I was asked what the number one thing that I've personally done that I've found has made me the most progress in business, self-development, and my mindset, and everything that really makes me me and everything that I do every single day. And obviously, success is cumulative; like, there's so many different factors that go into success. If you're looking for the one thing that's going to make you successful, you're never ever going to become [ __ ] successful because you're looking for the shortcut, and the shortcut will never ever ever win. If this is your first time watching an aggression talk, I'll tell you right now, if you're looking for a [ __ ] shortcut, this is not the spot for you. Go ahead and click off the video; you're going to waste your [ __ ] time. But for those of you that have actually watched these videos previously, you already know that that's how we roll around here, and you're not coming to this video expecting shortcuts.

However, I was reflecting a bit 'cause it made me think like I wonder if there was anything that had, you know, more effect than the others. And I kind of looked at what I did the absolute most. And, you know, while I've woken up at 4:25 every single solitary day for the past, like, 400 days, I've done my morning routine, taken a cold shower, journaled literally my entire journey. I have a page written down for what I was thinking and what I accomplished that day so I can literally go back and track my success from day one. And there's not many people out here that can say that. But I looked on it, and I realized that when I was just fully immersed in my own education of business, of self-development, of making money, of becoming more disciplined, becoming more consistent, and having setting bigger goals, and just checking them off the list, I realized that a lot of my PE, a lot of people that watch my videos, they hear something once and they think

they've learned it, and then they write it off. A lot of people that I would send podcasts are like, Oh, I already listened to this, and I'm like, Great, listen to it again. A lot of people that I'm with, they're like, Oh, I already listened to this once, and I ask them questions, and they can barely even restate what the thing was about. And what I've realized is it's not about learning more; it's about being reminded. So many times, we'll hear something one time, we won't even understand the actual concept, and we'll be like, Oh, that's nice, boom, little hit of dopamine, That's a cool new fact, and then we never implement it because there was no repetition, there was no repeated drilling of it into us to where we actually start to live it out. And I think that the number one thing that if you've done this and that I can give myself a pat on the back for in the past is that I would listen to things over and over and over and over and over and

over and over and over and over and over and over again to just rep like just repeat them in my mind just that repetition that constant drilling of them into my subconscious so it was not I just heard something once it was literally bouncing around my head 24/7 over and over again and it was actually instilled into me instead of something that I just heard and forgot about and I think that that's a huge Pitfall is like people might watch one of my videos and they're like oh dude I've got it watch them again and again and again and I'm not even saying that for more view count you can save the [__] video to your phone screen record it not even give me another view and just repeat it I want you to actually have the information instilled into you instead of you just hearing it in the moment thinking that you learned and having that dopamine hit of thinking that you got better I would listen to podcasts over and over and over again and then I would write quotes

over and over and over again, and I would hear business strategies, and I would implement them, and I would write them down, and I would implement them. I would write them down, and I would test, and I would change them, right? Because I was constantly putting in reps that were actually instilling the knowledge into me. It was actually instilling the data into me, so I wasn't just thinking. I wasn't just guessing. I was actually having real-world proof, real-world facts to base my ideologies and my beliefs in, and I think that that was the number one thing that I did that allowed me to pro-rapidly progress and to stay consistent and to continue evolving into a better version of myself, because I wasn't just hearing things one time and just writing it off. I was constantly instilling them into my mind so that it literally became a part of who I was, and I mean, it's 6:00 a.m. right now. I just finished my morning cardio. I'm fasted. I'm working on a presentation.

that I'm going to drop for you guys, and it is going to be absolutely nuts about the ultimate self-development guide. And you know I'm moving to Miami on July 10th, for those you guys that watch my Miami Vlog video. But in the meantime, I keep finding myself wanting to just like, Oh, like I'll do this when I get there. I'll do this when I get there. I'll do this when I get there. Don't fall into that trap. Don't fall into the trap of putting things off, because as soon as you have an idea and you don't act on it, that idea dies. It's the exact same principle as if you have something that you know you need to do, and you don't act on it. Now it looms above your head, and every single time you think about it and you don't act on it, it gets bigger and bigger and bigger. It can be something as small as cleaning your desk, cleaning your room, cleaning your car out.

and if you have thought about it and ignored it for long enough, it will become this massive daunting task hanging over you, causing anxiety, causing you to stress everything. And it could be a tiny little problem. Half of you guys are walking around with 30 things up there that you are putting off, and you wonder why you walk around with so much stress and anxiety. It's not because what you have to conquer is actually overwhelming; it's that you've created it to be overwhelming. As soon as you have a thought about something, instantly act on it. As soon as you've heard something, as soon as you think you've learned something, instantly act on it, right? You listen to a podcast, you listen to something in a conversation, you listen to something that you learn on YouTube, instantly act on it. Don't just try and store it in your brain for later and be like, Oh, that's good information. I'll try that later. Instantly take action on these things because success loves speed when it's calculated. You want to take a bunch of

risks upfront. Move as fast as you can upfront and break things upfront because you're not good enough to sit and think about making decisions. I don't care how far along you are with your physique. I don't care how far along you are with your business. A lot of you guys watching this making already $10,000 a month, $155,000 a month, and that's great. You need to be pushing better. You need to be pushing faster. A lot of you guys are already 180, 200 lb, 220 lbs lean. You've got abs. You need to be dialing in your macros even more. You need to be training even harder. You need to be switching up your methods and your principles. If not, you're going to go backwards. There is no maintenance of a comfortable state, or you're always going to be going backwards because people like me, you're sitting there, and you're waiting for [__] opportunities. They're going by. They're going by. You're like, Oh, I'll go

the next one. I'll go for the next one. Oh, that one's too difficult. I'll go for the next one. I'll go for the next one. You're sitting there eventually. You're too [ __ ] tired, and you miss all the opportunities. And somebody like me comes in and [ __ ] jumps on it and just eats that opportunity and takes advantage of it. And I do that every single time. I jump out of the plane, and then I put my parachute on, and I throw it out after I'm already in the air. Once I've thrown myself into that difficult, that pressurized situation, that's what allows me to get better so much faster, is that I'm always relearning. I'm always repeating. I'm always reminding myself of information, and I'm not just becoming complacent with the fact that I learned something new but didn't act on it. If it hasn't translated into my life, I'll make it translate into my life because results [ __ ] speak. This week has been

amazing in my business. One of my clients has already lost about 16, 12 lbs in the past 2 months, so [__] proud of him. Another one of my clients just smashed right over that 200 lb lean mark. He's been waking up at 5:00 a.m. every single solitary morning. He's absolutely killing it. He's got a sales job. He is [__] killing it in his sales job. A couple of my elite business clients, and you can go check out these testimonials on my Instagram. The link is below my one-on-one coach link in the description. But oh, one of my guys, he made 6K the first week of June. He sold three $2,000 fitness packages. Six [__] K in one week. He's been working with me for like a month. He's been working with me for like a month. Another one of my guys, 17 years old, he made $1,500 in one day. Again, these testimonials, these um, the this

proof is on my Instagram. Go look at my Instagram results. Nobody's doing it like me with a following like me. I talk to a lot of you guys, and you're like, Oh, well, you know, I bought so-and-so's course or so-and-so's business coaching, and they have 200,000 followers, and they're barely [__] making $110,000 a month. I'm over here, and I have across all platforms. I've got like 7,000 followers on Instagram, and I've got 24,000 here. I'm making 40 to 50,000 a month consistently just from my fitness coaching, not my other offers, just my fitness coaching. And I only have 35,000 followers across all platforms. That shows my ability to convert and actually understand business. If you have 200,000 followers and you're only making 10K a month, you suck dick at business, right? The people with the less amount of following, yeah, I don't post mainstream content, but it's because my mission's to

actually [ __ ] educate and actually change lives, actually set people financially free, actually break people from their addictions, actually develop the greatest physique that people's bloodline has ever seen. That's what I'm driven to reports, not just going viral for doing some dumb [ __ ] and slapping some YouTuber, right? All this dumb [ __ ] that's going on in this industry that is just rotting the brain, guys. Uh, a couple more things before I let you just at just go on and and attack your day. You have to understand that we're moving so rapidly in this generation. We are moving so [ __ ] rapidly. You're going to either invest the money that you have in making more money and building a better version of you and pay down money so that you can save time, or you're going to take the stupid route and you're going to save your money and think that you're going to make money long term, and then five or six years down the road you're going to

have missed your opportunity. And yeah, you might figure it out on your own, but at what cost? You're already 5 years late, right? When I have people coming into my program, they're investing, of course. It's a lot of [__] money. I'm not going to make you tens of thousands of dollars for 500 bucks. I'm not going to absolutely transform your life, completely transform your mindset, create a custom program to take you to the next level, and work one-on-one with you, and get on calls with you for 500 bucks. Like, this is not how this game works. I would be a scammer if I sat here and I was like, Oh, I'm going to change your life. That's dumb. Like, that's [__] right. But the reason why I've made so much progress is, one, I constantly reminded myself instead of just learning something once. And I took all the money that I had and I invested in myself. I invested in people who were where I wanted to be. If I get one

[ __ ] thing one [ __ ] thing from somebody's program. I mean, it's not that great if I just get one thing, but I still can make pack. It's still a greater ROI on my life than what I spend. I don't care if it's a $10,000 course, like one of the ones that I bought at the end of last year that made me that money back like five times, right? I'm investing in myself, and that's always going to make me better, brother. If you're not investing in yourself, number one, if you're fat, if you're out of shape, if you have a lazy mindset, and you're not investing in yourself to make yourself more disciplined, have an outstanding physique, literally become ripped, and become a rare individual, what are you [ __ ] doing? And if you're already ripped, if you already have a physique that people are asking you questions, asking you what you eat, asking what you train, and you're not learning to

monetize that online and make your first 10K within 3 months. You are literally wasting money; you could be printing cash right now. I don't care if you buy my mentorship or if you actually do your research and go buy someone else's. I just want you to make the [ __ ] change. That's the whole thing that drives me, is seeing men actually take action on their lives and reach their fullest potential. That's what gets me out of bed at 4:25 every single solitary morning and gets me into the gym and into this car and onto my laptop all day long with relentless intention towards my goals. Now, it's going to be a hard [ __ ] journey no matter what you do. I bleed every single day. I find myself in the morning during my morning routine, and I just, I don't want to get up. I don't want to do anything. I question myself; I question my beliefs. But that process that I have, it instills the worth inside.

of me when I sacrifice in the morning, that 4:25 wake-up, when I sacrifice for that cold shower, when I sit there and I pour my mind out into that journal page. It creates me. It aligns me with the man that I know that I'm supposed to be every single day. And then waking up and seeing my elite clients, my one-on-one clients waking up. I see them. I see them texting me. I see them sending me wins. I see that my business clients are making money. I see that my guys are [__] getting in shape. They're becoming ripped. They're becoming rare. They're pushing themselves every day, and it gives me so much [__] motivation. It gives me so much drive because of what I have created and what I'm creating in other men's lives. It's a beautiful [__] thing, and we are in a digital Gold Rush. And when I say gold rush, I'm not just talking about money. I'm talking about development, information, education, the

way that we're able to push ourselves in today. You can make years of progress in six months, and it's never, ever, ever been like that in the world before. Just look at it, guys. If you go back and you watch some of my videos, you see my vision board where I was like, I'm G to get my TRX, and I'm going to get a condo in Miami. And now I just signed a lease for one overlooking the bay over in the middle of Brickell, one of the tallest towers in all of Miami. That's been a dream of mine for years, and it came through consistency. It came through effort. It came through sacrifice, and it came through investing in myself. Invest in myself. That plus the reminder of always taking in new information and relooking at old information and just pushing every [__] day until I had no more to give. That is what took me to the next level, and that is what will take you to the next level, brother. But you have to take the risk. You can have anything that

you want on the other side of risk, and when you put in an undeniable amount of effort, the universe will not deny you what you are working towards. I love you boys, stay aggressive.
