Hey all, and welcome back to Fuzzy Dy Gaming and a new video on the channel going over how to build your own app, the strategy from scratch. We're going to talk about how you pick the mechanics, how you do your tree, how you buy your materials, and how you go about running your maps and trying to make as much profit as possible. The reason for the video is there's lots of information going around at the minute that you can only make money in T7s, and scarabs aren't worth using, and lots of stuff like that. And if you are a min-maxer and you only want to be earning the most currency you can per hour, then T7s, it's where it's at. But there's a ton of currency to be made pretty much in every other lead mechanic, and we're going to prove it just by planning an active strategy from scratch, completing the maps, settling the loot, and then we'll

see what we've got. At the end of it, the main reason for this video is that Al can go Loot, and ground loot has been nerfed, so prices for lead mechanic strategies are going to be based on taking passive points and using scabs for the most part. This means it's not really feasible to just out and go anymore 'cause you just don't make any currency, and it's not really feasible to push two to three different mechanics into your tree without diluting one or all of the mechanics that you Speck into. There are, however, things you can invest in the tree separate to lead mechanics that will bring in currency, notably Alters, scarabs, and map drops. This video is going to be going through planning and setting up a strategy, buying the materials, running the maps, and then liquidating your loot. The video is going to assume that you've got an in-game character who can at least run moderately difficult t16 Maps, you have your four void stones, and the majority of your Atlas points and favorite slots.

If not, there are strats that work in lower-tier maps to get your character up and running. The first thing you want to do is pick a lead mechanic that you want to concentrate on. Make it one that you enjoy, as this is the entire point of gaming. I'm going to pick ultimatum. There's a lot of chance to get big loot, and I enjoy getting abused by the tri-master. There's also a keystone you can take that makes you take 50% less damage, which can help if you haven't got the most tanky build in the world. As mentioned, I'm also going to take some supplementary nodes, but firstly, let's look up the league mechanic on the per wiki to see if there's any information that's going to be helpful to understand how to get the most from this mechanic. Feel free to also check out other videos, but just remember that even the wiki and other people can be wrong, but overall, more knowledge is better, but do your own testing as you're going through to make

sure that what you think is actually happening. So, we're on the ultimatum page of the per Wiki. You don't have to necessarily read all of this, but I'd recommend, if it's not a mechanic you have very much experience in, just to read through because it might be something that you weren't aware of. So, this just goes through what the different encounters are that you're going to come across in ultimatum, how it works, and then that at the end of 10 rounds, there is a very small chance that you get teleported to The Trial Master to do a boss fight. What's important specifically for ultimatum is the rewards. So, it actually tells you when you get specific rewards. So, out the 10 waves, on Wave four and wave H, you're going to get Catalyst. It'll also mention in regards to Catalyst that quantity doesn't scout any rewards with the exception of catalyst, and that is the results of my test as well. So, if you run it with just scoured, you might get one.

to two Catalyst in a round. If you've got 150% Quant, you might get five or six, but nothing else scales with your map quantity in terms of rewards. So, one Divine would still be one Divine, and 10 chaos would still be 10 chaos. Also mentions here that inscribed ultimatums appear on Wave eight and onwards, and valuable currencies start to appear again from wave 8 onwards, and reward scaling appears to stop increasing after wave 10. Now, that's important because there are things that you can do with ultimatum to start at an early wave, but you'll still do 10. And this is mentioned here, so the above wave counts are appropriately affected via stand your ground, which is a node on the tree that makes you start basically at wave two. And as an ultimatum scar bribing, as you can see here, you can use two of them, and that counts as though you've completed two additional rounds and gives you increased experience. So, I can see that if I use two of these scarabs and stand

your ground. Instead of starting on round one, I'm actually going to start on round six. That's very important because it means that from wave three, I'm going to start seeing those wave eight rewards. This will be important for a strategy because as long as I can complete 10 waves, I'm going to start seeing the chance of inscribed ultimatums and valuable currencies much earlier, and I don't have to wait till wave eight. So, if I had never done timating before, I can see straight away where my rewards are going to be and what wave they're going to come into, and also what I might be able to do to access those waves earlier on to give me a better chance at earning more currency. So, next thing to look at is what sort of currency is going to come out of the mechanic. Now, ultimatum, like ritual, is a mechanic where it drops all sorts of things, but the specific thing that it drops is catalyst, and we know that they drop on round four and eight. And if we increase the quantity, we're

going to increase the drop rate of the catalyst, so let's just go and have a look and have a look what they're worth now. I'm using p Ninja for this. Realistically, you're going to get higher than what's stated on here. These are kind of scraping the bottom of the barrel of the prices. You could probably get more for the majority of these catalysts, but as you can see, a lot of them are kind of just one C. There's a few that are two, three, and a half. This one only comes from The Trial Master fight, so you're going to see these really infrequently. And then we can see fertile Catalyst and Prismatic Catalyst are worth a lot of currency, but they are a lot rarer. But I can see that even just normal Catalyst, you can basically treat as a chaos orb for the most part. So it's definitely going to be worthwhile pushing up the quantity, because instead of one chaos, I'm going to get five or six, and we're going to get that.

twice per ultimatum, and you normally, from my experience, if you're pushing just a normal amount of quantity, going to get five to six Catalyst in the rounds. So, that's 12 chos per ultimatum that we guaranteed, and then whatever drops in the other round is bonus profit. There is a Scarab for ultimatum that actually removes cadis, and it puts inscribed ultimatums in its place. These are an ultimatum that you put in the map device. It's one round. It goes on a bit longer. If you complete it, you get whatever reward is available, but you have to put in either an item or currency to get the reward. So, it might say, This ultimatum will give you two divines, but you have to put two divines in to try it, and if you fail, you lose your two divines. You can sell these on trade, but I like to run them myself CU. They're good fun. So, if you really, really didn't want to go into Catalyst and maybe you just wanted to run the map.

scour. I've got the option of actually running the scour that puts inscribed ultimatums in instead, and I'm pretty sure they're very cheap. That brings us on nicely to actually in the next step, which is checking the price of the scarabs. So again, we're just going to use per ninja 'cause it's going to give us a benchmark of what they're worth. So all we need to do is type in ultimatum, and it's going to give us the different scarabs that we can use. So we can see just a Scarab, the forcing ultimatum, is less than a chaos. So it means we save a lot of points on the tree when we build it. We can see the one that turns Catalyst into inscribed ultimatums is only two chaos. Ultimatum scab bribing has listed it 2 and a half, but I think you're going to be paying four or five for these in bulk. But even if it was 10c for two of them, we only have to get a Divine orb every

sort of 11 or 12 maps for that to be profitable. So, I think it's going to be worth doing. There is inscribed ultimatum of jeweling, which always leads you to the Trial Master, which is 20c. And then there's ultimatum scab catalyzing, where all of your rewards are going to be Catalyst. This is only going to be worth it if we're really, really pushing the quantity up of the maps, eight mod maps, juice in every which way we can because they're very expensive. They're 180 chaos for one Scarab. So, I think for a simple atst tree, I'm going to run one ultimatum Scarab, and I'm going to run two scarabs of bribing because these you can actually put two in per map. And that's it, just three scarabs, fairly simple. And then we're going to put our map in, probably chisel it, get some more quantity, Al it, and then we're just going to go. You could add in other scarabs if

you wanted to do stuff like add more monsters into the map, but the way I think I'm going to treat this strategy is once the ultimatum is done, I'm leaving the map. This is where the bulk of our profit is going to come from, so I don't want to spend time clearing a map if I've already done the ultimatum if I'm only going to get a couple of chaos drops from it. We are going to be taking, like I mentioned, other nodes on the tree, so by all means, we can full-clear maps, but I think I'm going to clear the ultimatum, the majority of the map, but not pay too much attention in making sure I'm full clearing or killing the bosses. So, I think I've got my strategy set up. I'm going to do ultimatum, going to use two Scarab AB bribing, and one ultimatum Scarab. So, we know what scarabs we want to use, we know what mechanics we want to go for as a

main so let's firstly start doing our atlas tree. What I would recommend is that you do this on pee planner. The link will be in the video description just so you don't waste points. But we know we want to do ultimatum, so if we just put in ulti, it will give us all of the ultimatum nodes. What I would do is sometimes things are named slightly differently for ultimatum. It's fine. It's going to pick up all the ultimatum nodes, but for other mechanics, it might be slightly different. So all you would do is find one node on the tree, and if you hold a left click on that, it will then highlight all of the other ultimatum. So if we go into this bottom one, we can see here that there's five ultimatum wheels. So the first thing I'm going to do is just look at what the major passives and the keystones do. So this first one is just lots of chance to get ultimatum.

Since the Scarab is so cheap, this seems like a waste of points. And this is standard ground that we mentioned earlier, so each encounter, the radius that you can stand in gets slightly smaller, but it does grant rewards as if you've completed an additional round. So, we're definitely going to take that. Prove yourself worthy ultimatum modifier in your maps. Start a tier higher. Ultimatum rewards in your maps have a 25% chance to be duplicated. What it means by modifiers is the downside. So, normally, you would start a downside at level one, and they go up to level four. This means that you start at level two. So, it makes them more difficult, but the chance of duplicate rewards is pretty big. So, let's say you get a Divine. You've got a one in four chance of duplicating that. Also, you may get an absolutely huge ticket item and get that duplicated. It's 100% worth taking. There are small nodes here that give us more experience. Doesn't really matter, but we have the path there to get here.

and these two nodes give us a chance to get ultimatum again. We don't need them, so it might be when we're pathing we can bypass these two nodes, but we'll see what it looks like when we start fleshing out the tree. So again, we'll just hold left click, and we can see here that there's more alternates down here. Essentially, each of these makes certain encounters more likely to turn up and make them easier. So for ultimatum, you get protect the altar, which is basically kill enemies. You get kill enemies, you get survive the assault, and stand in stone circles. You can tackle this any way you want. I think just for the purpose of the fact that they make the mechanics easier, and I want to do every single one, I'm going to take all of these nodes and then the Keystone leading to it. Ruinous wager is very good if you've got a build that's fairly quick and can move around, because this halves the damage that you take, but it does mean that monsters will

apply ruin with special abilities, and if you hit seven ruin, you fail the ultimatum. So, test this one out if you do decide to follow along. If you keep getting loads of ruined stacks early on, it might be that you need to drop this keystone, but it really helps with survivability. So again, we'll hold left click and look at what else we've got. We've got a circle here, which essentially gives us more chance to get inscribed ultimatums, and some of them are worthwhile, so I think it's worth doing. You also have major nodes here that basically mean you've got more chance to have increased currency items from your inscribed ultimatums and your normal ultimatum rewards. There is one for divination cards, and there is one for uniques. Now, most of the time, you get junk divination cards, and you get junk uniques, but I think it's worth taking them all because you got more chance of getting a big-ticket item. There's a keystone here, grueling gauntlet players.

cannot choose the modifier, which means randomly the downside is selected. They last 13 rounds, and you can't have a boss, so essentially you can draw out more of the big rewards. But doing 13 rounds with not being able to select a modifier is a de-sentence. I would never ever take this. And then it looks like we've got one more tree or one more passive node, and it's ultimatum bosses drop a full stack of a random catalyst, and we have a 30% increase chance for the boss to appear in the final round. But the chance is between not to 2%, so 30% of that is not a lot. And these small nodes just give you a 10% increase chance. I'm personally not going to take any of these nodes. Most of the stuff that The Trial Master drops is of little value, and these nodes just to get maybe an extra 2% chance of him turning up, I don't think is worth it. So what you can do now, you've picked your node, is we can start doing the tree.

so we know we're not going here. So the first not we get to our ruinous wager and also the ultimatum wheel here. So I'm going to go this way because I want small connected map nodes. Once we've picked up all of our ultimatum nodes, then we're going to look at what else we want to do. So we said we wanted to go here, so we'll go and take those points. And then we also said we needed to come down here and also over here. We don't need to take these because they're just chance for ultimatum. And then we'll go through here and we'll go and pick up the other nodes that we wanted to get. And we'll pick up all of these. If you don't like a specific type of encounter, you can just not take them, but it does mean when it turns up, you have to ignore it. Because without these standing Stone circles, it takes a long time, and the circles are very small. Survive the assault goes on forever. So we now know that we have got our two wheels.

Here, we're ignoring this one, and we're ignoring the boss one. So, the last one we need to pick up is this inscribed ultimatum one here. So again, we're just going to go the shortest path possible to get there and to take all of these, like I mentioned. And that's basically our ultimatum tree finished, and we've still got 88 points left. So, this is where I'm going to look to supplement it with other things. What I would recommend doing is just having a look on pee trade at Scarab prices, T17 map prices, and things like that to see what you might want to go for. One thing I'm definitely going to do is I'm going to go and take this quantity wheel here because we know quantity affects the Catalyst drops in ultimatum. So, we'll take all of these, and then we're going to path in the middle and take these inner nodes here. We're just going to go through Essences. It doesn't matter what you go through. This is just

kind of we have to go through to get here. There isn't a way of allocating those nodes without it. So now we've got ultimatum and we've got some quantity and rarity. So now I'm going to go and take some map nodes 'cause I want more t17 maps to drop because they're worth big currency. So we're going to come down and take shape in the world, which gives chance for higher tier maps to be found, and also bosses more chance to drop a map. Since we path right past it, we're going to go here and we're going to take shape in the skies. And since we have got a lot of points, I'm actually going to go through these connected map nodes here 'cause again, it's more chance to get maps to drop. And then I'm going to go and pick up the last map node here, which is shape in a mountain. So we pretty much got every map node you can get. So we've again ourselves the best chance of dropping as many t7 maps as possible. So

we've still got 50 points left, so I've got a few options here. I can look at Alters, so we can go Sir Xar Alters, or we can go each 2 of World Alters. Again, there's a chance you get increased quantity from these, which will increase ultimatums, but it's going to have a downside, so it might make them harder. So, I've taken my map node. So, the next thing I'm going to look at is scarabs. These are pretty big money if you get the right ones, so we're going to have a look at all the Scarab nodes on the tree, and we can see what ones we might want to take. So, we see here for each one, we get 4%, and this gives us 12, so I'm definitely taking that. That's already 20% more scarabs found in my maps. You've then got lots of chance to drop particular types of scarabs, and a lot of them are worth money. So, Ambush is definitely worth currency. Harbinger is

and so is combination. Essences are but some of them are not that worthwhile. Beyond again, there is an expensive one, but most are fairly cheap, and same with torment, so we're not going to take those, but we are going to take the increased chance for scarabs. We go up and look at the last Scarab one, so we've got Titanic cartography and Anarchy Titanic. I don't know if they're any good. I do know cartography scabs worth currency, so we'll go and take those ones here. You can see we've also got all of these small noes flashing because each gives you 3%, but there are those that give you 4%, and they're the ones that are probably worth taking, so we're going to come up here, going to take these two, and the last one is rare monsters have an increased chance per modifier to drop Scarab, so we're going to take those, and then the last Scarab noes we're going to look at is this one here, which is scarabs found in your maps are

more likely to be less common variety. So we're going to come up again. We're going to take all of the 4% along with this here, and we now got 20 points left. So it looks like I've taken the majority of the good Scarab nodes. So I've now got as much map chance as I can realistically get. I've got all the ultimatum nodes that I want, and I've got plenty of Scarab nodes to give me more income. I have 20 points left. I've got a few options. My build is quite good and tanky and does enough damage, so I could literally just go and take all of these 2% explicit modifier effect to give me more quantity. It will make the Maps harder and might mean I have to roll more maps because some that were doable because of the increased effect are not runnable. Or we could go and pick up more Scarab nodes. I think because increase effect will increase quantity and Rarity, which will mean more map drops, more Scarab drops, and more Catalyst. That's

the route I'm going to go, so we're just going to go and look at this here, and we're just going to put in explicit modifiers because that's what we care about. And again, it's going to give us all of the nodes that we can take, so these are 3%. So I'm going to take these 'cause they're better than two. We can see some down here again. These are three. I don't want to make it too difficult, but I do want to juice it up to an extent where it's bearable. So if you want to check, you can just go to show stats, and then you can see here at the moment we've got 31% increase effect. I'm happy to push it a bit more, maybe go up to 50. So we're going to come down here, keep taking the 3%, and then this one here gives us basically a chance to get more rarer monsters with better rewards. So we'll go take those as well, and then that leaves us with 10 points.

so now I've got 42%. So what I might do is say I'm happy to go 50, so we can go 1, 2, 3, 4. That basically gives us a 50% increase of the effects of the modifiers. And the way they work is a modifier will be worth X quantity and X rarity, and you'll get a 50% increase effect of that quantity and rarity as well. And then for the last six points, I should have seven, but I haven't done the fear yet. I can either go and take connected maps to give me more chance to get maps or more Scarab nodes. So we're just going to come down here and just fill out these connected nodes just to get scar nodes. We're also going to PA past singular focus in case I want to take it at some point, but for now, we're not going to. And that's a tree finished. So the last two things I need to do is pick what map I want to run, and then we need to go and buy our supplies. I want Ultima to be our main money maker.

so I don't want a map that sprawls all over the place and takes me a while to find ultimatum. I want something that's got a very easy layout, and I know where the boss is, and potentially I know where the ultimatums can spawn. So for that reason, I'm going to pick City Square. This map is basically a square map. You go all the way around the outside, and then the boss will be in the middle. So I know, A, where the boss is if I want to go and kill him, and B, I know I just make a loop of the map, and I'm going to come across the ultimatum fairly quickly. This should be a very quick map to clear for ultimatum. The way map drops work is you're more likely to get connected maps to drop. So because of that, I'm also going to put one favorite slot to Toxic Sewer. It is a bit of a more sprawly layout, but it's still a fairly decent layout, very easy to find your way around. The boss is

pretty much always in the same place, and again, it shouldn't take me long to find the ultimatum. But the idea is that we run City squares as much as we can. Once we run out, we'll have built up a lot of toxic sewers. We can run a few of those, and we can then pick up some more City squares. And so, that's the map layout I'm going to select, but you're free to select whatever you want if you try this mechanic. So now, the last thing we need to do is just go buy the supplies, see how much it costs, and then we'll start running some maps. So when I went to buy the scabs, it looked like they were much cheaper on trade. But I whispered about 12 people; no one responded. I went further down the list; no one responded. So I've just bought them on the exchange. Probably paid more if I'd have been a bit more patient. I might have got a bulk sale on trade, but I just couldn't be bothered to waste the time. So I

purchased all of the scarabs on the exchange. I got my chisels from Kak. He was selling them cheaper than trade. Essentially, you just select a mission, his inventory will refresh, you get 20 chisels, you buy them, you start another mission, you buy them again. I just did that to get my 200 chisels that I needed. I've got enough maps to start me off, so I've taken 30 maps out of my stash tab. I've rolled them using PoE, which is basically a regex creator, so that you can put in the mods that you want to avoid from your maps. Put all your maps in a stash tab, and it just makes it much easier to roll your maps in bulk. So, my scarabs and chisels combined with 670 chaos, which covers me for the maps, and then scales and outs are nothing anyway. You can add the cost on if you want to, but because I'm not doing this as a strategy, I'm just showing you how I go.

about setting up my strategies. The maps are self-sustain scows and Elks and nothing anyway, so we'll call the strategy 700 chaos investment for 50 Maps. So, we'll now start running them. We'll see how I get on. Last tip I give is if you want to monitor how much you are getting, set up a separate Tab and put all of the stuff that you get from your maps in that Tab, and then use something like wealthy XL so that you can see roughly how much you've got at any point in time. It just makes it a really good way of keeping on track of what you're earning. I will say though, don't look after five and decide it's not profitable. Give it a good number of maps. If you've done 20 maps and you can clearly see that you get nothing at all, then it's probably fine to give it up. But I always like to give it 50 Maps as long as it's something that I'm enjoying. So, that's all of the setup out of the

way let's go and run some maps, and then we'll come back with some loot. A hateful grip will steal your breath. You play the game well, calendar. Enjoy the fruits of your luck and your skill. I've got some notes and thoughts I'm going to go through once I've gone through the currency breakdown. I'm also

going to explain where these 24 Divine orbs come from because they weren't all raw drops. Um, but this is what my dump tab is looking like. I five to one any of the terrible inscribed ultimatums, which again I'll come on to later, uh, because there's loads that drop that just aren't worth anything. So you can sell them to a vend of five for one, you get a random one back. Didn't ever get any decent ones, but it's worthwhile doing rather than just putting them in a dump tab to never be seen again. So as you can see from the loop breakdown, we've had 54 divines worth of currency based on Wealthy Exile, and we run 50 Maps. I'll go through the cost in a moment, but it was around three divines to four divines to run the maps. So looking at one Divine profit per map. So I'll come on to the Divine orbs later, but we've got an our stash 24 raw divines, got nine Sanctuary Maps, which come out at around six div. They might

even be a little bit more chos orbs got 415 again. I've increased those, which I'll come on to in a little while. We did get some Prismatic Catalyst drop. We had 18, but they were quite early on. I would think from the 10th map onwards, I didn't see any Prismatic Catalyst. Um, so overall, Catalyst were a little bit disappointing. Ignore the cloak of defiance being one div for the um inscribed Ultimatum. It Won't Be. People don't understand how to price these. Like we can see the divinal one here. People are listing for a Divine. No one's ever going to buy that CU. You have to put a Divine in to get a Divine out. So you're essentially paying a Divine for nothing. I'm keeping this one, so I'm going to run it a bit later, but I need to make some tweets to my character. We had obviously the incandesent invitations. Got a 2120 wrath drop. We had lots of scarabs because it had them on the atlas tree. We've got a inscribed

ultimatum for four patient cards, which are probably going to be worth running, and then it's kind of just unique from the crater boss, um, some scarabs, Catalyst currency, just stuff that drops normally. So, we didn't get anything out of the order. We've got some forbidden tones, which I'm assuming are more than 21c, um, but we didn't get any lucky drops other than these Divine orbs, which we come on to in a moment. So, before we go into my thoughts, I'll explain where the Divine orbs came from. Six of these were from ultimatum rewards, and we didn't get any of them duplicated, which is a bit unlucky. We should really have had at least one of them duplicated. So, we had six raw divines, so that still leaves me sitting at 18. So, where did they come from? I had two inscribed ultimatums drop that were for eight divines. I bought one off myself for six div to run to see if I could handle it, and I couldn't. I died. I lost my six divines. Then I sold the

other one on trade for six divines. Probably could have got seven, but I wanted to instant sell it, and I did get whispered by two people straight away for six divines. It was a very difficult one. I'm sure there are characters that can trivialize the content; my character couldn't do it. I got obliterated when I tried, and then I had two more drop that were four divines. Instead of trying it because I know what happened the last time, I just sold them for three divines each. So, we ended up getting 18 divines of currency for the inscribed ultimatums, and then six of them with raw drops. Obviously, getting the two for eight is quite lucky. 50 Maps, I'd probably expect to get one for four or get more raw divines because I think I was slightly unlucky with the drops. I say this isn't a video to say go and do this strategy; this is more a video of how do you create a strategy, how do you run it, how do you value what you've had out of it.

so before we go and sell the loot, which I'm going to mostly do on the exchange, and then we'll see what's left at the end in the stash tab. Just going to leave some footage running and just talk over my thoughts from running the strategy and some problems that I encountered. So, the first problem I had is standing Stone circles crashed for me on three occasions in the first 30 Maps, so I lost the ultimatum completely. I didn't finish the map, I didn't lose the instance, but when I went back into the map, none of the mini map was revealed. I couldn't be bothered to go through the map because I knew it had autofailed ultimatum anyway, so there were three Maps we didn't complete, so we only did 47 ultimatums because of that. I dropped all the standing Stone Circle nodes for the last, I would say, 30 Maps. Didn't see one again, so it wasn't too much of an issue, but unless I can identify what this problem was, I can't guarantee that I'm

not going to have to give up an ultimatum or just skip it entirely because it stands in stone circles. We've gone through the inscribed ultimatums. I had two four Divine ones drop and two eight divines. I have got one div inscribed ultimatum sitting in my stash that I'm going to wait till I get 100 to run 'cause I'm not sure if I can do it. We had lots of 20c inscribed ultimatums. They're just about worth running for the time and they were a lot easier. So that's where some of the raw chaos came from. I mentioned any rubbish inscribed ultimatums. I traded them 5 to one and we had six raw divines from ultimatum and none of them doubled in the last 10 Maps. I decided to swap um catalysts for the inscribed ultimatums because the scarabs are really cheap but we didn't get any decent ones. But looking at Catalyst, if I didn't get those Prismatic ones early on

I would be happy to give up the currency for those catalysts in the off chance we get an inscribed ultimatum. If you get one worth two divines, that's probably better than all of your ultimatums with catalysts. I tested dropping one of the bribing scars because I thought the way that catalysts work was that you got one every four rounds, but it's not the case. You only get it on four and eight because I was starting at Round six. I only got one Catalyst each round unless I got lucky and got another, but the only guaranteed Catalyst were on four and eight. We start on six, so you only get Catalyst on, I think, round three. So I tried dropping one of them so that we got two guaranteed Catalyst, but the rewards definitely didn't feel as good. There was much more junk rewards, so I think two of those bribing scabs is definitely the way to go. I ended up dropping the uniques are more likely from inscribes and your rewards because

some of them would be decent. I got some okay corrupted uniques that might sell for 10 or 20 C, but nothing amazing. Yes, I may be giving up the chance for a corrupted Mage blood, but that's very, very unlikely. And I just got fed up with picking up all the uniques. I also feel I should have dropped the div cards more likely because I did not get any inscribed ultimatums for any divination cards worth more than a fc, and all of the Divination cards that it offers. I had to check on PE Wiki because I didn't have a clue what they were, and I don't think there's anywhere to check on the inscribed ultimatum. So just for the fact that I got annoyed checking, I would also drop that node. Hopefully, that means we get more currency inscribed ultimatums now. I 100% got lucky with my inscribed ultimatums, but probably unlucky on overall loot when to get any decent div card inscribed ultimatums or drops. And I do think our raw divines was

slightly on the low side from my previous testing of this mechanic. So, in regards to Maps, I started with 30 city squares. I haven't included them in the cost 'cause I sustained, but you do have to ping-pong Maps if you want to not buy Maps. So, I ended up well over sustaining my two favorite Maps, which were toxic SE and City Square, but I wouldn't have sustained just City Square. I would have been about 20 Maps short. So, what I've done is taken basically my starting 30 Maps out so that I don't include them in the loot, and then all of the other ones I dropped are just rolled as they dropped, so there's no cost for the maps at all. As I mentioned for chisels, I bought them from Kirak 'cause they are much cheaper. So, the cost per map is 15 chis per map if we don't include the map, and that's a total over 50 maps of 750 chaos, 100 chaos, or 180 chis per Divine.

about 4.2 divines, so overall, the profit is one Divine per map. I still need to sell the loot. I'm going to deliberately not spend forever selling it. Anything that's not that valuable and I have to sell on trade, I'm not going to include. I'll just sell elsewhere. In terms of time to run the maps, most of the time is taken up in the ultimatum, so you don't necessarily need a blindingly quick clear speed character to get good map turnaround with this because 3 minutes of your map are probably sitting in that ultimatum. I averaged around 5 minutes a map. I've added 1 minute on per map for downtime, so I think 6 minutes a map is fair, which will give you about 10 Maps an hour. Right at the end, watch has sold everything. I'll go down per map profit and per hour profit. If you base it on six-minute Maps, I will say these are quite difficult. I never really felt in danger. I didn't die in any of the ultimatum, but I've got a

character with 50k armor, 50k evasion, max spell suppression, seven endurance charges, uh, some reduced physical damage taken, so I shouldn't really ever die in these unless I take loads and loads of difficult level four mods. The mods that I found were Rippy, where I actually ended ultimatum slightly early, were the flaming skulls at level four. They shotgun, they have big AOE. If you've got extra AOE on your map, it's insane. The S blades at level four do a ton of damage. If you are unlucky that you're positioning where they're starting, all four hit you, and again, can shotgun you. Those were the two mods that I 100% avoided, along with things like 90% less recovery, because I need leech. It might go over with the map mods, I'm not sure, but overall, that was just a mod that I didn't want to take. Everything else, I just took, and it was fine. There were a couple of map I did abandon early because I wasn't going

for the boss if wave 10 offered me like six orbs of bindings, and I had two divines sitting for me, I wasn't going to risk that unless I didn't have any ruin, and I knew the mods were fairly easy. So maybe I left the Trial Master on the table because I didn't get him once, but overall, I'm not too bothered about it. I was more going for the loop from the ultimatums, so you do need a good character. The next thing is the inscribed ultimatums. The Divine ones sell really easily. I probably could have got more for mine, but I just wanted to sell them, so I just looked at the price of the ultimatum and knocked a Divine off it. With the eight Divine ones, there was lots up for seven that weren't selling, maybe price fixing, I don't know, so I just sold them for six. I had three to four Whispers, but I didn't care. I just wanted them gone. 12 divines in my pocket is better than nothing. As mentioned, I bought one of them for six.

div and failed miserably, so we won't be doing that again. So, I'm going to go and sell as much of the loot as I can in like half an hour. I've got a ton of gold. We farmed just under 500,000 gold from these 50 Maps, so probably around 9 and a half th000 gold on average per map. So, there'll be plenty to sell all of the stuff I want to sell, and then enough to dump back into my city to keep it running. So, I'll be back with you once I've sold some of the loot. Anything like Jewelers, fusings, things that weren't worth selling, I've literally just removed from the tab and just put in my stash. I'll either sell them or use them at some point. Any

scarabs worth less than a c when I didn't have more than one or two. Again, I've just moved across and anything that just isn't worth the time to sell. I've sold the things like t17 Maps, TOS invitations, synth Maps, things like that on trade along with a few uniques. Everything else I'll sold through the exchange, a master load of chaos, and then turn that chaos into divines again in the exchange. Um, so we can have a look here at my stash tab. I've now got 48 raw divines and 486 chaos. Got all of these maps that I can to my map Runners, three unique maps that probably not worth selling, uh, three Elder Maps, two shaping maps, and then two conqueror Maps. Like I said, everything else that wasn't worth selling, I've just moved out the way. So there's maybe one Divine worth of stuff that was in 50 to 100 different items. I've just got rid of because you're not really worth the time selling it unless you've got a lot of it. So I'll have a

look at wealthy xile just to have a look at the stash, and as you can see, nice and clean. We've got our raw Divine orbs, our raw chaos orbs, lots of maps that we can make the most of, and yeah, that's it. So, in terms of maps, it's probably, yeah, one and a half Divine worth of maps, but I'm not going to necessarily count that in loot because I'll just feed that to my map Runners. But it is income for me because it means I don't have to buy the maps for them. Um, but overall, it's very easy to sell everything because we had an absolute ton of gold. I think we've used about 70,000 gold, if that, to sell all the stuff that we needed to and then convert those chaos ORS that we had thousands of into divines. So, that's kind of it for the video. I can now actually put some currency into Kings March because I deliberately wasn't because I wanted to track the gold. So, my city is ground to a Hal, so the atlas tree is in

the video description. I've just put a very quick TL;DR as well, just with the scarabs to use, um, that you need to chisel and out and things like that. But this was good fun for me, and I hope it helps people understand what I do when I look to build a strategy. This is not me fine-tuning a strategy; that's kind of what I do once I know that I enjoy doing that mechanic. So, this first pass ultimatum, I'm sure I can improve to make it better and earn more currency, and that we might look at in a later video.
