people spend so much time trying to save a life that they're not living. Yeah, I felt that was a woe too. I got to protect my life and live as long as possible while not living it at all. I got to stay safe. I'm going to put the locks on the doors. I'm going to protect myself over and still do it a little bit, but come on, I got to do this thing and protect my life while I stay in the house and do nothing with it. I'm going to sit and watch CN or Fox or MSNBC for the rest of my life and get upset when the stock market goes down and happy when it's up like a crazy person. This is if this is a lot of us in the last year. Oh, like sped up. I'm not going to do it in real time. We'd have to do a year event, but we did that with politicians, right? There were people like, Oh, Trump for a year, or Hillary is a thing. I can't. That makes me mad that that's a person.

even though you're infinite, even though you could do whatever you want to save the forest, even though you could do whatever you want to step into your gift and help whatever you think that you're here to help, instead of using the politicians as an excuse to not do anything. And why don't we stop handing our power to politicians and actually step into our power? Yeah, does that mean we should just ignore that stuff's happening? That's what people's mind does. Well, I found a problem. Does that mean we should just ignore what they're doing? No, not necessarily. But one of our biggest reasons we stress is we try to control what we can't control and we don't control what we can. You can't control who's in the office right now, but you can control if you're in resistance to it and giving yourself an ulcer and needing blood pressure medication because of it. You can't control what someone thinks about you, but you can control what you think about what they think about you. You can't control your past, but you

can control if you accept it. And the number one thing you can control is, do I accept this moment? Because if you accept this moment, you will not be in your head anymore.
