after 15 years of experience increasing the size of my D and successfully adding a total of 42% more volume to my size. If I had to start all over again and somehow kept what I know now, this would be the routine that I would follow and is the routine that I'm following to this day. Some of you might be thinking, Holy crap, 15 years for this journey? That is definitely not the case and is the reason I create videos like this, to streamline your journey, to make sure you're getting more results faster and safer. Now, honestly, I think people could gain more than I have in much less time. In fact, I think a realistic goal is about 30% more length and 30% more girth if you wanted those two dimensions and that much in probably 2 years or less. Now, that is if you stick to it consistently, find what works best for you, and just go at it. Life is going to throw curveballs, but as long as you can get through those and you have the right

devices for every situation and circumstance like this is really where the devices come in more than any other method without I really think that 2 years or less with 30% on both dimensions is definitely realistic and achievable now I'm going to outlay my lifestyle and circumstances I think this is important because as I tell you my routine it may not suit your lifestyle and circumstances it might be totally unrealistic however what I also would like to do for future content is actually coach guys that are willing to be on video and make sure that they have a certain lifestyle and different circumstances to not only me but from one guy to the next so hopefully if you're watching the video and hopefully you can resonate with someone with a similar lifestyle and circumstances so it's almost as if you're getting coaching through them okay so to give you a bit of context about my day so you understand uh when I get to the tools you'll know why and when I'm using them full disclosure as well anytime I

mention the device. It's obviously my brand. I want to keep that in mind. This is not me trying to persuade you to buy my devices, but please remember this. I built this brand as something that I wish I had when I began, not only through the content and, you know, condensing experiences to help guys get more results faster and safer. I built a product line of all the products that I wanted to have myself on a daily and weekly basis, and after selling these products to the public, you know, we organically, naturally gained feedback that then we could innovate on. So, to my customer base, my amazing loyal customer base, thank you so much for your support over the years. It's enabled us to innovate and provide even better products and services because of it. So, that was all to say, if I mention products, just keep that in mind, even if you take the value from this video and go elsewhere to buy the products. Totally fine with me. Now, I'll get up at about 5:00 a.m. I have a coffee and get

Straight to work. I'll work between 5 a.m. till about 1, maybe 2:00 p.m. And for the rest of the afternoon, I'll go to the gym, maybe hit the beach for some cardio or a swim, and then either a bit more work in the afternoon or, you know, relax or do something else a bit leisurely. Now, this is my day essentially on repeat 5 days a week, and then for two full days, I have my daughter full-time. So, this is essentially my rest time when it comes to PE, or I might just include one device that is super discreet and super passive, like a particular device I'll get into in the video, that you just about forget that it's on. But again, if the situation and circumstances allow for it, and it's not completely inconvenient and inappropriate, then I'll use it. Now, after I go through my routine, at the very end of the video, I'm going to include something that I need you to listen to.

all right. If I was watching this video, me giving advice to me as a younger self, but somehow with the knowledge that I have now. Um, this takes priority. This is the most important thing before any routine, before any of the tools, the devices. You could have all the best stuff, the best routine, or the protocol, and it would not make a difference, or it would make such a small difference, it is laughable. This is also something that not a lot of guys want to hear, and every time I release content on it, maybe it's not as popular. Uh, maybe it feels like I'm lecturing you, but honestly, every time that I have improved this aspect, PE has dramatically benefited. Noticeable differences have been made. Okay, so I get up, have my coffee, and pretty much come straight into hanging. I use a compression hanger, and whenever I'm doing any method, I always think of methods in particular, using devices, staying under traction or pressure, is local stress to the tissues. So, every time there is stress, I think of how do I counteract the stress so that might be

in the way of a heat pad. It might be in the way of vibration, or it might be in the way of infrared light therapy. You might even relax the tissues or have a more relaxed start to the routine by gradually warming up, utilizing weights on a stepping type of protocol. So instead of just going ham and straight into the normal weight that you use, you can just like the gym. All right, instead of benching, let's say you got 80 to 100 kilos on the bench. Don't go straight into it. You know, start off with just the bar, 20, 30, 40 reps. Then chuck on, you know, a pair of 20s, go for 5 to 10, and then go to the normal weight, whatever it is. Try to go as stepped as you can. So this way, the tissues of the D aren't getting a massive shock. This is absolutely imperative, especially for this type of goal, because of the way that the nervous system is associated with the tissues down there. Just for a bit more context, if the

body only had two rules: that is, survive and procreate. If survival is not taken care of, then there are no resources for anything to do with procreation, including your lad. So, if you are stressed on a systemic level, the tissues all over the body, including your lad, will tighten up. And the same can be said if you incur stress or apply stress to the lad; you can also get a systemic stress response. Now, this is going to feed into the point that I wanted to mention at the very end of the video, so let me continue with the rest of the routine. So, as I start my routine with hanging the compression hanger, I'll use a pulley system. I used to have a standup desk; now I've got a standard desk, so I use the pulley system the whole time. For at least the first set, I'll use a heat pad just to warm up the tissues, get them more relaxed, have them more susceptible to manipulation to increase the size, and I'll also be using a weight before my main weight again, so I don't cause that.

shock now the second, third, and fourth set. I'll usually do something like fulcrum stretching, meaning I'm targeting tissues along the shaft instead of stretching straight out to manipulate them before going back to anything straight. Now, the reason I do this is because technically you already stretch with a fulcrum point, whether you know it or not. It is essentially the point leaving the pelvis. Now, I always found, you know, many, many years ago, I could never get past this certain point when I stretched straight out all the time, whether straight down, straight out, didn't matter. There was a point deep in my pelvis, and that was essentially where the fulcrum point was. The tissues are stretching around in a way that is being held up by connective tissue. That in of itself is a fulcrum, and because a fulcrum can cause the tissues to fatigue faster, this was essentially my bottleneck. So instead, now I use fulcrum points intentionally to fatigue along the whole shaft first to essentially unlock as much potential for size as I can, and

then follow up with straight stretching, even if that means going back to the pad. So, I can usually use the heat pad with straight stretching because it actually fits, at least for me, behind the device. Unfortunately, I can't use the heat pad while I'm doing a fulcrum stretch, but I will incorporate as many other things as I can. Maybe I will sit the pad on top, or I'll even use infrared light therapy sometimes. It's probably not going to work as well; infrared light therapy really needs as much bare skin as possible. So, you know, really, I'm doing around the pelvis and the start of my shaft nearest the base. But another device that I use to this day, it's one of the newest devices that's going to come into the total man range. Honestly, I haven't found anything in the industry like this, but honestly, I wish I had it when I began, like I mentioned earlier. And that is a vibration device, and in this particular case, we call it the vibration hanger. So, I essentially add it to my straight stretching, even fulcrum.

stretching, and in this case, when I'm sitting down, so for the second, third, fourth, and fifth set. So anytime I'm doing full rim stretching as well, I want to stretch one side and then the other just because of the nature of the tissues. They want to lay one side or the other, so you need to make sure you're evening it up. Unless, of course, in my opinion, it might be beneficial for those with a little bit of curvature, and they might want to focus a little more on one side. Now, one thing I want you to keep in mind anytime you have the benefit of relaxing the tissues. This also usually means that you need a lot less weight, which is fantastic because that means that there is less stress, less weight being applied to the attachment point. And whether you are using a vacuum device or not, in this case, for me, I'm using the compression hanger. So the compression hanger is clamping the tissues just behind the glands, and obviously, whatever weight you're using, you know that pressure is also like

digging into that point, so the less you can use, the better, as long as you can still get to what is considered fatigue, essentially a sign that you're pushing the tissues enough but not too much. So, first set nice and light. I'll usually go straight out with the heat pad. Second set fulcrum. Third set fulcrum on the other side. I'll probably do that another couple of times as I'm slowly increasing the weight. And like I said, I'm at my desk for about 7, 8 plus hours, and usually, I'll be hanging that whole time. Now, this isn't absolutely necessary. Why I want to mention that is because I always, if I can, apply more time rather than intensity. Again, the more intense it is, the more risk there is of the tissues tightening up and you causing not only a local stress response but a systemic stress response. And anytime you stress the tissues more, the more they're going to want to go into almost like a protective reaction. The fascia especially is typically known for

this if you think about breaking your muscles down in the gym when you hit a workout. That is the tightness you get post-workout. It's essentially the fascia tightening up to protect the muscle, to not incur any further damage. And this fascia is everywhere, including the tissues of the lad. So when you incur stress or apply stress to the tissues there, they also want to tighten up unless you don't have to apply as much weight or you can relax the tissues even more so. That's why I always like to keep that in mind. Now the day you start any routine or period of a cycle. A cycle is essentially when you're, you know, actioning PE or enlarging the D methods consistently day by day, week by week, even if you have a 2-day break like me. But eventually, each device has almost what is considered a safe working capacity. The day you start is the day that the tissues essentially want to get ahead of the intensity as that protective reaction I was talking about.

because technically, the tissues don't necessarily want to increase in size. You want the tissues to increase in size, so the tissues are going to try and keep up, and you essentially want to stay ahead of them, but at the same time, not causing too much stress that they just lock up altogether. Now, you also want to keep in mind secondary tissues like the skin. If essentially you cause, you know, burning sensations, or if you apply too much stress, you're going to get to a point where it's not even comfortable anymore because of the skin to apply any method. So, once you're at that point, you can't stay as consistent, and without consistency, you won't get results. So, why I wanted to mention all that is because the more time you can use, the less intensity you have to use, and the less intensity you have to use, the more runway you have during your cycle, during the time in which you can keep increasing the volume, following that progressive overload trend until you need to take a break. If you reach the

safe working capacity with any device. You will need to take a break because you just can't just keep going up. So once you do that, you have a break. You let the tissues resensitize or desensitize again, typically known as a Decon brake or deconditioning brake. So you essentially make less weight more effective again, and the most ideal scenario is to be able to get to fatigue and stay on that fatigue train as long as possible without pushing the tissues too far and still allowing adequate healing time to make sure that as you get to the next day, you don't like instantly start with fatigue. That's usually a sign that the tissues are close to maxing out or you're pushing them to the limits, but it should take a little bit of time to get to fatigue. And then when you get to fatigue, that is when I like to think of going into just holding the tissues to allow them to heal at a much low intensity. So all that was to say, I will always always apply as

much time as possible before intensity. Now, not only is it good for that reason, it is also good for the sake of going between step one and step two. All right, I consider step one stretching. Now, you might think that you know you're stretching all the time, whether it is traction or pressure-centric methods. You are correct, but the stretching I just want to talk about and use that as the term for now is the amount of stretching, the force applied, so that your intention is to manipulate the tissues to increase in size. And then step two is holding those newly enlarged tissues, so that newly enlarged state, you're just going to hold it there so that the tissues are essentially forced to heal in that newly enlarged state. Now, why I want to mention this is because the step between these two methods will not only take different devices, or at least it's how I use my devices. So, imagine my morning is full of compressive devices. I don't even get into the vacuum chamber for any vacuum method just yet. I'll explain those in a

sec. I always want to keep in mind the amount of intensity or force that I'm using with the compressive methods because I want to make a seamless step and transition to usually much, much lighter traction or force used with a vacuum chamber. I also think the vacuum chambers as a whole are a lot more temperamental to use, especially because of the skin on the glands, and with its temperamental nature, I really want to offload as much force or volume from this as I can so I can use it as sustainably and realistically as I can. Because I just know that if I get uncomfortable with this because I'm accumulating too much volume, the skin starts getting irritated, but more so maybe the glands. You know, the last thing you want to do is get a blister, and as soon as you can't use this guy, you know, for the most part, this is essentially the king of step two and holding the tissues in place because you can use it discreetly, essentially passively on.

autopilot. You fit it correctly, um, and it remains comfortable. You can wear it for as long as you need to, of course, until you need to go to the toilet. So, why I wanted to mention all that, there's a lot to consider, I understand, um, so this might get confusing for a lot of people. I try to go into a lot more detail that's broken down step by step in the PE video course you can find at totalmanperformance.com completely for free. But I try to use as much time as possible, so there's much less intensity to not only decrease the risks um, that come with or associated with high force or higher weight. But when I transition from step one and manipulating the tissues to increase in size, I still want to use as minimal amount of traction or force with any vacuum chamber method. And so, that transition, I want it to be as seamless as possible or as close as possible. Because imagine if, let's say, you've only got 1 or 2 hours in the morning, you might need to accumulate a

certain amount of volume to stay on that Progressive overload track to even get to fatigue. Now look, you might only have this time, and that's fine. Um, and it's why I want to do other coaching calls with other guys, um, and have them on calls so that, you know, you can resonate with their lifestyle and circumstances and maybe get a grasp on what I would recommend to them. But I want to talk into it briefly at the moment. So if you only have 1 to 2 hours in the morning, you are inevitably capped with that time. So then all you're left with to be able to increase the volume is intensity. So as you start increasing the intensity, hopefully, you'll condition your tissues to still have this guy or any method with this be able to tolerate a lot more intensity. But as you can imagine, if you start getting to maybe 4, 5, 6, 7 kilos, this guy is going to struggle to keep up, and the step down is going to be even more dramatic, meaning the tissues are

handling this amount of force, and they are going to respond potentially in the same way with their, you know, retraction potential, let's say. So, the more they're stressed, the more they want to retract. Hopefully, you do everything correctly so that you know you can stay as relaxed as possible. And by the time you get to the end of a session, you're super, super relaxed. A good sign and symptom at the end of a good stretching session is essentially the tissues or your flaccid size hanging nice and relaxed and heavy. That essentially means if you don't have a turtling effect, your tissues haven't been pushed to their absolute limits, and they're trying to, you know, retract as a protective reaction. Now, I think there will always and inevitably be some kind of, you know, protective reaction, but possibly even more so with the inevitable more weight that you may need to use. And if that is the case, imagine the drop down as you drop from, let's say, 6 kilos, and you might just get to

fatigue all right, and you've maxed out your time, and now you want to jump into this guy to hold the newly enlarged state. But this guy, you've only conditioned to handle, let's say, 1.5, maybe 2 kilos, right? If you're doing 2 kilos with this for a substantial amount of time, you're doing good. Think about that drop down, all right, going from 6 kilos to, let's say, you know, on the upper end, 2 kilos, 4 kilos difference. But imagine the tissues are retracting at an equivalent of even 5 kilos. This guy might be less effective, no matter what method you use, whether it is a leg band extender or hanging. So that was quite a long story to explain my thinking to being able to use the most amount of time that I have available. Now, if it comes a day where I only have 2 hours in the morning and I actually have to go out, then that might be the case. Now, while is less effective.

I always want to keep that in mind because I also don't want to trigger the tissues to be more rigid and, you know, in that protective reaction where it might have an equivalent retraction force of the force I use to hang with. For example, that might still apply the next day, right? So, if the tissues are still stressed from the day before because I did decide to use more intensity for less time, I might, you know, corner myself or shoot myself in the foot. So, I just wanted to say that 'cause that's what I'm thinking about. If I have less time, sometimes I might just, you know, do the sessions I can with the compressive devices I have and then almost call it a day. All right, so look, push come to shove, you might only have those 2 hours, and that is all that you have to do. Um, but I'm not saying it's impossible either. Honestly, in my opinion, this is where all the devices that have something to do with relaxing the tissues and having them more susceptible to manipulation becomes even more imperative, whether it

is a heat pad vibration or using that you know stepping approach. Sometimes the stepping approach works less effectively, especially if you have less time. Like, imagine if I've got 7 hours. I've got 7 hours to increase the weight and intensity to, you know, the full working force, but I'll also accompany it with as much of the relaxing tools as I can by the time I get to the end of my working day. So, maybe around 1 to 2 p.m. Sometimes I'll work a little bit longer. My tissues are really, really good fatigued, you know, my flash that is hanging really heavy, really long. For me, that's a really good sign, and that's essentially where I'll jump in to this guy. Attachment for this might shock some of you. I might even spend 15, 20 minutes, maybe. I get the attachment like to perfection. I'm not going. I'm not going to go into detail on that. I've experimented with so many different.

protective methods for this guy, but essentially, you just want to protect the glands as much as possible and fit it to perfection because the convenience comes from the prolonged wear you get out of this guy. You can, again, fit it comfortably and properly, and this is going to take repetition. It's a lot easier said than done. If you fit this comfortably and properly, you can wear it for just hours and hours and hours and hours. All right, so the trade-off is exceptionally good if you really think about it over a long enough time span. So, I'll spend, you know, a decent amount of time getting it as close to perfect as I can, and you know, this guy will be the choice whether I do use a leg band, an extender, sometimes even hang. Why I would use one over the other, sometimes an extender with the vacuum chamber is a little more consistent, with more accurate force, with less fluctuation. So, even as I sit down, move around, sometimes there's less fluctuation, and I can have the tension

or traction more accurate with a leg band. Usually, there is a lot less, but as you can imagine, between your pelvis and your knee, usually where the leg band is just below the knee, there's a lot more fluctuation of movement. So, you need to keep that in mind, and it's what I keep in mind because even if I move my leg like just a slight bit, that movement is massive, right? So, the elastic cord is usually quite long to allow that travel length. The more travel length, by the way, with any device, the safer the device is. The less travel length there is, the less safe the device is because just due to the way that the tissues are attached through connective tissue and everything else through the pelvis. So, the D to the pelvis. As you move your body into any way, even a rotation of your hips, will dramatically change the way that your lad is coming out of your body. So, for example, if you were to sit down with an extender on, it would pull in a certain amount, and usually due to

the way that extenders work, it would increase the tension all right. So, if you're trying to be accurate, especially with something that's a lot more temperamental, such as a vacuum chamber like that, could be the difference between getting an injury or not. So, always keep that in mind. Travel length is extremely important, but why I just wanted to mention that is 'cause that's what I'm thinking about. Like, if I go to a leg band, usually I'll wear that with much less tension. I can get away with a bit more, like slightly more traction if I'm in the extender, but again, it's not necessarily the most discreet device. I'll usually use that while at home. Um, and hanging is again much more accurate if I'm stationary and I'm just, you know, my intention is step two, holding the tissues in their newly enlarged state. Then I might even use weight with my pulley system. The difference there is the weight is always the same, minus the momentum of inertia. If you like move around in your chair or something, the

weight might fluctuate for like a second, if that um, but otherwise, you know, the traction is the weight that you use. So, that's essentially why I would use one over the other. It's essentially accuracy to the traction or the force used to keep it as consistent as possible, but it's also the amount of discretion I need. So, if I can sit down at my desk, pull the system with the weight, uh, sometimes I just can't be bothered, you know, hooking up and everything, which takes like 2 seconds, but I might still have the leg band on um, but ultimately, if I needed to go out in public, which usually I do, I'll go to the gym, the beach, a few other things if I want to. The leg band is the way to go 'cause it's the most discreet and most convenient for me at that lower traction. So, that's essentially my day um, what I do want to mention is while I do recommend always applying as best you can, in my opinion, the number one rule when it comes to PE

which is Progressive overload. Right. Multiplying Time by force gives you the volume. Increasing Force slowly over time is Progressive overload. As good as it is to track, there are so many different variables, not only in the routine of itself, all the methods you use, all the different ways you're going to apply the methods. There's so many variables just with the routine alone and the devices that you use. There's also the variables when it comes to your lifestyle. If you get a poor night's sleep, it's going to affect the way that you do PE. If you like eat something shocking, if you go out on the weekend for a bender and have some drinks, hydration, just everything to do with your health and lifestyle is going to feed into this and is going to contribute as yet another variable that will make a difference. So sometimes, even if you are due to action a certain amount of volume for the day, you might just need to just check in and think, will the tissues be able to handle this? So even if the sheep or my tracking

All my routine says x amount of volume with these devices. Sometimes you can plan it out if you really want to be accurate, but I think it is equally as important, if not even more important, to check in and use your intuition, right? A bit of common sense, check in with the tissues, listen to your body, listen to your lad. And in doing so, this is definitely one of those things. It's a lot easier said than done, and it's going to take a lot of repetition and a lot of time to be able to really check in and know each feeling and symptom, and work at a solution according to that. But you'll get much better with it over time, and eventually, just like working out at the gym, if you've been training for 5, 10 years, some of you don't even need a routine. It would still be good to have one like as guidelines and know that you're tracking with progressive overload in there as well. If I use working out as an analogy, it's a good analogy nonetheless, but

Sometimes people get confused with it 'cause, you know, growing it doesn't necessarily happen the same way. All I'm saying is eventually, uh, while using tracking may be a good tool, uh, to accompany your intuition and just checking in, you may definitely get to a point where you can just freestyle most days because you know exactly how it is supposed to feel on a day-by-day basis, and you can just change up each tool to what you think, uh, will work best for that day. So while my day, the layout essentially working, and then, you know, the rest of the afternoon and the rest of the day may be very consistent at least 5 days per week, what I do during my actual PE process may be different. You know, some days I might do a little more fulcrum stretching because I feel like the tissues in the middle of the shaft aren't being stretched enough. I'm not accessing as much potential size there as I can. On that note, I always try to reach fatigue throughout the middle of the shaft before I go back to

straight stretching as well. Uh, so sometimes I'll be able to achieve that throughout, you know, like the middle of my working day, so maybe 9, 10 a.m. Sometimes not that accurate, but if I eventually get to a good amount of fatigue throughout the rest of the tissues, then as I go back to a normal stretch, stretch out maybe with, you know, straight all bundled, I just know that now all the tissues are for the most part getting hit quite evenly. Now, I know this video didn't go into detail about the number of sets and the exact weight I'm using. Too many people want the exact figures, and that's going to change from person to person, even my day today, so I can't give that to you. And I think that would honestly be inappropriate and irresponsible of me to do that 'cause I don't want anyone following everything to the tea. And it's why it makes creating a regime for anyone super difficult, close to impossible. And it's why I created the PE video course of 4.

weeks of taking 15 plus years of my experience condensed down into a step-by-step process, and even providing you a tracking sheet, so you might not only need to track in the beginning, and eventually with enough repetition and enough time under your belt, you'll be able to freestyle it in most days and still get results as consistently enough to get that, you know, ultimate goal within that 2-year time span I was talking about. So please keep that in mind. I just wanted to give you a general overview of what my day looks like, the things I think about, um, that I think have and will lead to the best results. Now, my journey has definitely been on and off so often. It wasn't a 15 consistent years of trial and error, like, you know, hit it for a few months and then give up for a few months, or even like a full year or two. So I'm talking about the day I, you know, got my first device with the intention of trying to increase size all the way through to you.

know the consistent what I think took me 3 years of consistent effort and dedication. They got me the majority of my results, but it took all the time prior to that to learn, you know, what did and didn't work, and to get a better understanding of the whole process that would eventually lead to the results that I was able to achieve. Now, I took a massive break. I'm essentially coming back at it again because, man, deep down, I love product design. I love engineering. And thanks to my loyal, amazing customer base, again, thank you so much for your support, loyalty, and often patience, guys. Thank you so much. It's enabled us to innovate so much. But it's a bittersweet moment for me because I essentially got to a point where I was quite content with my slide. Still am now. Like, if I had to stop, it wouldn't really bother me too much. But anytime I innovate, I really want to make sure that I make a product in the most realistic testing scenario as I can, and that means actually using the device.

uh in a real environment to make sure that it's always comfortable. I'm using, you know, the full intensity that I need to at the time and in the circumstances that the device will be used in. So, I can realistically estimate, is this device good enough to bring out to the market now? Why I say a bit of sweet moment is because I am content with the size, and there will definitely be a point where, like, maybe I don't want any more size. So, what do I do then? Like, I would essentially need to test with other people. Um, I think ultimately that would be the case. Um, I still think I have a bit more size potential to go. Um, but once again, I think I also, because of the journey and all the experimenting um, I did, I think it's a bit of a theory, but I think I maybe seized up a bit of the tissues or, let's say, locked up the access uh, due to the intensities that I have used in the past um, but again, it could be Theory um, but it would be great.

to see you know if I was able to get more results. Beyond this point, maybe using different protocols and different devices. Now, to this point, if you're someone in a similar situation, similar lifestyle, similar circumstances, I personally think that what I've laid out and put in there as considerations, I would highly advise to keep in mind at all times. I think working from home is obviously going to be the best scenario for anyone trying to execute or action this journey, but not everyone is going to have this kind of lifestyle. Maybe it's not even one that you want, and that's totally fine. So, that's again why I want to have coaching calls with other guys that are willing to come on videos so that I can essentially coach them and help other guys almost as if I'm coaching them. And the last thing I wanted to mention, literally the number one priority, like it takes priority before any device, before any protocol or regime, even if there was some, you know, magical single routine that somehow I could say this is the

routine that will get you the results. If that was the case, it's not, but if it was, after all the perfect stuff. If it was, this would still take priority as the most important thing. It would come before it all because this will literally make or break your results. And again, this is the stuff that most guys I don't think want to hear, but I'm hoping that you are someone that already implements this to the best of your ability with what you have for now. And that is your health, fitness, and wellness. I mean everything from your mental, emotional, and physical aspects are just as on point as you can at this point in time. I have just noticed at any point in my life, anything that digressed in this aspect, I noticed a massive difference in not only the bedroom because of obviously how I've spoken to you about how all of this is associated to the nervous system and so on. It's also made a massive difference to the way that I gained results or let's say I push things a little too far, um, and it caused

a minor or major injury. The amount of time that it took me to come back from that was a lot longer. If these things, like everything else with Health, Fitness, and Wellness, was either on the back burner, or you know, maybe there was a period of my life where I had a lot more deadlines, or more stress, or less sleep, relationship issues. I'm telling you now, anytime you're able to have a breakthrough, or progress, or improve any of these aspects, so diet, sleep, training, your mental and emotional state, the health of your relationship if you have one, anytime you improve on that, it will, I guarantee you, it will show up in the bedroom, and it will show up with this specific goal, which is why I'm so passionate about this goal, because the size is what I think is the cherry on the top, you know, the addition, the accompanying project and goal that I think you should be working on amongst all the other priorities in your life. It is the sign, it's the symptom. If you are able to get more size, you have

essentially unlocked. You've accessed the size results because of everything else you are doing. You are being a total man as best you can with the resources and the time you have now, and that has unlocked your ability to get more size again because of how everything is associated with the nervous system. Essentially, if you take care of survival, even to an optimal level, you're not only surviving; you're now thriving. Now you've unlocked again due to the way everything works in the body, in the nervous system. You've unlocked that potential for size. You are a total man working on every aspect of your life, and now you've got this opportunity. That's the way I want you to look at this. When I started this brand, I think there was a lot of idea that having a big D, because we started with a lot of products to do with size. I think many people thought that turtle man with size products, they thought that you have to have more size to be a total man. No, it's the other way around. You have to

be a total man to then potentially use the devices and gain more size, right? I hope this video helped, guys. As I said, the nitty-gritty detail that you might need is in the PE video course. Even if you were to watch 30 minutes a day, not even sped up, for 4 weeks, you'd get 15 plus years of experience and a step-by-step process, plus a tracking sheet and everything to help you along the journey.
