Honoring that space is very important because with that, you're making a connection with something live. You are entering somebody's house. You don't just barge in and just leave any time you like. You make a permission to enter, and that is very important to understand. That's why in the beginning, I ask you to just be with your body, be with your whatsoever is going on, because applying a technique is in a way intrusion. You have some idea how it

should be first off. You did not care about how you should take care of yourself. You did every kind of rape within your system. You took in all the internet, all the foods, all kinds of misbehavior with the Shakti, and now the spiritual misbehavior is now. You want to fix it because in the coming process, which Osho mentioned in his last days, many people forgot its importance. It is about talking to your body and mind. Imagine a person who talked so many techniques and methods, all the philosophies. In his last days, last few months, he mentioned a whole method, talking to your body and mind, in which you are saying to your body that you've been working for me for all these years, and I never thanked you. So, you have to spend some time thanking your body. I never cared for you, and you have to spend some time caring for it. And then you ask, Is there anything you need? What can I do for you? It's not some verbal question-answer; it's developing a connection and a feeling. I tell you, if

you do this, you will feel very bad. You will notice in that context how you have been misbehaving, how you have not been listening to your own body, and that connection is very important. In Tai Chi Kung, there is an exercise that the master says, Feel your liver and smile at your liver, and feel your liver is smiling back at you. Now, this is what I'm talking about. You are just not one idea in the head; you are a whole mechanism, a consciousness, and an energy. When all those energies, all those consciousnesses in you, because each organ has its own character and emotion to deal with, they are your army, and you are the Commander in Chief. They all have to work for you, but till now, you've been out, you've been away in the mind, onto some internet, onto some outside, some even enlightenment outside, out there through techniques, whereas it's sitting right inside you. So, this connection is utmost important. It will fix everything physical, even emotionally, as well as in relations with outside if you know how to have a

communication with yourself. You will find it very easy to communicate with another person also because you know how this works, how to be with somebody without having any agenda. Right now, you have many agendas with your own body, you have many agendas with your own life. You want it to perform for your mind and do things which you think are the right things for you, but they may not be the right things for you at all. But it cooperates with you. And when like Jim Carrey said that physical depression is your body finally telling you, You too, you know. So, that's what happens when you overuse your body. At one point, your body tells you, You. When you fall sick, your body is telling you, You. Because you've been with it. Medical science and all those people will not believe it, but what we're talking here is we call it in a deic medicine, means Medicine of gods. That is the most powerful medicine where you establish a connection with your own body as a being, and it tells you when something is wrong.

and you have to just tell it to be okay, and it becomes okay. That's what real healing is. Other people doing healings to others is some other story, whatever they use, certain power or something. But you, within communication with your own friend, with your own body, because you see, whenever you fall sick, you rush to a doctor. You don't sit down and just feel what's going on. You panic with your own body. I hope you're understanding what I'm trying to communicate, that this connection you are going to form with your own body is one of the most important, and it's, I tell you, it's one of the most difficult to establish also because you'll say, What's the use? When you take care of your mother, your mother will take care of you. The attitude of your mind has to be, even when you're doing this course with me, this whole process, it should be

of reverence to your own energy and body. It is asking it going there with respect, with reverence, and that being present with yourself, with reverence, that you are in this Cosmos, in this body, and be there. Let yourself be filled with wonder that where you are does not matter what you get or don't get. You got this, and this is your body. This is your whole Consciousness, and this relationship can be established like one quality. They say the highest in spiritual realm is Shan, means listening.
