First thing you probably noticed if you're a regular here that the podcast was not posted yesterday. That is because there is a new podcast Channel and the latest episode just went up on that channel. It's Brandon Novak from Jackass Fame. We talk about how it took going to rehab 13 times and nearly dying for him to turn his life around. My goal with it is to take it up a notch um.

I kind of want to get away from the classic me sitting at a desk talking to you and uh do more documentary format. Style videos. So earlier this year, a lot of you remember we did a video in Korea talking about the Mental Health crisis in Korea and the cultural differences that could explain that crisis. And that video did Super well, people loved it. We've got a lot of attention for it. So this summer we've been shooting another series of videos around those same themes. We've been traveling to various countries. We have a bunch of them lined up to post this fall. And so this fall the main channel is going to transition over into a more of a documentary style format. Very excited about it. I think you guys are going to love it. Uh so please stay tuned for that. And then finally if you are in Australia or New Zealand or have ever wanted to go to Australia or New Zealand, I am doing a speaking tour in November. I'm starting at the Sydney Opera house. I'll be speaking there on November 4th and then I will be touring

around the country over the next week, and ending in Auckland, New Zealand. So the link for that is in the description.
