It was peeking out of an open window. When I asked what it was, he said one of our staff members drew it thinking it would be cute, and suggested we should actually install it for real. It's very expensive,
though it may not seem that way.

when it came to the price) That rabbit was expensive. While new offices are moving in, this used to be a wealthy neighborhood, so the lots are big,
and the buildings and houses can be quite imposing.

Since we're on a street corner, we wanted to send a certain signal. Something like "It's all right," "It's safe here," "It's warm and welcoming," "Everyone is welcome." That kind of nuance. - Oh, so that's what it means.
