gave me pictures of Taeyeon, so I only have pictures of Taeyong. But I also have some polaroids and pictures from photo booths that I've taken with friends. This is like my getting ready corner, so I have this little mirror that lights up. It's very fancy. I keep all my makeup here. This acrylic organizer is from Daiso, and this one is from TJ Maxx. I have some perfume, essential oil diffuser, and my little potato lamp. Top drawer, I have lots of masks, um, a karaoke mic because why not. I also have a sketchbook and a disco lamp, some cards. I don't keep a lot of stuff in the second drawer because my chargers kind of block it from opening all the way, but I just have like more decorative stuff, washi tape, stuff like that. And in this bottom drawer, I just keep like wires and other tech stuff. On the windowsill, I have more of

my plants in their cute little pots, and I also have my sunset lamp that my roommate got me for my birthday. I like to turn this on at night because we have LED lights, like kind of all around our room, and so it gives our room like a night mode effect. It makes our room just look very cozy and cute at night. I also have this little suncatcher crystal, and in the morning, the sun comes in through this window and just like casts rainbows in a room, so it looks super pretty in the morning. The view from my dorm is actually kind of amazing. You can see all the way across to the mountains and past the bridge, and you can also see what other people are doing in the dorm across from us, um, which is a little bit creepy, not gonna lie, but but yeah, that is the end of the video and the dorm tour. I hope you guys enjoyed it. I'm probably going to move out into an apartment next year, so this is the last year that I'll be in a dorm.
